Living in the city, the crowded streets are full of hustle and bustle. Every trip is like an antidote for the heart, allowing you to enter other people's worlds and see different scenery. For me, ethnic minority areas have always been a very popular element in domestic routes. I have very little contact with them in daily life, so I am deeply attracted to various ethnic minority customs and colorful clothing. , The last time I came to Guizhou and hurriedly enjoyed the magnificence of Huangguoshu Waterfall, but I have always regretted that I didn't have more time to visit the scenery of Miao Village in person. Recently, in order to see the characteristics of this Miao family, I finally set foot on Guizhou for the second time and came to the simple Langde Miao Village. It really made me fall in love with it instantly when I got out of the car.

Before 2008, Langde was the most famous Miao Village in Guizhou. The Olympic torch was passed here in 2008. Later, the reputation of Xijiang Miao Village became stronger and stronger, and Langde returned to peace and simplicity. Langde Miao Village is located in Langde Town, Leishan County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It is 27 kilometers away from Kaili City and 17 kilometers away from Leishan County Government. It is divided into upper and lower natural villages. Shanglangde is open to the outside world, so the more formal name should be "Langde Shangzhai".

Twelve Highway Wine

The tour guide told us about the momentum of the road-blocking wine, thinking that it was really a little panic. It is said that when entering the village, there are twelve roadblock wines first, and then twelve doorway wine... When toasting and drinking, you must not touch the bowl with your hands, otherwise you will drink it all! The enthusiasm of the Miao family is really not just talk.

The bus stopped, and through the glass window, wow~ the Miao girls and boys in costumes are ready to welcome us! At the Zhaikou of the village, following the twists and turns of the mountain road, lined up, greeted with smiling faces, blowing the sheng and beating the drums... It made us tourists who came to travel feel a little embarrassed to move forward. The ox horn is used as a cup, blocking the way to persuade people to drink. Looking at this scene, I couldn't help but take the Miao girl's wine even though I was too strong to drink. The taste is clear, not too intense, like soft rice wine, not to mention really delicious! Don't be too happy, look up, there are dozens of people holding wine glasses and smiling frankly, such kindness and sincerity are rare in the world!

Diaojiaolou

Diaojiaolou is a traditional building of the Miao nationality and a unique ancient architectural form in southern China. The second half is built on a steep hillside, and the first half is supported by wooden columns to form stilted columns, so it is called "Diaojiaolou". There are generally three layers: the upper layer stores grain, the middle layer lives in people, and the lower layer stores sundries or keeps livestock. The stilted buildings in Miao Village are surrounded by mountains and rivers, with their backs to the south and north, and surrounded by mountains. The local villagers live in this room, shuttling between the layers, and there are a few wisps of smoke rising from the gaps in the colorful leaves. This picture is so poetic and picturesque that people can't help but stop and enjoy it quietly.

Hmong performance

The Miao villages are connected by Qingshiban roads, and after walking along the trail for a short time, you will find the reed field in the center of the village. At this time, many tourists have arrived after hearing the sound, ready to watch this quaint folk performance.

The beautiful Miao girls are singing and dancing in beautiful Miao costumes. The shutters in the hands of every tourist keep pressing, admiring the beautiful colorful and at the same time wanting to pause time, to be able to record the beauty in front of them. In Langde, you will enjoy a variety of Miao folk songs and dances such as toasting songs, Miao flying songs, reed dances, copper drums, bench dances, and group dances.

Lusheng dance, the longest person in the village held the reed with the Chinese Langde characters on it and did not move. The other ten or so old people in their 70s and 80s held reeds that were two to three meters long and the longest was more than three meters. Performing in the Lusheng Hall! With the team leader as the center, all the old people turned around and signaled to the audience in all directions. The sense of ceremony is quite strong, which is awe-inspiring and shocking.

long table dinner

After watching the performance, of course, we must continue to go deep into the life of Miao Village. The local "long table banquet" is a unique way of eating for the Miao people. This is the highest form and grand etiquette of the Miao banquet, which has a history of thousands of years. It is usually used for weddings, full moon wine, and village social feasts. On the left is the host seat and on the right is the guest seat. The host and the guest faced each other, toasted and persuaded to drink and sang to the wine.

After a few cups of pure fragrant rice wine, everyone was three points intoxicated. The Miao girls in costumes held up small wine glasses, danced and sang, and toasted and sang everywhere...

Walk into Miao Village

After the long table banquet, don't obey your groggy, but lift your spirits and walk into the village to have a look. The place surrounded by green is naturally refreshing, as if it is through the strength of alcohol, or if it is really like a dream, it makes me really forget where I am in an instant. Thinking that it is already winter, and the place is still full of greenery, it really makes people not want to leave.

All the way up the steps, it is easier to walk than imagined, sometimes seeing the life of the Miao people, the simplicity and nature are the most appropriate. The yellow wooden strips are bright and smooth, which is the work of the craftsman.

Hearing the sound of domestic animals is a new thing that people living in the city can't hear. From a distance, watching the owner drive them into the shed has become a scene in our eyes.

If I have enough time, I really want to live here for a few days, listening to the morning rooster crowing, watching the morning smoke, and being with the Miao family, drinking fine wine with meals.

The golden corn is hung all over the roof, which indicates that it is the season of autumn harvest. The rich colors created by the food are like the swaying skirts of Miao girls.

As foreign tourists, we capture every detail with the eyes of discovering beauty, and what we see and hear are so different. Take a walk quietly, and don't use loud noises to disturb the locals who are immersed in their own lives. They are the scenery in our eyes and the most real picture we see.

Always believe that hard work will pay off, even if you just climb a few more steps, you can see the staggered roofs passing through the green mountains and forests.

In the afternoon, the Lusheng Field was different from the lively dance just now, and at this time it returned to the usual tranquility. There is no bustling business here, and primitiveness and simplicity are the main tone of Langde Miao Village. I like this simplicity, which is the gift of nature and the inheritance of the Miao people's beliefs.

wind and rain bridge

Wind and Rain Bridge is unique to the Dong people. Popular in Hunan, Hubei, Guizhou, Guangxi and other places. It is composed of bridges, towers and pavilions, all of which are made of wood, forming a promenade-style walkway. The pagodas and pavilions are built on stone piers with multiple layers, the corners of the eaves are upturned, and the top is decorated with treasure gourds. It is known as one of the ten most incredible bridges in the world. Because pedestrians can avoid wind and rain, it is named Fengyu Bridge.

Through the Wind and Rain Bridge, we can walk to the opposite side of the Miao Village in the corridor, and have a panoramic view of the Langde Miao Village. The houses and green trees are intertwined one after another, and the scenery is spectacular.

Immersed in the simple customs of the Miao Village, the songs and dances of the Miao girls can be heard in my ears, and the simple smiling faces of the Miao people appear in front of my eyes when I taste the sweet wine... The trip to the Miao Village has left me with more than enough. Set aside some time to deeply experience the Miao Village and feel the simple life of the Miao compatriots.

Tips:

Langde Miao Village is free of tickets.

Please speak softly when entering the village, and don't make loud noises that affect the lives of the locals.

Respect local customs, do not beat the drums in the village.

When guests come to Miao's house, they must respect each other with wine. If the guests accept it, the host will make him a confidant. If the guest is not strong enough, he should also give a symbolic taste.
