[Response measures for altitude sickness]:

When traveling to the plateau, most people have more or less altitude sickness, especially those who are new to the plateau. This is normal. As long as you are healthy, you can quickly adapt to the plateau climate, so you don't have to worry about it.

The main symptoms of altitude sickness are headache, chest tightness, shortness of breath, vomiting, nausea, insomnia, etc. Generally speaking, after 1-2 days, the above symptoms will gradually alleviate and disappear. However, patients with serious heart, lung disease and high blood pressure should not travel to the plateau. In particular, pay attention to some guys who are usually aggressive, competitive, ambitious, face-saving, have high self-esteem and have good physical strength! Avoid common respiratory diseases such as colds and fevers before departure; preserve your energy.

1. Drinking butter tea, dairy products and beef and mutton in moderation can enhance the adaptability to plateau climate. To prevent dryness, especially lipsticks and sunscreens for sun protection can effectively prevent water loss and increase the body's resistance.

2. When you first enter the plateau, rest more, do not overeat, so as not to increase the burden on the digestive organs, do not drink alcohol and smoke, drink plenty of water and eat more fruits, no smoking and alcohol. Do not run and do vigorous exercise. Some oxygen tanks can be properly prepared.

3. Diet should be moderate, not overeating, so as not to increase the burden on the stomach. You can eat more vegetables, fruits, and drink plenty of water. It is best to drink enough water before activities in the morning. Drink plenty of water during activities but drink less each time. It is best not to smoke. do not drink. It is advisable to wear loose and warm clothes when traveling on the plateau. Because the sun is strong, it is best to wear sunglasses, sunglasses, and sunscreen to prevent ultraviolet rays from burning the skin. 5. Once altitude sickness occurs, there is no need to panic. Targeted treatment should be given depending on the degree of the reaction. If the reaction is low, you can take a restful approach, drink more water, and exercise less. Generally, it will disappear or weaken after a period of time. 

6. Commonly used drugs to prevent altitude sickness: Rhodiola, Jigan Tablets, glucose, etc., start taking them two days before entering the mountain, and continue to take them on the way, which can effectively prevent altitude sickness.
