1. Entries must be original works of the author, shot in Qinghe County in the past two years, and must not contain any content that violates laws and regulations. All works are not allowed to plagiarize or embezzle photos from media such as the Internet, and any winning works in the photography competition are not allowed to participate in this competition. In case of legal disputes involving reputation rights, portrait rights, copyrights, etc., the author himself is responsible.
2. Contributions can be single photos or group photos (no more than 5 photos per group). Each person provides no more than 1 group photos, and the number of single photos is 1-5. You can participate in different categories of submissions at the same time.
3. The exhibited works are all electronic works, and the pixels are not less than 3 megabytes (jpg format). The original image is not allowed to be changed, and the photos can only be processed with appropriate tone and moderate color adjustment. It is forbidden to use post-compositing processing, change the original appearance of the work by adding or deleting original pixels, use filter tools to greatly change the original appearance of the image, and greatly change the color effect and other technical means. Those who do not meet the above requirements will be disqualified.
4. Please indicate "the name of the work, the name of the author, the contact number, the contact address, and the description of the picture (within 50 characters as appropriate)" for the entries.
5. There is no charge or return for entries. The sponsor will have the right to use the selected works, the award-winning works for public exhibition, edit albums, touring exhibitions, newspaper publications or other publicity channels, etc., and the author has the copyright and signature right of the works.
6. For the award-winning and selected works, the staff will obtain the work files from the author himself for unified enlargement and production. If the work files cannot be sent to the designated mailbox within the specified time, it will be deemed as automatically giving up the qualifications for selection and award.
7. The final interpretation right of this competition belongs to the sponsor, and all participants who submit articles are deemed to have accepted the agreements of this competition.

This event has a judging committee, which will select the exhibited works. Each work will be marked with a serial number by the staff, scored by the judging committee, and determined after deliberation by the judging committee and the organizer.
