The road from Lhasa to Namtso is along the Qinghai-Tibet Line (National Highway 109). The Qinghai-Tibet Highway is one of the earliest roads connecting Tibet.

After nearly three hours of driving from Lhasa to Nagenla Mountain Pass in Namtso, the altitude here is close to 5200 meters, and the panoramic view of Namtso can be photographed.

The mountain peaks near the pass are covered with white snow. Judging from the whiteness, it should be fresh snow.

Namtso Lake is too big, all we see are the small inlets of these lakes, this is the most frequently photographed Namtso panorama, in fact this is just the panorama of the water inlet where the Tashi Peninsula is located.
The real sunset is in the opposite direction of the Tashi Peninsula. The flying prayer flags and the holy lake reflecting the golden light complement each other, forming a holy and quiet scenery.

The starry sky of Namtso at night is not to be missed. In order to avoid light pollution, we drove to the wilderness about ten kilometers away from the Tashi Peninsula to shoot.
