Preface · Dependence

One afternoon in March, I saw a photo of Dali sent by a friend. The blue and white sky and green vegetation made people very intoxicated.

After the beginning of spring, I always want to go out to enjoy the spring. The kind of hope is the same as when I was a child, I hoped that spring would come and I could fly a kite.

I looked at the air ticket casually, and it only cost 400 yuan to fly from Chengdu to Dali. I cruelly used up the living expenses I had saved, asked for leave and sneaked out of school, and flew to the southern land where the spring is warm and the flowers are blooming.

Unexpectedly, half a year later, during the Double Ninth Festival, I happened to go to Yunnan again and stayed in Lijiang for four days and three nights. Feel the warm autumn sun in Lijiang, chatting and laughing, the clouds are calm and the wind is light.

When I was young, I had a dream in Yunnan. In a blink of an eye, I had strayed into the dream, and I was walking with me while listening to folk songs.

Haizi said: "From tomorrow, I will be a happy person, cut firewood and feed the horses, and travel around the world." If you don't know where to start, come to Dali Lijiang first.

The best time, all the way to the sun on the road (trailer)

Waiting for you at Erhai Lake

I want to finish this Zhenlong chess game

The beauty of blue and white is hidden in the slow time of tie-dyeing

At this time, the person who has already grown into love is on the way

1. Spring in Dali

The return of spring in the southern country is the beginning of all things.

Spring should have a sense of ritual, bring the people you like, and unexpectedly meet Dali, which is more beautiful than spring.

1.1 The first time I met the ancient city, it was rainy and sunny

Dali is the first stop on the trip to Yunnan.

The plane was delayed for an hour or two, so it was a little late to arrive in Dali, and it started to rain as soon as I arrived in Dali, and my heart was a bit messy, but when I saw the ancient city of Dali, my heart cleared up.

So the first impression Dali gave me was that it was sunny and rainy, thunder and rain were still ahead, and the sky was blue and white clouds in a blink of an eye.

The ancient city of Dali is a place that must be visited well. I have been to many ancient towns and cities, and I still feel very comfortable here. Maybe it is because of the bright sunshine in Dali, or maybe because of the calm wind and clouds in Dali.

Although it is a scenic spot, the literary and artistic atmosphere here is unique in the ancient city. Within the high walls on all sides, you can go shopping in a daze, enjoy flowers and wine, or just stop somewhere and listen to songs.

You are no longer a passing visitor.

Those handicraft shops, food stalls, bars or humble shops scattered in the corners of the ancient city are all a sight to behold.

At the foot of Cangshan Mountain, facing Erhai Lake, spring flowers bloom.

It doesn't take long for you to find the cherry blossoms blooming beside the street. Walking on the uneven stone slabs, your heart will become lighter.

If you are not satisfied with life, why not go all the way west to Dali.

1.2 Cut a period of time and rest your mind | Xizhou Ancient Town

In the north of the ancient city of Dali, there is an ancient town called "Xizhou", which is an ancient village where the Bai people live on the west bank of the Erhai Lake.

The name alone is very attractive.

Here is the largest and most complete Bai nationality residential building in the world, and it is also the "miracle Xizhou" described by Mr. Lao She.

Xizhou has beautiful mountains and rivers, and countless places of interest, especially in the ancient town, there are a large number of Bai ethnic residential buildings with unique characteristics in the history of architecture in China and even in the world, which have attracted the attention of domestic and foreign tourists.

Walking into Xizhou is like walking into an ancient ink-and-wash painting, with blue bricks and white tiles, hiding the vicissitudes of Xizhou.

It came from Nanzhao Kingdom and has a history of thousands of years.

After walking through the long river of history, Xizhou stands quietly by the Erhai Lake in a calm and introverted manner. In this land, you can find the long-lost peace and tranquility.

The sun is rising, the flowers are blooming, and the time is leisurely.

There are joys and sorrows, laughter and tears, flowers and fruits, fragrance and color.

Walking in the streets and alleys of Xizhou, the sparse figures and the footsteps of puppets make you seem to be able to hear the heartbeat of this thousand-year-old town.

Stumbled into the market in Xizhou, it became lively all of a sudden, steaming steamed buns, fresh fruits, and a variety of small commodities, especially lively.

That day, our group bought fruit, passed by the rice fields, and ate while walking, don't be too good!

The fields of Xizhou in the spring are the same as the fields behind my house when I was a child. They are yellow and green, with neat rows of houses, irregular telephone poles, and occasional birds. I really miss the days when I was a child.

Of course, when you come to Xizhou, you have to try Xizhou Baba. The family we went to has also appeared in "A Bite of China".

Xizhou Baba is rich in fillings and crispy on the outside. However, due to the development of tourism in recent years, the price has also risen from 5 yuan to 10 yuan and above.

After frying in oil, grill it with charcoal fire for a while, it is very fragrant just now~

If you like to be quiet and leisurely, then why not come to Xizhou to stay for two days, cut a period of time, and put your mind at ease.

1.3 Everyone has a martial arts dream | Tianlong Babu Film and Television City

Anyone who has read Jin Yong has a quack in his heart! In that place far away from the high and distant temples, there are heroes who punish evil and promote good, gentle and intelligent women, stories of joyful grievances and hatred... In each classic martial arts novel, the youth of several generations is hidden.

The first martial arts TV series I watched was "Dragon Babu". Later, I was addicted to the online game "Dragon Babu" for a while, and formed a deep relationship with "Dragon Babu". I wanted to come to Dali a long time ago Take a look at the Tianlong Babu film and television base, and realize your childhood martial arts dream.

From the ancient city of Dali to the Tianlong Babu Film and Television City, there is a direct bus, which is very convenient without taking a taxi.

This is the main gate of the film and television city, and the ticket office is on the left. On both sides of the city gate, there are 14 characters "Flying snow shoots white deer, and the hero of laughing books leans on Bi Yuan", each character represents a work of Mr. Jin Yong, ""Flying Fox", "Snow Mountain Flying Fox", "Liancheng Jue" "Dragon Babu", "The Legend of the Condor Heroes"..." These are full of memories!

The entire Tianlong Babu Film and Television City is composed of three major areas: the first part is Dali Kingdom, including Dali Street, Dali Palace, and Zhennan Wangfu; the second part is Liao Kingdom, including Liao City Gate and Liao Street; the third part is Xixia The royal palace and the Jurchen tribe are gone. You may not have imagined that this series of huge projects only took more than half a year from design to construction. The construction started in May 2002, and the crew entered the film and television city to shoot as scheduled in December of the same year. This is a miracle!

As soon as you enter the door, there are people in ancient costumes making "Duan Yu's favorite milk ice cream", which is very interesting.

Walking in, the scenes in the TV series are vivid, and time seems to have traveled back to the age of martial arts.

Finally couldn't help but say: "Jianghu, I'm coming!"

"Hero, please go upstairs."

"Hero, please go upstairs."

Enter the gate and walk along the main street to see the gate of the palace - Desheng Gate. This is the center of the film and television city. There will be many performances in this square, and you can hang wires next to it.

In the film and television city, different places will have different performances at different time periods. In fact, the film and television city is not big, but because of the rich performances inside, it is worth the ticket price. There happened to be a lion dance performance in Deshengmen at that time.

The little brother who hangs Wia next to me, I really want to experience it.

Immediately afterwards, the performance of catching fugitives began, and the actors appeared out of nowhere, and there was a little "surprise".

What's interesting is that a good performance ended with a dance that didn't match the style at all. The stereo played popular Internet songs. This kind of contrast amused the audience. In the end, they came to ask the audience to dance square dance together hahaha!

Behind the Desheng Gate is the Dali Palace. Apart from the splendor that can be seen at a glance, these buildings also have a strong Dali local ethnic style and Buddhist characteristics.

Going west from Xiaoliao Street next to it, there is a quiet path with a small stone bridge inside. Standing on it, you can overlook Dali, which is a small high point in the film and television city except the tower.

If we continue to walk along Xiaoliao Street, we will find the Xixia Palace and the Cangshan Xima Cableway, but we don’t want to climb the slope, so we turn right to Daliao Street, where there are "swords" and "martial arts cheats" engraved on the side of the street. ", "Zhenlong Chess Game", brought back many memories.

When we returned to Yong'an Street after playing, there happened to be a performance in Duanshi Cailou, and everyone gathered around to watch, and we also stepped forward to join in the fun.

It turned out that Miss Duan's family was going to throw a hydrangea ball to invite a relative, and the master of the Duan family chose a husband-in-law for his youngest daughter.

The person who receives the hydrangea, whether it is a single dog or an owner, the lady has to decide, no, the guards have come to invite the "lucky one" to go upstairs to pay homage, and her wife is below hahaha.

This handsome guy was invited up with a dazed expression, full of comedy atmosphere.

In "Swordsman", Linghu Chong once said to Ren Woxing: "I want to withdraw from the arena, and I will never ask about the affairs of the arena", but Ren Woxing glanced at him and replied lightly: "How do you withdraw? This Where there are people in the world, there are rivers and lakes."

Fresh clothes and angry horses, chasing the rivers and lakes, no need for grievances, no love and hatred.

1.4 Dreaming back to Nanzhao Kingdom, visiting Mr. Duan | Mr. Duan

Dreaming back to Nanzhao Kingdom, of course I have to visit Mr. Duan.

This "Duan Gongzi" is not the other "Duan Gongzi". This is the name of a restaurant, isn't it interesting?

Mr. Duan went to a martial arts-style restaurant, which is very stylish. It is very popular in the ancient city of Dali. When we went there, we ordered two hours in advance and waited for an hour or two. You must come here to check in early!

We went to the Tianlong Babu theme store on the first day. Once we entered, we could have a different feeling. It was full of ancient atmosphere. Personally, I think this feeling is unique among all the restaurants in Dali.

Peach blossoms are burning, colorful umbrellas hang all over the roof, and at the corner of the escalator, there is a mural, a piano, and a pot of dirty wine, which have been drunk for thousands of years.

Even the fans on the table are specially made, so that you can experience the customs of Nanzhao Kingdom in Dali.

Duan's Qianlong Yueshui fish is the signature dish here, and the waiter needs to serve the fish himself. First use hot pebbles to dive into the bottom of the pot, and with a "squeak", the mist will permeate everywhere, and the fragrance will overflow after a while. Pinch a white and tender fish, sour and refreshing! Unfinished business.

Duan's glutinous rice spare ribs is also a very popular dish. The glutinous rice is crystal clear and very attractive. The ribs are soft and crispy, and the dipping water next to it is definitely delicious~

It has stir-fried dishes and hot pots. The dishes are very Dali-style and varied. The taste is in line with the habits of most people and is very nice.

Drink a pot of wine after you are full, and get a little drunk in Dali.

really! I came to this restaurant again the next day. It was really delicious. I went to another branch of Duan Gongzi - Dali Guguo Store.

The styles and tastes of the two are similar. If you also like Duan Gongzi's restaurant and don't want to go to the same restaurant, you can go to the other one.

The memorial-style menu adds a touch of antiquity to the restaurant, like the treatment that can only be enjoyed in the palace.

The last time I drank after a meal, but this time I drank before a meal and tried not to overlap with the last time.

Not much to say, just put the picture and feel it for yourself. I ate very full that night, then went shopping in the ancient city and went back to sleep. I slept soundly.

Finally, there is a yogurt, it is perfect~

A pot of turbid wine walks the rivers and lakes, Dali, Mr. Duan, is chivalrous and tender.

1.5 A blue and white woven Dali | Zhoucheng tie-dye

There is the majestic Cangshan Mountain in the west and the clear Erhai Lake in the east. On the land of Dali, there is a beautiful village called Zhoucheng.

Known as the "Hometown of Bai People's Tie-dye", Zhoucheng is located beside the Yunnan-Tibet Highway 38 kilometers away from Xiaguan. It is the largest natural village in Dali.

Walking into Zhoucheng, tie-dye is hung all over the roadside walls, the walls are rendered in blue and white, and the houses have a unique temperament due to tie-dye.

There is always an aura of dexterity and wisdom floating here. The sun shines on this village. Walking on the road, you will feel the simplicity and solidity that touch people's hearts.

Dali's blue sky and white clouds, against the blue and white wiring here, is a kind of blue and white movement that lingers in my heart.

Tie-dyeing is a traditional folk craft of the local Bai people since the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties, integrating culture and art.

From a little girl in her teens to an old man who is over sixty years old, she can wear cloth. The pieces of cloth soaked in people's pure and simple hearts are Zhoucheng's cultural business card.

We walked into a tie-dye shop for a visit. The old lady in Bai costumes was very enthusiastic and said that there were still there, so you can go in and have a look.

The bright colors of the dyed cloth are said to never fade, and the patterns are simple but elegant, because they are very popular among tourists.

Just visiting is not enough, you will definitely be moved, you can buy or make a piece of clothing, cloth bags, etc. here, and it is also very beautiful to take home or hang up for decoration.

White flowers on a blue background, simple and natural.

Clear and elegant, unassuming.
Everywhere seems to reveal the romantic romance of Yunnan.

A blue and white woven Dali, the imprint of a period of time.

1.6 Traveling in Dali is worse than traveling in Dali | White Bus

Whether you have been to Dali or not, you must know that many people will choose to come to Dali for travel photography.

But paying someone to take pictures is too expensive, so why not take pictures yourself? It doesn't matter, there is a super filming place, as long as the weather is good, just take a photo and apply a filter to get it done!

The white bus of Internet celebrities is of course the best choice. Before you come, you can prepare some costumes (small and fresh) and props (balloons, hats, etc.).

Before coming to Yunnan, I liked this very much.

There are a few abandoned buses here, which feel very good on the open grass, and just put them there casually, the beauty is amazing enough!

This is a popular place for wedding photographers, because there are a lot of wedding photographers, so if you want to take pictures on it alone, you may have to wait in line. It will be much better in the off-season~

The surrounding area is very open, you can take pictures here freely, and finally have to say, the weather in Dali is really good.

1.7 Beside the Butterfly Spring, singing is flowing | Butterfly Spring

The impression of Yunnan starts from "The South of Colorful Clouds", and the impression of Butterfly Spring starts from the lyrics in it "Beside the Butterfly Spring, the singing is flowing."

There are various explanations and magical and interesting stories about the origin of Butterfly Spring. One of the stories is:

Butterfly Spring was originally called Bottomless Pool, beside which lived the woodcutter Mr. Zhang and the orphan Wen Gu. Later, Wengu and Xialang met by chance, and after that, they often met by the bottomless pool. Wen Gu also gave Xia Lang the butterfly embroidered with a hundred butterflies as a token of love.

Unexpectedly, King Yu in Dali City has long been salivating for the beautiful Wengu. After his marriage proposal was rejected, he snatched Wengu away on the pretext of asking Wengu to embroider butterflies in Prince Yu's mansion. Xialang came to the bottomless pool and saw Wengu's last letter. He buried the old man first, and then he carried a bow and arrow on his back, rode a horse and raised a knife and rushed to Yuwang's mansion. Taking advantage of the dead of night, Xia Lang rescued Wen Gu. After the king of Yu found out, he hurriedly sent the general manager to lead his troops to chase after him.

Xialang had no choice but to retreat to the edge of the bottomless pool. When there was no way to escape, Aunt Xialang and Wen jumped into the bottomless pool hugging each other. It was strange to say that when they jumped into the pool, the sunny sky suddenly turned into lightning and thunder, and it rained heavily. After the rain, the sky cleared, the birds were singing and the flowers were fragrant, a pair of big colorful butterflies flew out of the pond, and then another colorful butterfly flew out. According to legend, they were conjured from the butterflies of the butterfly leaves that Xialang and Wengu carried close to their bodies.

To commemorate Xialang and Wengu, people not only renamed the bottomless pool Butterfly Spring, but also went to the spring to pay their respects on the fifteenth day of the fourth lunar month when they jumped into the pool to die in love, remembering this pair of strong and unyielding lovers. Couples of lovers still go to the spring to gather, sing tunes, dance and express their love on this day. Colorful butterflies from all directions also flew to the spring to meet on this day, and became one of Dali's strange landscapes.

There are many folklore and this is just one of them.

Xu Xiake described Butterfly Spring in his travel notes that year: "Half a mile, there is a flowing spring, going back to the west, half a mile, reaching the foot of the mountain. There are trees hugging each other, standing against the cliff, there is a spring at the bottom, facing east Rinse the root orifice and come out, clear and refreshing. A little to the east, there is another small tree under it, and there is still a small spring, which also comes out of the root. The two springs converge into the abbot's swamp, which is the upper stream that is traced. The big tree on the spring, At the beginning of April, flowers bloom like nymphs, with lifelike whiskers and wings, no different from living butterflies. There are also tens of thousands of real butterflies, with whiskers and hooked feet, hanging upside down from the top of the tree, reaching the surface of the spring, colorful and colorful. Tourists all come from this month, and watch it in groups, and it will be after May.”

There are three faucets below the Butterfly Spring, water is sprayed from the dragon mouth, you can come here to wash your hands.

There is a saying that goes like this: "First for fortune, second for official luck, third for love luck", don't wash too much~

It is a pity that in the past ten years, it has been difficult for people to see the beautiful butterfly event. Even if the butterflies gather sometimes, the number is very small. Now the surrounding natural environment has been destroyed, and the fields have been heavily used pesticides, which accidentally injured many butterflies. The spectacle of butterflies flying all over the sky has been gone for a long time. Only by strengthening the protection of the natural environment and striving to maintain the ecological balance can the charming butterfly event be restored and flourished again.

1.8 Encounter the most beautiful museum | Dali Bai Nationality Museum

It is purely a coincidence to come to the Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Museum. When I was about to arrive in Dali, I originally searched for "Dali Museum". It is in the ancient city, and the map shows that there is another Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture Museum located in the urban area.

I happened to pass by the city, so I discussed with my friends to go around. I didn't expect the museums to be so beautiful.

As soon as you enter, you can feel the architectural style of the Bai nationality. Its building materials and decoration techniques are basically in accordance with the requirements of the traditional folk crafts of the Bai nationality, highlighting the strong local ethnic style. The whole building complex is integrated, which itself is a huge Bai architectural art landscape.

The whole building complex is integrated, which itself is a huge Bai architectural art landscape.

The courtyards are connected by verandahs, covered with pines and green bamboos, camellias and azaleas are in bloom, and pools and rockeries are interesting, with strong ethnic characteristics and local garden style.

In the museum, two new buildings were newly built on both sides of the preface hall. The west building is the Dali general history exhibition hall, and the east building is the temporary exhibition hall. Form a permanent exhibition with the theme of fully displaying the history and culture of Dali, highlighting the basic display of Nanzhao, Dali history and culture, and Bai culture, accompanied by bronze culture, ceramic art, Buddhist culture, marble art, Dali historical figures, calligraphy and painting art .

The biggest gain here is that I finally know the history and difference between Dali Kingdom and Nanzhao Kingdom.

In the Erhai area at that time, there were six small and powerful countries, which were called "Six Edicts". They are: Mengyu Zhao, Yuexi Zhao, Langqiong Zhao, Biyu Zhao, Shi Lang Zhao, Mengshe Zhao. Among them, Mengshezhao is in the south of Zhuzhao, so it is called "Nanzhao". Later, Nanzhao compromised with the Tang Dynasty, and with the support of the Tang Dynasty, successively destroyed the other five Zhaos and various ministries in the West Erhe River area, unified the Erhai Lake area, and established the "Nanzhao Kingdom".

In the reign of Emperor Zhaozong of Tang Dynasty, Zheng Maisi, the Qingping official (prime minister) of the Nanzhao Kingdom, launched a coup, destroyed Nanzhao, and established the "Great Changhe Kingdom". It was 902 A.D. at this time.

In just a few decades later, the Dachanghe Kingdom was replaced by the Datian Xingguo, the Datian Xingguo was replaced by the Dayi Ning Kingdom, and the Dayi Ning Kingdom was finally replaced by the Dali Kingdom.

This is the ins and outs of Dali Kingdom and Nanzhao Kingdom.

It is said that understanding the past and present of a place begins with the museum. A museum is a materialized history of development. People communicate with history through cultural relics, pass through the barriers of time and space, and overlook the ups and downs of history.

¤ Summary of Dali

Dali is a place where you will always have new discoveries no matter how many times you have been there; no matter how many times you have been there, you will have different feelings.

Dali in spring is the beginning of my trip to Yunnan, and in the next few months, I have come to Dali for the third time by chance, and every time I still feel that Dali is bright and windy.

Walking on the bluestone slabs of the ancient city,
Go boating on the Erhai Lake and listen to the songs of the Bai family.
The morning sunrise is awakened by the Erhai Lake,
Life in Xizhou will be far away from troubles.
The old days of tie-dyeing in Zhoucheng,
The beautiful scenery of the majestic Cangshan Mountain.
Have a sweet dream by the Butterfly Spring,
Be a knight in Tianlong Babu.
The spring of Dali is endless,
There are endless stories about Erhai Lake.

2. Autumn in Lijiang

In everyone's youth, there is a period about travel longing
I know, Lijiang is your long-lingering dream
Many people say that Lijiang is already a place full of commercial atmosphere.
Over time, you also become dislike Lijiang

Is Lijiang worth visiting?
Then come with me to see what Lijiang should look like

2.1 Day and night, noisy and quiet in the ancient city

In the morning light, the ancient city is quiet, the footsteps are light, and the time is light.

In the morning, the ancient city of Lijiang completely got rid of the lively and crowded impression.

At this time, it is better to face the sun, find an alley and get in, and eat a bowl of steaming Yunnan rice noodles deep in the alley.

I always feel that the alley is suitable for a person to stroll slowly, look at the small shops that have just opened, people who occasionally rush on the street, and even the figure of a cat will be attracted.

The ancient city in the morning is especially suitable for daze, suitable for finding a quiet coffee shop, slowing down and thinking.

It is said that Lijiang is the capital of Aventure. I think this Aventure is from meeting Lijiang's sunshine, meeting Lijiang's life, meeting Lijiang's purity in the morning and liveliness at night.

It is better to have an affair with a person than to have an affair with a place, because the person will leave, but the place will always be there.

Wait until sunset, the sky becomes very beautiful, accompanied by clouds, back to the center of the ancient city.

At night, when the lights are on, the ancient city is the busiest. The night with stories makes the streets crowded. Tourists from all directions want to experience the bustling streets of the ancient city.

No matter where you go, the singing and drumming will never stop. This is the "South of Colorful Clouds" you have been looking forward to.

Beautiful Lijiang, people are on the road.

There are also river lanterns sold inside, which reminds me of the scene of releasing river lanterns in ancient times, which entrusts people's good wishes.

Good night, Lijiang.

2.2 Overlook the panorama of the ancient city and watch a scene of clear clouds and breeze

When you come to Lijiang, if you want to see the whole picture of the ancient city, Lion Rock is the first choice.

Navigation Walk up the mountain from the city, and you will pass many restaurants and bars built on the mountainside along the way. Although you can overlook the ancient city there, it is not as shocking and open as you can see on the top of the mountain.

You can scan the code to buy tickets at the door, and you can save a few dollars by binding a bank card. Generally speaking, Lion Rock is not too big, and it can be visited in one hour.

There is a viewing platform on the left hand side after entering the door. The sun shining through the clouds on the opposite mountain is very beautiful, but don't worry, the better view is still behind.

When I went there, I saw several foreigners. I think Yunnan must be a paradise in the eyes of foreigners.

You can see many tall trees of this kind in it. There are more than 30 ancient cypresses in Lion Mountain, which were planted by the chieftain of Mufu. The forests are more than 400 years old.

Walking up from the observation deck for a few minutes, you will arrive at the Wangu Building, which is the tallest building in Lion Rock.

In Dongba language, Wangulou is interpreted as Millennium Wandailou, and in Naxi language, it is called Wengulun, which means viewing from a commanding height. Because of its homonym, it is named Wangulou.

Wan Zhe means overlooking the ancient city of Lijiang and its idyllic scenery, looking at the Wannian Glacier of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance, and also means that Lijiang will restore and rebuild its homeland, which will last forever and be immortal.

The plane of the Wangu Building is square, and four pairs of stone lions of different shapes are placed at the entrances on all sides.

It is a tower-style five-layer eaves full-wood structure building with a height of 33 meters and 16 main pillars, all of which are connected to the sky.

There are many colorful patterns in the building. It is said that there are as many as 10,000 dragons engraved and painted inside, entrusting people's good wishes.

The glass window in the middle of the viewing window on each floor of the Wangu Building is open for tourists to watch and take pictures.

The top floor of the Wangu Building is the best point to overlook the ancient city, where you can see all the scenery at a glance, which is very beautiful.

The grand scale of the ancient city of Lijiang can only be fully appreciated here.

This was taken behind the Wangu Building, which integrates the Lion Rock and the ancient city. Many photographers also like to take pictures here.

The closing time in the afternoon goes to 6:30, and people will no longer be allowed to enter at 6:00, so friends who want to go to Lion Mountain pay attention to the time~

2.3 The four most beautiful streets and alleys in the ancient city (exclusive)

I have been to Lijiang twice, but I have traveled all the roads in the ancient city, and some roads have been walked back and forth three or four times. In the process of traveling all over the ancient city, I also found some of the most beautiful streets and alleys that I would like to share with you.

This part can be regarded as exclusive, except for the last one, the names are all taken by myself, so it is convenient for the image~

① "Paper Umbrella Street"
This street may be the most popular one in the ancient city. The official name is Guangyi Street Xianwen Lane. Looking up, there are oil-paper umbrellas all over the sky, just like walking into poetry and painting.

② "Lantern Street"

As the name suggests, Lantern Street is full of lanterns, and the alley next to Wuyi Street seems to be Zhenxing Alley.

③ "Gourd Street"

I found this street by accident. It’s on the north side of the ancient city. I forgot the exact name. Anyway, it’s close to the road, and the bells are very nice when the wind blows~

④ Dayan Flower Alley

In the ancient city, Dayan Flower Lane is one of my favorite places. Here, you can be a person who is not influenced by time.

2.4 Meet the Prince of West Dian and bring you back to Lijiang in your dreams

In Lijiang, is there any delicious food that you will never forget?

As a Chengdu native who is picky about food, "Prince of Western Dian" satisfies my imagination of Yunnan cuisine, and the name gives it a very Yunnan flavor.

The Prince of West Dian tells about the rise and fall of the Mufu, chasing the caravans that traveled thousands of miles, and listening to the Mosuo style on the shore of Lugu Lake with Lijiang chieftain as the background. It mainly focuses on Naxi cuisine and supplements Yunnan specialties, and takes you to appreciate the customs of Song and Yuan Dynasties and the characteristics of Dongba .

A local friend recommended this place, and the reviews are good, so come and try it, sincerely recommend~

In the ancient city of Lijiang, Dianxi Prince has two stores. We went to the Dianxi Prince Menghui Lijiang store first. We thought it was so delicious. The next night, we checked in at the Dianxi Prince Ethnic Specialty Store. Haha, we will go next time. Lijiang has to eat it again.

The simple and unsophisticated appearance has a different world after entering. The environment is very good, clean and tidy, and it incorporates the local architectural features, giving people a refreshing feeling.

The waiters are all dressed in local costumes, and they also entertained us warmly. The impression is very good.

Roast beef tenderloin wrapped in banana leaves is my favorite dish. It is wrapped in banana leaves and looks very Yunnan. It looks ordinary from the outside, but it tastes very delicious, the beef is soft and tender, the taste is comfortable, and the soup is mellow, a must!

This secret cured pork ribs is a famous and iconic dish in Lijiang. His family is different from other restaurants. It is stir-fried and very fragrant.

The Dai-flavored mini pilaf has a very good appearance. I was attracted by the appearance, and I will give you plastic gloves to eat. Friends who can’t eat spicy food should be careful, because there are pickled peppers in it.

"I'm a bit skittish" is a very special dish name. It is a kind of local green vegetable, which is relatively light and the soup is very fresh.

My friends and I like to eat wild mushrooms in Lugu Lake, because we don’t have time to go to Lugu Lake, so we must order this dish hahaha, the mushrooms feel very fresh~

In the prince of western Yunnan, while enjoying the visual feast, he also got great satisfaction from the taste buds. When he was slightly drunk, he dreamed back to Lijiang, from Jade Dragon Snow Mountain to the shore of Lugu Lake, from Mufu to Dashuiche...

2.5 "Locals" experience in Zhongyi Market

The vegetable market hides the most authentic appearance of the city. If you want to understand a city, it is better to visit the vegetable market first.

Zhongyi Market is the most human-like place in the ancient city of Lijiang. The rhythm and life of the whole city are displayed here without pretense.

Some people say that when you lose confidence in life and feel lost, you should go to the vegetable market. Because there are people who love life there, and they can always bring you hope here.

Wang Zengqi once said: "In a new place, some people like to go to department stores and some people like to go to bookstores. I would rather go to the vegetable market. Look at the raw chicken and duck, fresh and juicy vegetables, and red peppers. Being squeezed makes people feel a kind of joy in life.”

The more messy it is, the more it represents the breath of life, and the more crowded it is, the more it is popular with the locals.

The "steaming" of life is not elsewhere, but here.

2.6 Stroll along the Shuhe River and experience the authentic Naxi style

Compared with the ancient city of Lijiang, Shuhe is a little less noisy and more quiet.

Shuhe Ancient Town now accepts tickets, which can be purchased at the entrance. If you forget to bring your student ID card like me, it is also effective to log in to the educational administration system to check the information and show it to the staff.

Shuhe is one of the earliest settlements of Naxi ancestors in Lijiang Bazi, and it is also an important well-preserved market town on the Ancient Tea Horse Road.

The sound of horseshoes, where will you go.

This should be the place where the river flows the most, and there is a kind of beauty in the south of the Yangtze River.

A sign on the side of the road successfully caught my attention, so interesting haha!

There will be a performance in the "Sifang Tingyin" in the ancient town, and you can watch it according to the time. In addition, you can also take a sightseeing bus from Sifang Street back to Sifang to listen to the music with the scenic spot tickets for free.

The Ancient Tea-Horse Road Museum is part of the “Shuheyuan” architectural complex of Mu’s chieftain in the Ming Dynasty. There are six murals in it. Like the Baisha murals, it is the only surviving example of Ming Dynasty murals in Yunnan and is listed as a provincial cultural relic. The surrounding buildings are the teaching buildings of Shuhe Primary School in the period of the Republic of China, which have been fully protected. It is an important place for tourists to understand the history and culture of the Ancient Tea Horse Road.

The museum can be visited for free with tickets to the Shuhe Scenic Area, and there are free explanations inside. If you don't hurry, you can go shopping.

It turns out that in addition to the ancient city of Lijiang, there is also a "Paper Umbrella Street" in Shuhe, which can be seen at the entrance of the Ancient Tea Horse Road Museum.

The museum is divided into five exhibition areas: Preface Hall, Mural Exhibition Hall, History Hall 1, History Hall 2, Shuhe Life Hall, and Shuhe Cobbler Hall. Show visitors the rich history and culture of the region.

The Ancient Tea-Horse Road originated from the tea-horse trade in the southwestern frontier in ancient times. It flourished in the Tang and Song Dynasties, flourished in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and flourished in the middle and late stages of World War II. The Ancient Tea-Horse Road is divided into Sichuan-Tibet Road and Yunnan-Tibet Road, connecting Sichuan-Yunnan-Tibet, extending into China, Sikkim, Nepal, and India, until West Asia and the Red Sea coast of West Africa.

The Ancient Yunnan-Tibet Tea-Horse Road was formed in the late sixth century AD. It started from Simao and Puer, the main tea-producing areas in Yunnan, in the south, passed through today's Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture and Lijiang area, Shangri-La, entered Tibet, and went straight to Lhasa. Some are also re-exported from Tibet to India and Nepal, which is an important trade channel between ancient China and South Asia. Pu'er is a unique place of origin and transit distribution center for goods on the Ancient Tea-Horse Road, with a long history.

On the way to Jiuding Longtan, you will see these three wells next to each other, named "Three Eyes Well".

It is actually a manifestation of the ancient local water-saving method, using the flow of water to form three wells side by side from top to bottom. The far left of the three-eye well is used as the source of spring water, which can be used for drinking water, the middle is used for washing vegetables, and the far right is used for washing clothes.

On the north side of the ancient town, there is a beautiful pool of water - Jiuding Longtan.

Jiuding Longtan rests on Longquan Mountain in the west and Qinglong River in the east. It is a small semi-circular stone pool with one up and one down. There is a pavilion between the two pools, which is the best place to watch "Jiuding Longtan". The water of Jiuding Longtan comes from the crevices of the stones at the foot of Longquan Mountain. The water in the pool is not deep, but it is not muddy in summer and not shallow in winter. Generally, clear water overflows from the crevices of the stones, moistening the ancient town forever.

The blue-green pool water is very dreamy and very beautiful.

Strolling along the trails of the ancient town, you can see the scattered Naxi folk houses everywhere. The well-preserved ancient roads, markets, and water systems can always make people feel a strong cultural atmosphere.

The stone roads on the street that have been trampled smooth by people and horses seem to still be able to see the prosperity of the past.

To be honest, I am a little envious of the dogs here, the warm sunshine, sleeping on the ground is very comfortable, and the slow pace of the whole ancient town is very relaxing.

Shuhe, see you next time.

2.7 Traveling through time, meet the appearance of Lijiang 20 years ago in Baisha

Baisha is the least well-known ancient town among the three ancient towns in Lijiang (the other two are Dayan Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town). It is an ancient town located beside the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.

The commercial atmosphere here is not strong at all, and it can be regarded as an "ancient town" in the true sense. It used to be the capital of the ancient kingdom of Naxi and was listed as a world cultural heritage.

In the ancient town, you can look up and see the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain in the distance. The white clouds wrap around the mountain, and the scenery is picturesque.

After staying in a lively place for a long time, I always like this primitive and quiet place in my heart.

If you want to relax your body and mind, you can stay in the ancient town for a few days. The large fields, quaint villages, and snow-capped mountains are enough to make you relax physically and mentally.

The first thing you see when you come here is the "Baisha Mural", which is a famous scenic spot in Baisha Ancient Town. , has lasted for more than 300 years, and there are 55 murals in existence.

Because the time here is limited, I want to spend more time in the ancient town, so I didn't go in and visit it. If there is enough time, it is worth visiting, and the tickets are not too expensive.

There are many tie-dye shops in the ancient town, and these colorful face cloths add some vitality to this gray-blue ancient town.

The ground paved with stone slabs, the mahogany houses with blue bricks and black tiles, and the locust trees on the roadside are the memories of childhood, and there is a feeling of deja vu.

The old couple in the shot were met by us on the train. We were all in a private room on the train. They came to Yunnan from northeast China to play with their son. On Sifang Street, the old woman recognized me and greeted me. I didn't realize it at the first time, but I realized it later. It was really a coincidence.

The old lady is very similar to Song Dandan in terms of appearance and accent. Personally, I think Dongbei's tone of voice is quite funny. We said goodbye after chatting for a while.

How nice they are to travel hand in hand!

The dogs here are so cute, I couldn't help but take a group photo.

Only the days to come are long, let’s sleep in the warm afternoon sun and make a cup of coffee.

2.8 Colorful Yunnan, nine-color roses

Going to Nine Colors Rose Town was a complete accident. I returned to the airport from the ancient city of Lijiang that morning, and the plane passed at 12:00 noon, but the time in the morning should not be wasted, so I checked if there is any place to go on the way to the airport. I want to play like this and go back to the airport on the way.

Then I saw Nine Color Rose Town, which is quite close to the airport, but it’s inconvenient to go there by public transportation, so I found a master to take us there, and then sent us back to the airport after playing.

According to the master, this place used to charge tickets. At that time, there were still a lot of rose gardens in the town, but later, due to poor management, fewer and fewer tourists came to visit, so tickets were not charged. Even so, now Not too many people came.

In fact, Rose Town is originally a gathering place of ethnic minorities. In order to develop the local economy, the developers painted the walls of the houses in the town with colors, coupled with the beautiful environment, it is full of roses.

Although it is not very recommended to go (the service facilities are not perfect, and there is no recommended delicious food, in order not to lie to you with photos, hahaha, it is only suitable for a short stay, as to whether it is worth seeing the personal situation), but only from the scenery. Said that the town is still very beautiful, you can go up the hill behind the town and overlook the entire colorful town.

When I was walking on the street, I encountered a group of aerial photography enthusiasts in the alley, and the aerial photography here will be more beautiful.

The colorful houses feel unreal after a long time, like a scene in a painting.

Most of the locals wear local national costumes, and you will often see local women walking on the street.

There are also many 3D murals, which make the slightly boring village come alive.

Generally speaking, this is a place where you don't care whether you go or not, but its existence is a better proof of "Colorful Yunnan".

¤ Summary of Lijiang

Lijiang may have been overly popular and commercialized in the eyes of many people. Many travelers who pay attention to travel experience and "picky" will use Lijiang as a transit point, and prefer places such as Shanggrali and Lugu Lake.

But after staying in Lijiang for a period of time, you will find that it is not as boring as you imagined, it just needs a relatively relaxed state of mind.

There is never a lack of life, but I always feel that life should be elsewhere, and life in Lijiang is that other place.

— Dali Lijiang Travel Notes

1. The temperature difference in Dali and Lijiang is very large, so if you go, you should prepare not only summer clothes, but also a coat.

2. Dali and Lijiang belong to the plateau area, so the ultraviolet rays are still very strong. The popular point is that the sun is very close, so you must pay attention to sun protection.

3. If you go there to play, you should pay attention to buy an umbrella, as it will often rain in Dali.

5. The terrain is relatively complicated, so don't wear uncomfortable shoes, and don't wear high heels.

7. There are still many local ethnic minorities, so we must respect the local folk customs.

8. Dali's greening is very good. If you go out to play, you will be bitten by insects, so prepare medicine.

9. When traveling to Dali and Lijiang, what should I bring?
Backpacks, casual flat shoes, trousers, coats, sunscreen and spray, lipstick, sunglasses, hats, power banks, standing medicines, documents, etc...
Most importantly, bring your good mood!

10. How is the weather in Lijiang, Dali? What should I do if the weather forecast shows that there will always be rain?
Dali Lijiang is located on a plateau with a pleasant climate, but the temperature difference between morning and evening is large. In spring, there is plenty of sunshine and the climate is moderate, often between 15-25 degrees. In summer, the rain is concentrated and the temperature is relatively high, but it will not exceed 30 degrees. Autumn is redundant, and it is slightly cool in the morning and evening, but it does not feel cold. Winter is relatively dry, and it is cold in the morning and evening, and it is very comfortable if there is sunshine.
Don’t worry if you see that there is always rain in the weather forecast. Generally, it won’t rain for too long, and it will clear again in a while. It may also be that there is rain in a certain county in a certain place, so it has little impact on travel.
