Route: China Railway Museum—Beijing Olympic Park—Bird’s Nest—Water Cube—Beijing Minsheng Art Museum—798 Art District—Sanlitun—Xidan—Wangfujing Street

Because I live nearby, I can see the China Railway Museum every day. The appearance is really beautiful. I checked that there are two China Railway Museums, and this one is the Zhengyangmen Museum.

Keep collecting subway tickets.

The purpose of coming to Beijing Olympic Park is to see the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube, but the Olympic Park is really big, and security checks are required at the entrance.

In fact, whether it is the Bird's Nest or the Water Cube, the night view is the most beautiful. On the day we came, there were quite few tourists, but the north wind was super cold.

The Bird's Nest is very familiar to us. The full name is the National Stadium. It is the main stadium of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The appearance of the building is its own structure, and it is nicknamed the Bird's Nest because of its shape. According to the introduction, it is said that the design service life is 100 years, the fire resistance is first class, the earthquake resistance is 8 degrees, and the underground waterproof is first class.

Between the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube is a row of tall and large street lamps with a beautiful shape. There is also a modeling square between the two, with some exhibitions and so on. When I took four consecutive shots of the bird's nest, I found that there was an underground passage, and of course it was locked now.

The park is really a big duck, and there is also a small sightseeing train.

The shape of the ground lamps around the bird's nest is also like the shape of the bird's nest itself.

Tickets: Beijing Olympic Park and Forest Park are free, each venue charges separately, 50 yuan for the Bird's Nest, 30 yuan for the Water Cube, you can buy a joint ticket.

The stadium in the Bird's Nest is really big, with endless red seats, neat and clean.

I didn't find an elevator inside at first, so I climbed five floors by myself.

After arriving at the fifth floor, we first overlooked the stadium, and then went to the south and north viewing platforms respectively. In the exhibition area of the highlights of the Olympic project, there is the bird's nest membrane structure exhibition and siphon reflection. On this floor, there are also the best shooting spots for the steel structure of the Bird's Nest, the photo exhibition of the three major concepts of the Olympic Games, the props exhibition for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games, the Olympic Heritage Corridor and the display of the Bird's Nest structural health monitoring system.

When I went downstairs, I finally found the elevator. There is also a licensed retail store at the exit on the first floor, and the products inside are very beautiful.

Opposite the Bird's Nest is the Water Cube. The full name of the Water Cube is the National Aquatics Center. It is also one of the landmark buildings of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The appearance of the Water Cube is very cute, like big bubbles. Its membrane structure is the best in the world. It is designed according to the arrangement of cells and the natural structure of soap bubbles. This form has never appeared in architectural structures. The creativity is very strange.

When we went, although the Chinese language was still written "Water Cube", the English language had been changed to ICE CUBE. At the end of 2018, the Water Cube had been officially converted into the Ice Cube to prepare for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. The pool in front of the Water Cube is very beautiful, and there are layers of faint ripples inside, which can't be found unless you look carefully.

From the inside, these big soap bubbles are more dreamy. The dark blue seats are matched with the blue swimming pool, and the eyes are full of dreamy blue.

The water park on the other side also has many facilities, and there were still people playing in it that day.

I thought that Beijing would be much warmer than Shenyang. I could wear cotton clothes in Shenyang, but when I came to Beijing, I encountered cold air. I regretted not wearing a down jacket. It may be that the Olympic Park is too large, so I feel the cold wind is even more frigid. I accidentally discovered real kung fu in the Water Cube, and quickly bought two cups of hot soybean milk, which immediately warmed me up.

The night view of the Bird's Nest and the Water Cube is really beautiful, and the light show is gorgeous and dreamy. It is highly recommended. The area of the Olympic Park is really too big, and there are many sculptures here, all related to sports.

There is a huge banyan tree by the lake, with luxuriant branches and leaves, becoming a landscape.

I also saw the torch device of the year, which was much larger than I imagined.

On the way to 798, I have been relying on the navigation to find it. It can be said that I am hungry and thirsty. The north wind was very strong and cold that day. Passing by the door of this store, I saw the familiar shape of the old Beijing copper hot pot. When I saw the old Beijing home cooking, I hurried in and had a seat.

The temperature inside the store is not much warmer, it is still a bit cold. I ordered a bowl of tomato and egg noodles. This noodle looks light, but it actually tastes like a lot of lard.

On the way to continue looking for 798, I accidentally discovered the Minsheng Art Museum. I went to the Minsheng Art Museum when I was in Shanghai. This is the Beijing Minsheng Art Museum. Minsheng Art Museum was initiated and funded by Minsheng Bank. It is the first non-profit art institution with financial institutions as the background in mainland China. The museum has a very large area, and its original site was the Beijing Matsushita Picture Tube Factory. Address: across the road from 798 Art District, across the street.

There are also several groups of sculptures in the outdoor area, one of which has a big brain hole, and because of the symmetry of the glass base, there will be double the number visually.

The interior display of the art gallery is more open, diverse and flexible. When we went, the first floor was undergoing rehearsal and partial renovation.

At that time, I was catching up with a research exhibition of Wang Yi, called Tiao Tiao. Note that the pronunciation is tiao diao, which is very visually impactful.

The 798 Art District is one of the must-see places for literary fans to come to Beijing. There are many galleries, art centers, theaters, cafes, restaurants and bars here. I wanted to come and see it many times before, but it was never listed in the itinerary, and I finally made a special trip this time. The 798 sign at the entrance is not very obvious during the day, but it will look good at night when there are lights.

The architectural style of the red brick factory area is very simple. There are many colorful graffiti on the walls, as well as many sculptures, full of artistic atmosphere everywhere.

We went there in the afternoon, there were very few tourists, only a few hurried pedestrians, and the whole art district seemed very quiet.

Strolling casually, without going deep into it, I was suddenly attracted by a huge ginkgo tree. The golden ginkgo leaves fell with the wind, just like an oil painting, really beautiful.

Arrived in Xidan at night, strolled around Xidan Joy City, mainly to find Jiaxing Dad inside, and accidentally found a small robot in Xidan Joy City, which is quite intelligent, with a very cute and cute voice. Although you can search and navigate, but after the navigation starts, it can't take you to the destination, it can only show you a way forward.

I ate dinner at Xidan Shopping Center. I encountered the worst real kung fu in history. I bought a chestnut chicken set meal and added an extra serving of Yuanqi bamboo silk black chicken soup. The soup was cold, but the auntie-level waiter refused to heat it up, and said three times that a refund would be required before reheating it; there were glass shards in the rice; Come on, the store manager should go directly to the moon.

There are also many Beijing specialties for sale in Xidan Shopping Center. After shopping for a while, I accidentally found this fresh fruit time. There are many types of drinks, the waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic, and the process of making drinks on the spot looks very professional.

We bought a yogurt cow with a very interesting name. The quantity is very large, and the yogurt tastes very authentic.

Afterwards, we went back to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street to enjoy the night view.
