Living in Panzhihua Hidden Mountains——Healing Time

The fields are vertical and horizontal, and there is no competition with the world; the starry sky, the night is so dark, it is another night that I don’t want to sleep

Yisala Village: the first village of the Yi nationality, with red walls and blue tiles, simple Baiyi people, tomato and strawberry plants, and a magnificent view of the Jinsha River valley

Hidden Mountains: Ecological vegetable garden, rest terrace after lunch

Live in Kunming - hit it off with wild mushrooms

The expressway from Panzhihua to Kunming has beautiful scenery, is elevated over many mountains, and has an average altitude of 2,000 meters.

Take a rest in Yuanmou halfway, taste the special cold chicken, the refreshing dipping sauce is very appetizing, and set off firecrackers to keep you safe

Living in Kunming—Encountering Spring City with Siberian "Elves"

Live in Dianchi Lake——

Baiyu Homestay in the villa area is light and luxurious, with floor heating, a tea room, and the design is full of artistic sense. You can take pictures with flowers in your hands.

Haigeng Dam: Seagulls feed, and the spirit of birds flying is admirable! A small pot of rice noodles on the side of the road tastes good.

Maitreya -

Maitreya Giant Argyle Hot Spring Hotel

Depart from Kunming, pass through Stone Forest, and arrive at Maitreya. Maitreya is a resort, suitable for the elderly and children.

Eat tilapia soup pot at noon, fresh and original vegetables (cheap and cost-effective)

In the afternoon, visit Keyi Town (meaning auspicious) Yi Nationality Ancient Village

 

Day7

Jianshui——

Stay in Lansheweiyuan Zitao Art Inn

Staying at Lansheweiyuan Purple Pottery Art Inn, Republic of China style hotel, the boss has a lot of stories. One is from Shanghai, which is very similar to his home in Shanghai; the other is Zhang Hui, the inheritor of intangible cultural heritage purple pottery.

 

Day8

Jianshui——

Jianshui Confucian Temple is the largest Confucian Confucian Temple in the south; it has overhanging eaves and cliffs, and towering ancient trees full of aura.

Eat steam pot chicken at noon, in an intangible heritage store in the ancient city of Jianshui, the soup is delicious and the meat is soft and tender. The key lies in the soup. You can’t add any water to the steamer. It is completely heated by steam at high temperature to force out the oil and moisture of the chicken, so the soup is better than ordinary chicken soup.

The Zhu Family Garden is known as the Grand View Garden in Yunnan. The garden is very beautifully maintained and the flowers are blooming like brocades.

The Seventeen-Arch Bridge, a Ming Dynasty building, has bluestone bricks covered with pulp, giving it the feeling of jade.

For dinner, eat Jianshui BBQ. We recommend flipping tofu, baked potatoes, vegetable sprout rice noodles, and fried rice noodles.

 

Day9

Jianshui——

Living Ant Workshop, hollow brick structure, online celebrity check-in place.

From Jianshui to Tuanshan folk houses, there are many old bridges along the way, which are very suitable for taking pictures along the way.

The Xianghuiqiao Railway Station in the sunset, the sky is colorful, which complements the surrounding farmland.

Historically, Tuanshan dwellings were the residence of the Yi people. In the Yi language, they are called "Tusher", which means "a place where gold is buried and silver is buried". The spirit of "forbearance" here is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.

A street of purple pottery, super large-scale, various styles and various prices, you can choose bottles and jars according to your own preferences.

 

Day10

Yuan Yang——

Set off to Yuanyang Honghe Hani Yi Autonomous Prefecture. The road is rugged and the tiger's mouth collapses. Watch the sunset at Bada.

The scenic viewing platform is not as good as the wild viewing platform on the roadside, so don't give up any beautiful scenery along the way.

The Hani people are very tenacious. They first lived on the shores of Qinghai Lake and were beaten to Yunnan. Their ancestors carried forward the spirit of Yugong Yishan, developed terraced fields, and lived a prosperous life. The local people are simple and honest, children catch fish in rice fields, women carry stones on their heads, and their labor methods are primitive.

For dinner, "Liumei Beef Restaurant" has fresh ingredients and a variety of wild vegetables. All dishes will be added with mint. It is recommended to stir-fry celery and eel with beef dregs.

 

Day 11

Yuan Yang——

In the early morning, look at the blue terraced fields under the sky at "Aichun Blue Terraced Fields".

Depart at noon to Azheke Village, an ancient village deep in the mountains, a "mushroom house" made of stones and mud, because the top looks like a mushroom, it is the shooting location of Wuwen Xidong. "Azheke" is Hani dialect, which means "the place where slippery bamboos are made into pieces". According to the oral tradition of the villagers, the ancestors of Azheke moved here from Dawazhe Azheke.

You can rent local clothes for five yuan to take pictures in the terraces, and make a big movie.

For dinner, I ate dried beef, tofu and vegetables, and chatted with the Hani people. The local people live a long life and have low stress. They don't have high blood pressure and diabetes, and some have arthritis.

People in Yuanyang live on the top of the mountain, because the place is very hot, and the wind is cooler on the top of the mountain.

Day12

Mengzi——

Stay at Mengzi Hongxiang Hotel.

Depart for Mengzi in the morning, pass by a place close to the mouth of the Vietnam River, where there are many kinds of fruits.

Mengzi has the ruins of the French embassy, ​​Bisezhai, and the location of youth filming. You can wear military uniforms and find your past youth, but there are not many places to play in general, so it is not very recommended.

 

Day13

Zhaotong——

As a transportation station, Zhaotong is one of the must-pass roads from Chengdu to Kunming, each taking 6 hours by car.

The transition between Sichuan and Yunnan is very ecological, and it is a favorite summer resort for Chongqing people.

Zhaotong roasted a lot of beef, which is amazing.

 

Day14

Departing early in the morning, Shuifu (potato cakes are delicious), Yibin, and arriving in Chengdu in the afternoon, the journey ended successfully.
