This year's autumn seems to be earlier than in previous years, and the cold hit just after the National Day. On the weekend, when the weather was fine, I went to Tangshan. The puffer fish here had already started to go on the market. After participating in the Perfect Food Festival, I came to Shilihai puffer town in Caofeidian, which enjoys the reputation of "the hometown of puffer fish in China".

At the food festival, I tasted the cooked puffer fish feast, but never saw the real puffer fish. My little wish was fulfilled here.

As soon as I entered the town, I was attracted by the Shilihai fishing boat in front of me. It has a wooden structure and a five-star red flag fluttering in the wind. You can imagine the busy situation of this fishing boat returning from the sea with a full load.

There is an open-air shrimp paste tank neatly placed in the square of the village. According to the villagers, these shrimp pastes have been brewed for more than a year, and only such long-preserved shrimp paste is their favorite.

Picking up a spoonful, I dipped my hands in a little sauce and tasted it. It tasted a bit salty when I entered the mouth, but soon the aroma filled my mouth. It is a delicious little ingredient for appetizers and dipping dishes here.

There are more than a dozen fishing grounds within sight of the entrance of the village. The nearest fish pond is a breeding base for puffer fish. Some villagers and tourists come to fish in their spare time.

There is a well-known fugu-themed restaurant in the village, Shili Fisherman's House, which is quiet, simple and elegant in design.

In the courtyard restaurant, there are murals with puffer fish elements in the courtyard, and many honors of rural tourism demonstration sites are hung at the door. The rural economy here has been revitalized through puffer fish farming + cultural tourism + homestay + cultural creation.

The table is full of delicacies, the side dishes open up the taste buds, and the puffer fish enhances the taste. What impresses me is the delicious puffer fish soup, puffer fish dumplings, and puffer fish sashimi.

It can also be called a quiet homestay village, with courtyard-style layout, pastoral style, log-style beds, tables and chairs, and novel dolphin-themed family rooms. Occasionally, I met a sweet-looking little girl who was in charge of the reception. She was very happy to become our model and left the country happily.

With Shilihai as the main producing area of ​​Caofeidian puffer fish, puffer fish town has also transformed to the road of cultural tourism. It has cooperated with North China University of Technology to establish a cultural and creative design center, and has developed many cultural and creative products with puffer fish elements.

In Caofeidian's Evergrande Yuhai Tianxia, ​​there is a natural and original ecological bay. In addition to developing real estate here, Evergrande has also developed a cultural tourism kingdom with a beach. Many nearby residents and young couples come to check in.

There are not too many people on the quiet beach. I met a couple of college students who were having fun and invited them to be models. I readily agreed to shoot a group of films for them.

On the beach, dating is also a good choice. This college couple is very cooperative, and they always hold hands and love each other throughout the whole process. Friends who were traveling said that they are a very suitable couple, and hope that lovers will get married in the end.
