The main symptoms of altitude sickness are headache, chest tightness, shortness of breath, vomiting, nausea, insomnia, etc. Generally speaking, after 1-2 days, the above symptoms will gradually alleviate and disappear. However, patients with serious heart, lung disease and high blood pressure should not travel to the plateau. In particular, pay attention to some guys who are usually aggressive, competitive, ambitious, face-saving, have high self-esteem and have good physical strength! Avoid common respiratory diseases such as colds and fevers before departure; preserve your energy.
