Freshly made, absolutely fresh
From the time I landed in Xinjiang, I ate mutton skewers all the way. But I still feel that I have not eaten the taste that Xinjiang lamb skewers should have in dim sum. Until I came to the Kashgar Cattle and Sheep Grand Bazaar in this surprise. The extremely simple grilling mode is to throw huge meat skewers directly into the stove without too many condiments. But it is so fresh and tender. Although the meat is still huge, it is enough to chew lightly. It costs 15 yuan a bunch, and I really want to eat two skewers, but the size is too small, and I want to leave a little space to taste other different delicacies.
