Zizhu Temple, I mistakenly thought it was "Spider Temple" when I first heard it, and I didn't know until I went up the mountain that Zizhu refers to the six 4,800-meter maroon peaks of Dingqing. On the south slope of the peak, overlooking the densely packed scripture halls and monk houses, it looks like a colorful oil painting and a huge net.
In recent years, due to the popularity of tourist secrets in Eastern Tibet, many people fly directly to Qamdo and start to play. There are also more people like me who come from Lhasa Namco or Ngari North Line and enter Nagqu and Qamdo areas. I lived in Dingqing County last night. When I woke up early in the morning, I found that the surrounding peaks were dyed red, which is already in the style of Zizhu Mountain.
From Dingqing County, turn right about 30 kilometers to a small road, pass through a small canyon, and then there is an uphill dirt road with steep peaks circling continuously. In fact, the Sichuan-Tibet North Line 317 is at the foot of the mountains to the north of these peaks, but Zizhu Temple faces south. I drove back to Hangzhou from Lhasa 8 years ago, and I didn’t notice it when I passed Dingqing County.
I once saw a photo of Zizhu Temple by accident. The star-studded temples and monk houses are suspended on the cliffs, like the scene in the movie "Lord of the Rings". , I don't know how long it has been. When the car was driven to an altitude of 4,800 meters, a shocking scene finally appeared.
The six peaks of Zizhu Mountain symbolize that Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva uses compassion and wisdom to save all sentient beings in the six realms and help them move towards the road of liberation from troubles. Therefore, the Yongzhong Bon religion in Tibet established a temple here more than 3,000 years ago. Many classics and rituals It has been completely preserved and inherited here, and a grand divine dance performance is held every twelve years. Every day, devout believers from thousands of miles away come to worship this mountain road.
The third peak of the six peaks is the most wonderful. It is a hollow mountain. It is said that the hollow is left by the roc passing through the mountain. Because it is like a hanging mirror, it can reflect the hearts of the world and the emptiness of the world. It is called "visibility peak". It has also become a must-see internet celebrity spot in Zizhu Temple.
Due to the steepness of the mountain, iron ladders had to be built among the steep rocks, and they climbed up the gate of the sky with thousands of turns. Behind them is the blue sky, white clouds and vast sentient beings.
What's even more amazing is that the monks wished they could build the meditation room to the top of the mountain. The practice hut on the cliff next to the cave was originally just a cave. It is said that the prince of King Zhang Zhung once practiced here, and later built the highest meditation room in Zizhu Temple.
Looking out from this meditation room, you can have a panoramic view of the whole Zizhu Temple. For three thousand years, Zizhu Temple has been steeped in mountains, far away from the secular world, and has extremely difficult natural conditions. However, no matter whether it has experienced famines, legal difficulties, wars or turmoil, the monks meditated with Yuntian and recited with mountains and rivers, maintaining a pure atmosphere of practicing Dharma.
Going up from the meditation room, there is a meditation platform. Here, overlooking the majestic mountains, the sky is endless, everything gathers spirits, and lives naturally.

From Dingqing County to Qamdo, this section is known as the red land in southeast Tibet. It is the largest Danxia landform area in Tibet. Viewed from Zizhu Mountain, it is surrounded by layers of colorful rocks interlaced with the distant mountains. The blue sky is handed over, neither sad nor happy.
