Practical guides for Guiyang, Anshun, Kaili, Zhenyuan, Tongren and Zunyi

Guiyang

transportation:

1. In the six cities I have visited, Guiyang, Anshun, Kaili, Zhenyuan Tongren, and Zunyi, there are no shared bicycles. These are the cities with the most developed tourism in Guizhou. If there are no cities, it is conceivable that shared bicycles have not been rolled out in the whole province of Guizhou at least for now. (Note, the Guanshanhu District in Guiyang is where the provincial and municipal authorities are located. There are scattered small yellow cars on the side of the road. I don’t know why.)

2. Taxi management in six places is chaotic. Taking Guiyang as an example, the phenomenon of taxi drivers refusing to take taxis is serious, and there are unspoken rules: use the meter in the city, and negotiate the fare in the suburbs and places farther away in the city. Take the taxis I took several times as an example. From the train station to the Provincial Museum in Guanshanhu District, the taxi driver either refused to take the taxi or charged the price randomly.

Because Zhenyuan is a county seat, although tourism is developed, it still starts at 5 yuan, and the price is casually asked according to the long distance.

3. Focus on the introduction of Hermo.

Guizhou is full of mountains. Even in the city, there are still undulating mountains and poor road conditions. If you feel that the bus is too slow and the taxis are not standardized, there is a kind of supplement, which is Heymore. Heymo gather in train stations, bus stations and other places with dense crowds and great traffic demand. Most of them have no license plate and no obvious identification, but if you stay in the local area for a day, you will soon be able to use your experience recognize. Because they travel very fast, don't carry anything, wear sun hats, look around, and look like they are attracting customers.

Friends who come to Guizhou for the first time may feel that Heimo is not safe, but in China, if the news media has not reported related incidents so far, it means that "existence is reasonable". Based on my experience in the above-mentioned cities, Heimo is safe, and Heimo's drivers are trustworthy, and there is no such thing as detours and slaughtering passengers halfway. This may come from the gentleness, kindness and simplicity of Guizhou people.

If female travel friends are still not at ease, you can consider, first, try not to go to the suburbs and remote places where there are no people. Second, when getting on the bus, clearly inform yourself that you have no cash, and pay the bill by mobile payment. Mobile payment is spread all over the country, and they all use it, and some have navigation. Third, explain the address and house number of the destination, giving people a feeling of being familiar with the local situation, and letting the driver know that it is better for someone to wait for you at the destination.

The price of Heimo is calculated by the locals themselves according to the long distance during the long-term transportation. The starting price is 10 yuan. There is basically no room for bargaining in the bustling city, but outside the city, such as the surrounding areas and the airport, you can bargain.

4. Although taxis in Guizhou often refuse to pick up passengers, they can carpool, and many taxis obviously no longer carry passengers normally. Some prices are as follows.

Guiyang Railway Station to the airport, 40 (from Heimo). Guizhou Station to Guizhou North Station 40-60

From Shancun, Guiyang Town to Huaxi Park, 30 (by taxi).

Qingyan Ancient Town to Zhenshan Village, 80 (Taxi bargaining).

Zhenyuan Qianhu Miao Village to Zhenyuan Railway Station, 30 (four-person taxi carpool).

Anshun Confucian Temple to Anshun East Station, 25 (taxi bargaining).

Anshun Dragon Palace to Confucian Temple, 50 (of Heimo).

Anshun Railway Station to Dragon Palace, 50 (of Heimo).

Anshun Railway Station to Huangguoshu Waterfall, 50 (four-person carpool).

Tongren Station to Mount Fanjing, CMB carpooling 40.

5. There is a large square in front of Guiyang Railway Station, where many bus departure stations and passing stations are located. Among them are buses to the airport. Pay attention to the time of the earliest bus. In addition, the shuttle bus from the railway station to Qingyan Ancient Town departs every other day, not every day!

6. There is bus 216 from Guizhou Railway Station to the airport, not the airport bus line 2 on the Internet, about 30 minutes.

7. Outside Tongren Railway Station, there is a bus station diagonally opposite the intersection. There are minibuses to Mount Fanjing, but there are very few trains in the afternoon. When I went there, there were no buses at 13:30. I need to go early and pay attention Notice! Fanjing Mountain is not allowed to enter the mountain at 15:35 in the afternoon! ! The time from Tongren Railway Station to Mount Fanjing is about 70 minutes.

8. Guizhou Airport has a high-speed rail station, which seems to be on the first floor. There are also bus stations to prefecture-level cities in the province, and there are ticket offices outside the airport.

Finally, the tourist traffic in cities above Guizhou needs to be improved. There is no direct tourist traffic from the railway station to famous scenic spots (such as Anshun Railway Station to Huangguoshu Waterfall), or the journey is far away. In addition, Guizhou is full of mountains, and the city is uneven, just like a mountain city. It is not very comfortable to take buses and taxis, so you must make good use of carpooling and Heymo.

weather

The sky in Guizhou is not sunny for three days, and it is cloudy almost every day. When the clouds are overcast, there will be a sudden rain, but it is not heavy or long. In any case, an umbrella is necessary.

travel

The best scenic spots in Guizhou are all in the prefecture-level cities below. Generally speaking, Guiyang is a transit station. The scenic spots in the city are not very distinctive. Some scenic spots, such as the waterfalls, streams, and caves in Qianling Park and Huaxi Park, are more attractive in other scenic spots. It is beautiful and spectacular, so it is recommended that foreign tourists do not spend time here. It is worth recommending the Guizhou Provincial Museum, where you can get a general understanding of the history and culture of Guizhou, especially the multi-ethnic characteristics. Secondly, although Jiaxiu Tower is a landmark of Guiyang, I personally feel that it is unremarkable. Only the night view can be seen.

On the outskirts of Guiyang, there are two famous scenic spots, one is Qingyan Ancient Town, the place where "Looking for a Gun" was filmed in 2002, but it is obvious that after 16 years, it has changed a lot-it has become commercialized. It only takes one and a half days to visit here. There is also Zhenshan Village in the south of Huaxi District, which is one of the four eco-museums in Guizhou (Buyei village). It was built next to the mountain reservoir. The scenery was originally good, but it was basically destroyed. Ten of the old wooden buildings of the Buyi people were demolished. Eighty-nine, there are only a few distinctive old houses left. Hurry up if you like it, I'm afraid it will be full of concrete houses in another year. This village can be visited in two or three hours. There is no car to go to Zhenshan in Guiyang City, and there are hundreds of chartered cars, which are too expensive. It is recommended to sit in Huaxi District (Huaxi Park) in the city first, and then take a taxi or charter a car here.

Anshun

transportation

Dai Anshun, a foreign tourist, usually arrives at the train station, but there are no direct buses to Huangguoshu, Dragon Palace, and Tunpu, only Anshun East Bus Station. But the East Railway Station is far away in the eastern suburbs, and it takes about 20 minutes to drive from the railway station to Anshun East Station. Time and price cost considerations are not very cost-effective. It is best to carpool to these attractions in the square outside the train station. Prices are as above.

travel

1. The Huangguoshu Scenic Area is very large and far away, and it takes a whole day including the departure and return journey.

The scenic spot is divided into three parts: Great Waterfall, Tianxing Bridge, and Steupo Pond, respectively with card check-in. In addition to tickets, you also need to buy its scenic spot transportation tickets, which cannot be saved, there is no way to save. The transportation vehicles in the scenic area are divided into buses and taxis. When you go out of the scenic area, you should ask clearly when queuing. Bus tickets are sold in the Huangguoshu ticket hall, and taxi tickets are sold in the square outside the hall. It is best to buy a taxi, you can less queue. Because the peak period here can be queued for half an hour or more. When I went there, non-local and private cars were not allowed to enter the scenic spot. According to the driver, only a few privileged people could enter.

In the scenic area of the Great Falls, you must bring your own disposable raincoat. When the water is abundant in summer, umbrellas will not work because the water in the waterfall is too large. For details, see my travel note "Watching Waterfalls Like Rain".

In the same way, if you like photography, you should bring a hood and other equipment.

2. Dragon Palace may be the second largest karst cave in Guizhou. Since Zhijin Cave is a bit remote, you might as well take a look. The ticket office of Dragon Palace is about 4 or 5 kilometers away from the scenic spot, which is very strange. So don't hesitate when passing by the ticket office, just go in and buy a ticket, so as not to run back and forth.

In addition to tickets for the Dragon Palace, there are also boat tickets to enter the cave, which cannot be saved; but after passing the bridge with a faucet spraying water and the waterfall in the cave, the elevator ticket can be saved - if you have enough time to walk the mountain road to see the scenery, The mileage is about 20 minutes.

3. There is no bus to Tianlong Tunpu at Anshun Railway Station, and it is estimated to be around 50 by Heimo. There is basically no possibility of carpooling, because there are very few people going to Tianlong Tunpu; there is a car at East Railway Station, just buy a car from Tianlong Town. When you arrive in the town, the driver will tell you that you will arrive at the entrance of the village within a few minutes after getting off the bus.

Tianlong Tunpu is a must-go place for history and time-travel dramas, because it is a living fossil of Ming Dynasty society. The local opera in the village is an intangible cultural heritage, and the specific time is shown in the picture.

There is a school built during the Republic of China in the village that must be seen, especially the screen in the hall, which can be called a priceless treasure. Its jade dragon carvings are embedded in the wood carvings, which are only seen in my life.

4. You must go to the Confucian Temple in Anshun. This is one of the few complete Confucian Temples remaining in the country. The stone carvings inside are amazing, especially the dragon on the stone pillar. Apart from this, only the Confucian Temple in Qufu can compare.

Shopping

There are shopping areas outside Huangguoshu and Dragon Palace. It is recommended to buy some postcards for commemorative significance. The local halva is actually available in other places. As for the silverware, no suggestion. Basically, copperware is coated with silver—today, how can there be so much silver for you to make handicrafts? There are ways to identify authenticity on the Internet.

Kaili (Thousands of Miao Villages)

transportation

Qianhu Miao Village has two gates, the west gate and the north gate. There is no sign inside the scenic area, and no one informs you when you line up to enter and exit. Especially when you leave the Miao Village, remember to ask clearly, you should go to the North Gate, where there is a bus back to the city. Ximen is where private cars are parked, and it is difficult to get a taxi.

In addition to tickets, Miao Village also has internal transportation tickets. It is about a 20-minute walk from the outside business district (tickets are sold here) to the entrance of Miaozhai. I thought there was no need to buy tickets inside Miao Village. So you only need to buy tickets for two trains in and out.

travel

When you get off at the mouth of Miao Village, you will be on the viewing platform, which is the best place to overlook the panoramic view of Miao Village. Remember the location here as a mark or origin, because it is easy to get lost inside, especially for people who have no sense of direction.

The West Gate Entrance of the Miao Village

There is a hand-painted map of Miao Village in the place where the ticket is sold in the commercial area. If you have no sense of direction or do not know the Miao Village, you can buy a copy. When you arrive in the Miao Village, remember the place of the museum as a mark or origin, and it is easy to get lost inside.

In addition to the viewing platform, there is a small road up the mountain on the east side of the Baishui River. It may be the mountain road used by Miao residents to enter and exit the mountain. If you are not afraid of being tired, you can take a walk and overlook the panoramic view of Miao Village from another angle. There is yellow paper with chicken blood on the mountain road, which is the custom of the Miao people. Don't step on it.

Miao villages are built along the Baishui River, and generally there are more in the west and less in the east. If you want to see the night view, you might as well live on the east side, and you can see the spectacular scene of the brightly lit west side.

There is a performance field near the No. 4 bridge, and there is an "Miao ancient song" near the No. 2 bridge. The performance hall is a place for large-scale event performances. There are ancient songs of the Miao nationality every day. It is a gathering place for middle-aged and elderly people of the Miao nationality. There will be gatherings for the elderly at ten o'clock at the latest. When you are free, listen to them singing in a low voice. Although you can't understand it, it can make you feel peaceful and return to nature.

Zhenyuan Ancient City

transportation

There is a bus to the ancient city outside Zhenyuan Railway Station, and it is only a few stops away. It is recommended to get off at Heping Village Station (some are Zhenyuan No. 2 Middle School), Heping Village is a free attraction. Then live nearby.

The ancient city of Zhenyuan is built along the Wuyang River, and the buses in it go on one-way streets and go around the ancient city, which means that you can't find the reverse bus on the opposite side of the road, which is very troublesome. Fortunately, the ancient city is not big, and the scenic spots can basically be reached on foot. If you take a taxi, the starting price is 5 yuan, and the meter is not used.

On the wall of the platform in Zhenyuan Railway Station, there are long tile paintings, which depict the local scenery of Zhenyuan, so you must stop and take a look.

travel

Zhenyuan is worth spending a day and staying overnight to see the night view of the river. Qinglong Cave is a must. During the peak season, there are many tour groups, so you can listen to the explanation. It is strongly recommended to take a look at the Tianhou Palace and museum in the city. The museum was originally an ancestral hall, which is magnificent and incredible.

Qinglong Cave and Shiping Mountain are the places to see the panorama of Zhenyuan. In addition, in the Sifangjing Lane between the county party committee and the county government, climb up the mountain along the road. Here is the only old house and old street in Zhenyuan. On the mountainside are the four palaces. Going up, the top of the mountain is the city wall, and the end point is the view. The pavilion is a place to watch the panorama. When you come down, you don't have to go the same way, there are many other paths to get down.

The Tan mansion in the west of the city is an old mansion in the late Qing Dynasty, which is not open. If you like to look at the exterior, there are still slogans from the Cultural Revolution era on the exterior wall.

There is a post office on the riverside promenade, which is an old post office left over from the Qing Dynasty, where you can buy postcards. Souvenirs such as maps and stamps. A local postmark is recommended.

There are several piers along the river, all of which are remnants of the past. Basically, you can take a boat tour of the Wuyang River.

It is recommended to take a look at Zhou Dawen's former residence, the wood carvings inside are very exquisite.

From the top of Qinglong Cave, you can overlook the Wuyang River and see the panoramic view of Fucheng and Acropolis. In addition, you can also see the Shanghai-Kunming Railway on the Acropolis. The railway rumbles through the mountains. It is rare to see the train passing through the downtown area at such a close distance.

Tongren

transportation

Tongren has Tongren Railway Station and South High-speed Railway Station. It is strongly recommended to choose the railway station when going to Tongren from other places, because the South Station is very far from the city and the traffic is extremely stable. At the intersection outside Tongren Railway Station, there is a tourist station. You can go to Fanjing Mountain. The minibus at the station seems to be 17 yuan. If you carpool, I took a taxi. Five people, one person 40. The journey takes 70 minutes.

travel

Fanjingshan stops selling tickets at 15:35, so remember!

diet

The intersection outside the station is actually the intersection of five roads. The southeast corner is the busiest, with hotels of various grades and restaurants of various tastes.

Zunyi

transportation

Zunyi is the second largest city in Guizhou. All kinds of facilities are complete. Please note that at Maocaopu Station, there is a shuttle bus to Hailongtun, and there are many hotels and restaurants nearby, and the Zunyi Museum is across the street.

For the shuttle bus to Hailongtun, you can’t buy tickets in the thatched shop, you can buy tickets at the gas station next door.

travel

It is strongly recommended that Yang Can's Tomb is a niche attraction, especially for those who like literature, history, art, stone carving, and archaeology. The stone carvings are extremely exquisite, keeping pace with the stone carvings of Anshun Confucian Temple. free. But you can't enter the tomb, you can only look at the tomb door, but don't be sorry, because there are stone carvings on the railings of Shangxia Temple in Banqiao Town, Loushanguan, outside the tomb, which are the most exquisite stone carvings I have seen in my life.

There are very few people going to this place. You need to take the Zhoushuiqiao bus station in the city, and then there are motorcycles here. Many local people don’t know or have heard of it. You may need to tell others “Huangfenzui” "This place name. Mount's 20. Do not bargain. I was the third person to visit in three or four years. The tomb of Yang Can is closed on Mondays, but you can talk to the administrator.
