When returning to Zhangjiakou from Guyuan, there was a high-speed traffic jam and I navigated a village road. The sky gradually cleared up on the road, and when I looked up, I saw a rainbow on the sunroof of the car. Just after having fun on the prairie, I immediately saw the rainbow again. The feeling of incomparable happiness cannot be described in words.

Dajingmen is the symbol of Zhangjiakou. War and peace, life and death, prosperity and desolation, repeat and repeat here. Dajingmen not only witnessed the poverty and weakness of old China, but also witnessed the prosperity of new China and the great historical changes of Zhangjiakou outside the Great Wall.
Dajingmen is located in the urban area of Zhangjiakou, so traffic jams and tight parking spaces are unavoidable. Try to arrive early in the morning, and the climbing will not be too hot.
