You only know about the secret places on the plateau in western Sichuan, but you don’t know another place of ascetic practice—Yaqing Temple? ? The remote Baiyu County is separated from Tibet by a river, and the transportation is very inconvenient. On a beautiful grassland more than 100 kilometers away from Baiyu, there is Yaqing Temple, which is well-known in Tibetan areas. When Seda has become more and more familiar, Yaqing Temple is still shrouded in mystery. There are more than 20,000 penance cultivators here, and it is a real Buddhist daughter country.

I don't believe in Buddhism, but I am always yearning for mysterious places. Yaqing Temple and Seda Wuming Buddhist College are equally famous large-scale training places, but this place is more remote, and the feeling of desolation and desolation is even worse, and it is still so unbelievably simple! It is also a red cabin at a glance. Different from Wuming Buddhist Academy, the number of Juemu is over 10,000, which is several times the number of men.

This is a Buddhist kingdom hidden in the deep mountains, surrounded by the Yalong River and the Shaluli Snow Mountain. The world is pure and everything is ethereal. A trip to Yaqing Temple is also a double experience of spirit and body. The road to Yaqing Temple is rough and difficult. Starting from Chengdu, passing through Kangding, Tagong, Bamei, Daofu to Ganzi Prefecture, and then starting from Ganzi Prefecture, crossing Zhuodala Mountain (4600 meters above sea level) and Haizi Mountain (4410 meters above sea level), it can only be reached through the vast Zhangtai prairie. It is precisely because of this inconvenience that Yaqing Temple still retains a relatively simple and primitive style, and is less disturbed by the world.

Xinluhai: Xinluhai is called Yulong Lacuo in Tibetan. The lake is surrounded by plateau spruces, firs, cypresses, rhododendrons and meadows. Blue sky and white clouds, snow-capped peaks, glacier flickering, green hills melting, green grass, sparkling. It is the largest glacial terminal moraine barrier lake in my country, and it was formed in the late Dali Ice Age. This is also a holy lake, and the stones in and around the lake are full of scriptures.

The Dege Sutra Printing House is the Sutra Printing House with the most preserved Tibetan woodcut printing plates and the richest content in the world. The Dege Sutra Printing House does not exclude any sect here, and the ancient books of Tibetan culture such as scriptures, Tibetan medicine, history, etc. are well preserved here.

From Seda to Yaqing, from the secret place in western Sichuan to the bustling city. Saying goodbye to the early days of Sichuan and Tibet, my thoughts followed the ticking bells at night and returned to the place with towering and continuous snow-capped mountains, star-studded streams and rivers, and mysterious and legendary Tibetan culture.
