After 40 minutes of walking on the plank road, we finally arrived at the entrance of the second gypsum cave in the Shuanghe Valley Scenic Area. This cave feels much wider than the previous one. Walking along the entrance, we stopped not far away to connect us. Sightseeing car, the first time I took a car in the cave, I was somewhat excited.




The entrance of this cave is very wide and flat. You can take a sightseeing car in the scenic spot to go sightseeing in the cave. The distance by car is about three kilometers. There are not too many lighting decorations in the cave, and the style is more elegant, which is different from the caves I have seen before. In order to allow tourists to appreciate the original appearance of the cave without artificial carvings, lights will be placed on the main parts. The naturally formed shape of the cave wall and the top of the cave plus the accessories of the lights are like a picture scroll, which is amazing.




The speed of the car was very fast, and the light in the cave was dim, so it was difficult for ordinary cameras to take pictures of the journey. Thanks to my Sony a7, I left a lot of precious photos.




Not far after getting off the bus, there is the most quintessential scenic spot in Gypsum Cave—the underground terraced fields.




At the underground terraces, the colorful lights here make the cave more gorgeous, and the constantly changing colors of the lights make it even more dreamlike.



We moved on, and the scenery became more beautiful. After walking a few steps forward, the style changed again, even moving a lake into a cave.



The large water surface is as smooth as a mirror. We walked carefully and whispered in low voices, lest we destroy this beautiful picture.



Common stalagmites and stalactites in ordinary caves, the volume of the cave here is larger, and it looks more like a gorgeous underground palace. The beauty of the cave is reflected on the water, which is even more beautiful. After seeing the Shuanghe Valley Scenic Spot behind Twelve, I realized that the caves can be so beautiful.
