I have been to Guizhou three times, but Libo Xiaoqikong, which is located in the southern part of Qianzhou and has one of the tourist cards of Guizhou, has never been there. In fact, the transportation to Libo is very convenient, you can get there by plane, train and car, but you must have good weather to go to Libo.
There are also several ways to get to Libo by train. The bullet train from Guiyang to Duyun, the capital of Qiannan, or Sandu County, Shuizu Autonomous County, and the most economical, simple and convenient way is to take the train to Mawei Station. Guiyang has a green leather bus at 6:30 every morning. The train arrives at Mawei Station at 9:47, and the fare is only 46.5 yuan. After leaving the station, you can pick up the bus from Mawei to Libo, and this bus will pass through the tourist center at the east gate of Xiaoqikong (about 40 minutes). You can buy tickets and send packages there. Tickets for the big and small seven holes include transportation costs of 160 yuan. The main time-consuming is the small seven holes scenic spot, which takes 4 hours.
We took a car at the intersection of Xiaoqikong and Xiaoqikong and went directly to Wolongtan Scenic Spot in the innermost part of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, which is also close to the west gate. The water in Wolongtan is similar to the water in Jiuzhaigou, it is quiet green and highly calcified.
From Wolongtan, you can raft to Yuanyang Lake, or you can take a bus to Yuanyang Lake. Yuanyang Lake is a water area connected by 2 large lakes and 4 small lakes. When boating in the lake, you will often get lost, so it is also called a water maze. However, it is usually only open to the lake, and you will turn back when you reach the mandarin duck tree. It is purely wild and will not get lost. .
Yuanyang Lake is not far from Tianzhong Cave. After turning over Tianzhong Cave and continuing to take a car, you will come to Cuigu Waterfall, the largest waterfall in Xiaoqikong (the Laguan Waterfall and the Shangjiding Lake traffic cars passing by on the way do not stop). After continuing to drive, we arrived at the Water Forest. Under the erosion of the river, the sediment in the river bed disappeared, only a piece of stone. The trees in the water stick out and grow tenaciously from the crevices of the stones, forming a natural landscape of "water flows on the stones and trees grow in the water".
Continue to take the car from Guibei Mountain and pass through Shishang Forest to another essence of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. Walk from the 68-level waterfall to the Xiaoqikong Stone Bridge via Laya Waterfall. The Laya Waterfall is 30 meters high and 10 meters wide. It leaks from top to bottom, and flies out and falls into the pool near the road, forming a spectacle of "people walking under the waterfall, and the waterfall flying above their heads".
Walking down 100 meters from the Laya Waterfall is the Xiaoqikong Stone Bridge, which became famous in the Xiaoqikong Scenic Area. This bridge was built in the Daoguang period of the Qing Dynasty, almost 200 years ago. At this point, the water flow became quiet, and occasionally a small boat passed through the stone hole, forming a scene in harmony with nature, which is beautiful.
Under the Xiaoqikong is the Tonggu Bridge, and then the stream (Xiangshui River) flows into the Dagou River and merges into the Zhangjiang River, which is the Daqikong Scenic Area. Compared with the Xiaoqikong scenic spot, the Daqikong scenic spot is much inferior. Daqikong Scenic Area is currently open to Tiansheng Bridge. Tiansheng Bridge is a natural karst landform with a height of more than 60 meters, a width of more than 20 meters, and a thickness of more than 10 meters. Like the Maling River in Xingyi, the cliffs are full of scars. It takes about 40 minutes to visit the Daqikong Scenic Area.
Libo is a tourist city, where food and accommodation are relatively mature. There is also a good food street in the county seat. We live near People’s Square, which is opposite the food street, and it’s not too far to walk to the bus station.
From Libo to Sandu, we pass through an ancient village of Shuipa, which is the most beautiful natural village in the ecological preservation of the Shui nationality village. It relies on a virgin forest, and the houses are all two-story wooden buildings with railings. A sea of flowers of hundreds of acres, unfortunately, there were no flowers blooming when we went there, so we couldn't feel its beauty.
In Shuipa Ancient Village, we didn't wait for the shuttle bus to Sandu, so we directly spent 140 yuan (two people) to take a passing bus to Duyun. Duyun is the capital of the Miao and Buyi people in southern Guizhou. I personally feel that Duyun is one of the most beautiful cities in Guizhou except Zhenyuan. It is a must to go to Duyun Stone Street. The Stone Street is not long, but only about 300 meters. Walking on the street paved with bluestone slabs, the north is high and the south is low, with a steep slope. The storefronts on both sides are bright red, and each unit is a three-story building. The river that passes through Duyun is called Jianjiang. There is a small park consisting of Baizi Bridge, Covered Bridge and Wenfeng Pagoda. Sliding past is spectacular.
Ten years ago, I went from Kaili to Congjiang via Leishan and Rongjiang, and I felt that the mountain road was winding. Today, the high-speed train is connected to Qiannan, and it takes only an hour to go from Duyun to Congjiang. Coming down from Jiangdong Station, I can feel the atmosphere of a tourist city. The restaurant next to the station, and women wearing ethnic costumes and silver jewelry, are inviting passers-by to eat. Congjiang Station is in Luoxiang Town, and it takes 50 minutes to drive to the county seat. When you arrive at Congjiang County, you don't have the atmosphere of Congjiang Station. Congjiang County is built along the river, but you don't make good use of the river view. Congjiang is a place inhabited by ethnic minorities, mainly Dong, Miao, Zhuang, Yao and Shui. There are several well-known villages here, Xiaohuang, Zhanli, Gaozeng Dong Village and Basha Miao Village. Ten years have passed, and the traffic in Congjiang has not changed much. There is still no shuttle bus to these villages. We can only charter a car to go there. It costs 270 yuan from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, passing through Yintan (Dong) Fuzhong ( Miao) Zhanli (Dong) Xiaohuang (Dong) Baba (Dong) Gao Zeng (Dong) and Basha (Miao). Dong and Miao are the two main ethnic minorities in Congjiang. Dong villages and Miao villages are very similar at first glance and difficult to distinguish. In fact, you only need to grasp the architectural characteristics of the Dong people - Drum Tower and Wind and Rain Bridge. This is very simple. Dong village or Miao village.
Yintan Dong Village is on the road from Jiangjiang to Guping Township, with green hills on both sides and a small stream winding through the village, hence the name Yintan. On Zhaizi Mountain, there are thousand-year-old yews and ropes for swinging. It is a place for young people to talk about love. The village is divided into upper, middle and lower villages, all of which have drum towers to indicate that this is a Dong village. The difference is that the two drum towers here are both even-numbered, which is different from other odd-numbered Dong villages. The entrance of the Drum Tower is carved with dragons and painted phoenixes, and there are figure sculptures on the top of the Drum Tower. The entire Drum Tower is one of the most exquisite I have ever seen.
On the way to Zhanli, you will pass through a Shanzhai Fuzhong Village. Although it is also a dwelling with Diaojiaolou, there is no Drum Tower. This is a Miao village. Not far from Fuzhong is Zhanli Dong Village. The most famous thing in Zhanli is the family planning here. The village regulations in Zhaizi stipulate that each family can only have two children, and those who violate the regulations seriously will be expelled from the village. The amazing thing is that most of the families here have a boy and a girl. It is said that there is a herbal medicine in the village to balance the sex of the fetus, and only the doctors in the village have mastered this herb. Under this family planning, Zhanli Dong The population growth rate of the village in the past fifty years is almost zero. Along the stream, Zhanli Village is lined with grain drying racks neatly on both sides. If the grain drying racks are full of harvested grains after the autumn harvest, it will be spectacular.
Continue on from Zhanli, and you will arrive at Xiaohuang Dong Village. When he first traveled to the ethnic minority villages in southwestern Guizhou ten years ago, Xiao Huang had made plans, but gave up because the distance was too far. Xiaohuang Dong Village is located in the mountains of Gaozeng Township. It is famous all over the world for the big songs of the Dong people. It is called the hometown of poetry and the ocean of songs. If you come here at the annual Xiaohuang Dong Village Song Festival, you can feel the carnival of ethnic minorities. Xiaohuang has three drum towers and several wind and rain bridges.
On the way to Gaozeng Township, you will pass Baba Village. You can see its Drum Tower and Fengyu Bridge from the viewing platform. The whole village feels that it has been renovated and is still very beautiful. The Drum Tower in Gaozeng Village has always been famous, and I once wanted to stay here for one night, because the terminal of Congjiang Bus No. 3 is Gaozeng Township. But when I went into the village, I was disappointed. The buildings in the village were messy, and they were all brick-concrete houses. The Drum Tower is located in the middle of the village. It was very cold that day, and several villagers were chatting by the fire inside. We also mingled with the villagers to enjoy the fire, and found that the Drum Tower I wanted to go to was Zengchong Drum Tower, not Gaozeng Drum Tower.
We arrived at Bazaar at 4:00 p.m. Generally, Bazaar does not sell tickets after 5:00 p.m. The weather was very cold that day, so no one cared about the vehicles going up the mountain. Bazaar is a Miao village, but it is different from other Miao villages we have seen in Hunan and Guizhou in terms of clothing and customs. It was once listed in the 21 most mysterious original ecological tribes in the world. Here you can see the last musketeers and the custom of shaving their hair with a scythe. On the second day, no group tourists came in, so there was no performance, but we had seen the performance here ten years ago, and we had no special regrets, so we just stayed in the mountains for one night.
There is a delicacy worth recommending in Congjiang, which is beef hot pot. Beef stew hot pot is a heavy-flavored hot pot. It squeezes out the sundries that have not been discharged from the stomach of the cow into juice, adds beef gallbladder, and then cooks it with beef and other things. People who dare to eat it like it very much. This kind of hot pot.
