As soon as this season comes, I feel itchy to go out to see the red leaves.
From October 10th, this year's "Zhoukoudian•Youlan Mountain (Pofengling) 8th Red Leaf Festival" will officially open. I have long heard that the red leaves here are good, so a few of our friends went together and drove to the city, and we can arrive in an hour.
The most shocking thing in the Red Leaf Festival is the myriad leaves all over the mountains. The red without any regrets will make you marvel at the magic of nature. When Cotinus cotinus all over the mountain is gradually lit up by the autumn sun, large blocks of color are embedded on both sides of the vast valley, which makes people mesmerized. Looking at it from a distance is really wonderful.
Entering through the gate, climbing up the stairs, and walking through the colorful red leaves, I feel that this is what autumn should look like. Usually living in a reinforced concrete city, the perception of seasons is almost negligible.

After watching the red leaves and climbing the mountain, if you go back and forth on the same day, you will lose your leisure. There are more than 30 country houses gathered around the Pofengling Red Leaf Festival, all of which are good places to start. It was booked before we came.
Nearby, there are stone houses on the cloud in the mountains, cotinus cotinus flowers blooming near the main road, Peach Leaf Valley on the hillside, and grandma's house designed by top designers.

In the morning, when it’s time for the scheduled breakfast, the housekeeper will prepare hearty refreshments and freshly picked local apples—really crunchy and sweet. With a table full, it feels like this is a ceremonial meal.
