If my eyes are too doting, my words are too partial, don't get bored, and don't question.

As a Yunnan black girl, I love this land deeply.

Going to Shangri-La is not a long-planned plan, and going to Lijiang is not for a rush of love. After all, I have traveled to places many times, and I can’t talk about going there for fame.

But it’s embarrassing to say, every time a friend wants to visit Yunnan, I always recommend them the spring and summer months. There is no special reason, it’s just a personal preference.

But the story came suddenly. When I stood at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters and took a deep breath, the wind in Shangri-La was already the taste of autumn.

【Shangri-La】The sun and the moon in my heart

Maybe the last time you came, it was just a place called Zhongdian. More than ten years later, it was renamed Shangri-La. Since the British novelist James Hilton's "Lost Horizon", it has become a pure land that everyone is fascinated by.

Shangri-La, which means "the sun and the moon in the heart" in Tibetan, is the Paradise of Ultimate Bliss in Tibetan Buddhism.

There are lakes and snow-capped mountains, grasslands, cattle and sheep, valleys and forests. The sky seems to be right above the head, and the clouds are within reach. These are not fantasies, nor fictions, all haunting dreams can only be seen through the window of the car.

So do you want to go to Shangri-La with me to find the sun and moon in your heart?

It was raining lightly outside the window, the clouds and mist were lingering, the air became thinner, and the rugged winding mountain road made me unable to sit still.

The younger sister said: "If people from Yunnan show high rebellion, won't it be too embarrassing to say it!!?"

"It's necessary, girl, hold on~!"

Wait, nonono, I'm not high-reverse, I'm just motion sickness! ! !

If you still insist on looking for the "sun and moon in your heart" at this moment, I probably have nothing to do with you. All I need is a bag of Er Bao

Balagezong|Into the Shambhala Mystery

"If Shangri-La is a mysterious legend, then Balagezong is its most mysterious part."

——This is the most beautiful passage I have ever read.

So if you tell me, Shangri-La is the closest place to heaven. Then I can only say that Balagezong is hidden in heaven, the last secret place isolated from the world.

Before 2008, Balagezong was almost nowhere to be found on the map. After the road was opened to traffic, this ancient and mysterious sanctuary was unveiled.

In fact, before going to Shangri-La, I didn't know much about Balagezong until I got on the bus in the scenic spot.

Our car was driving along the winding and steep mountain road, and every look out of the window was full of uneasy apprehension, the feeling of knowing that we will arrive but worrying that we will not be able to arrive, complex and delicate. A story about a Tibetan road builder was shown on TV. The Kham man who came out of the mountains, the persistent and simple man, the touching story of building roads for his hometown by himself, he is Sina Dingzhu.

If you are not on the scene, how can you understand that the mountain road that used to be 5 days on foot has been shortened to 2 hours by car. After more than ten years of hard work, the gate of Balagezong has been opened.

Hearing that his hometown is an extremely holy place, another hidden paradise on earth, I began to look forward to this secret place deep in the mountains.

Walking into Bala Zhuoma Lakang, the Tibetan Culture Expo Center, is also a temple hidden in the mountains.

"Dolma" is translated as Tara, and "Lakang" is translated as scripture hall. Because of the long time limit, Drolma Lakang was rebuilt on the original 21 Tara scripture hall. Although it is dedicated to gods and Buddhas, it is also the only temple without lamas.

Entering such a Buddhist holy place, I have never had the habit of taking pictures, just look at it with your eyes and feel it with your heart. So obediently put away the camera, some etiquette and customs need to be respected.

The Expo Center is divided into two floors. The first floor is dedicated to Buddha statues, and the second floor is the 21 Tara Hall, which circles clockwise. The prayer wheel is used to pray for blessings. According to legend, Tara is the mother of all things, the goddess who saves suffering beings, and is in charge of 21 kinds of karma in the world. Tibetans firmly believe that as long as they look forward to Tara devoutly, they will respond to their requests.

In addition, there are thousands of ancient scriptures in it. Faith makes people inexplicably awed.

Standing in front of Bala Zhuoma Lakang, looking at the small village opposite.

Traveling through thousands of years, in the deep mountain hinterland at the foot of Gezong Snow Mountain at an altitude of 3,000 meters, this Tibetan village that is almost isolated from the world is right in front of you - Bala Village.

There is a legend here, an ancient legend about the Kangba family.

1300 years ago, the Batang area was full of war, and all the tribes were fighting for their own power and land. The leader of the Kangba tribe, Snaduoji, was brave and good at fighting, and he was a hero in the hearts of the tribe. However, his wife Ram was tired of such a life of endless battles. Under the guidance of an old lama, he embarked on a long journey to find Shambhala.

For his lover, his tribe, and to live a comfortable life away from war, the hero who lost his beloved finally gave up everything, followed in the footsteps of Ram, and led his tribe on the long journey to find the Shambhala Heaven. In the end, they lived a hidden life in this place surrounded by clear water and surrounded by Gezong sacred mountains.

This is Bala Village, which means "people from Batang" in Tibetan.

Thousands of years have passed in a blink of an eye, and in the blink of an eye, the descendants of the ethnic groups who have lived here for generations are gradually being forgotten.

If you have doubts about this legend, don't forget that the existence of Bala Village is real~!

Time has given the ancient legend a sense of mystery, and the freshness after the rain has also added a bit of silence and peace to the village.

There is no need to deliberately slow down, time seems to stop abruptly, everything is the beauty of the original ecology, everything becomes pure, and there is only poetry and picturesque in the air.

And I seem to be hidden.

The road to heaven is already walking in the clouds.

Pushing the door open, I, like the Tibetans, began to believe in the existence of miracles.

The Tibetan area is originally a poem, engraved in the mountains, passing through the clouds and mists, with the blue sea and blue sky when you look up, and the herds of cattle and sheep when you look down. It must be a blessing to find a random one when the Tumi flowers bloom.

Here, it turns out to be a fascinating paradise.

Sit in the warm room, drink a sip of butter tea, and eat a piece of buckwheat cake.

Gradually, I found myself liking the taste of buttered tea more and more, and becoming more and more obsessed with the chewy quality of highland barley cake during the few days in the Tibetan area.

The Gesang flowers in the corner are blooming very well, exuding a faint fragrance against the drizzle.

Under the cloud-shrouded sky, in the erratic light rain, this small village buried deep among the mountains has a somewhat fresh taste.

I love it not because of a love story, nor because of its quiet beauty, but just because of a glance, it walked into my heart.

Here, there is the most spectacular high-altitude plank road on the plateau, built on the cliff. Maybe you don't feel precipitous in it, but it's completely different when you look at it from another perspective. From a distance, it looks like a jade belt wrapped around your waist.

At this time, I am full of awe of the uncanny craftsmanship of nature.

Walking through the echoing wall, as long as you yell, it will be transmitted back within a few seconds.

The sky here is wide enough, there are enough mountains here, and the canyons here are deep enough. If you have pressure that you can’t release, then let’s shout out and have a dialogue with nature.

Directly opposite is the Balagezong Grand Canyon, where the green Gangqu River meanders through the canyons, majestic mountains, tender water, and the miracle left by the creator of this world.

Once again, I deeply feel my own insignificance. Only less than one-tenth of the place has been developed, which is enough to fascinate people.

Walk on the glass viewing platform, watch the clouds and mist drifting in front of your eyes, and look at this thick ink landscape painting.

With just one glance, you can have a panoramic view of the entire canyon scenery.

The high-altitude cableway with a vertical drop of nearly 1,000 meters has a total length of 425 meters. If you are brave enough, perhaps embracing nature in a different way is also a good experience.

There is another place to experience high-altitude viewing near the glass viewing platform. For those who are afraid of heights, it is a new challenge~

so,

Moving calmly, listening to my own breathing, Ben Gong finally sat on Mount Tai after 2 minutes! ! !

at this time,

Don't ask me if I have already been intoxicated by the beauty of nature? ?

You can tell from my dazed and cowardly face that the young lady's inner drama has reached the 101st scene......................

The person who encouraged me to go up, you come out, I promise not to hit you! ! ! !

Well, I'll admit it, the drama ended perfectly on a near-nearby hilarity.

The Balagezong Canyon is a part of the Shangri-La Grand Canyon. It used to be an untouched area. According to the local population, it is said that this is the place where the gods live, and it is also the Shambhala that the world is looking for.

It is said that "there are gorges in gorges, gorges in gorges, criss-crossing gorges, and gorges connecting gorges" is the Blue Moon Canyon recorded in the book "Lost Horizon".

Walk along the plank road in the canyon, and when you are tired, take a rest on the benches by the roadside, watch the mountain scenery, listen to the gurgling water, you can be in a daze, you can chat, and you can even forget the time.

There is only one entrance to the canyon, so it takes a lot of strength to go to the end and turn back the same way. If you can't walk anymore, canyon rafting is also a good experience.

Perhaps such silence exists only in Balagezong!

Dukezong|Eternal Moonlight City

The fire 5 years ago was so fierce that it burned down two-thirds of the buildings left in the thousand-year-old city, making the Moonlight City, which was once the most dazzling on the Ancient Tea-Horse Road, almost completely burnt and destroyed.

Returning to Dukezong after many years, it seems that it is no longer the ancient town in memory.

Newly paved stone roads, newly built houses, and shops on both sides of the street are still everywhere, but the atmosphere is less noisy. Passers-by pass by in twos and threes, and you can't even tell whether they are tourists or locals. There are many emotions in my heart, and I feel helpless, but I don't know where to start.

The fire gave it indescribable pain, but the twists and turns of those historical years can still be felt.

Dukezong is pronounced in Tibetan, meaning "Moonlight City" and "castle built on stone".

As the largest and best-preserved Tibetan residential group, once the hub of the Tea Horse Road, the ancient city has experienced more than 1300 years and witnessed the annual rings of history.

Walking around Moonlight Square, looking up is Guishan Park.

The eye-catching prayer wheel is particularly eye-catching in the lush greenery. It seems to emit dazzling light before it is late at night, waiting for the arrival of devout people.

Vendors on the square showed their talents and used various methods to attract small businesses.

You can come to a Tibetan clothing experience↓↓

Or, take a photo with this yak↓↓

On the way to Guishan Park, my damn "mild high reaction"~~~again! out! ! now! ! ! up! ! ! !

Well, I am also a person with a temper, I am not a woman until I reach the top of the mountain! ! !

Guishan Park is the commanding height of the ancient city, standing here overlooking the entire Dukezong.

Some people may think that the ancient city has disappeared, and it is no longer the moonlight city with annual rings, leaving more regret and lamentation.

But I believe that a thousand-year-old city that has experienced vicissitudes and has seen the ebb and flow of tides, in the polishing of time, will naturally endure loneliness and desolation.

It is waiting quietly, waiting for the next bustling coming...

The most worth seeing on the top of the mountain is the prayer wheel, which is said to be the largest prayer wheel in the world.

The barrel is made of pure copper and gold-plated, and contains 1.24 million mantras, six-character mantras and various Buddhist treasures, with a total weight of about 16 tons. According to legend, as long as you turn around three times with a pious heart, but the number of turns cannot be double, you can pray for good luck and immeasurable merit.

But if you want to rely on the power of one person, you can't turn it, at least ten people should work together to turn it.

As the evening got cooler, a gust of cold wind blew up the prayer flags connecting the top of the mountain.

These five-color prayer flags represent five different things between heaven and earth, and also represent too many blessings.

This prayer flag full of scriptures, those best blessings have already been brought to a distant place with the breeze.

Listen to the sound of chanting from the Buddhist temple, watch the prayer flags flying in the mountains, accompanied by the autumn colors that have come. The temple in front of me looked quiet, and my mood at that moment was extremely peaceful.

Today's ancient city lacks the vicissitudes of the past, less people coming and going, but more small vitality where commerce and art coexist.

However, compared to the ancient town of Lijiang, which is full of tourists, the beauty of Dukezong is just right.

There is silence, simplicity, traditional Tibetan charm, and the tenacity of rebirth from Nirvana.

Harvest a cute cat

If you are not in a hurry, then leave more time to experience an ancient city slowly.

Unexpectedly, the night in Shangri-La in autumn would be so cold, bitingly cold, as if wrapped in four clothes and still have a cold nose.

With a trembling little body, he was in an unusually cheerful mood, and the familiar melody of a Tibetan song not far away became clearer and clearer.

Maybe it's because, after bypassing the alley in front of it, we went to Sifang Street again~

How about a Tibetan dance?

Let’s feel the enthusiasm of Tibet together~

Flower Alley|Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience of Building Dreams

If you want to understand the Tibetan style of Shangri-La in a more direct way.

Then, I guess Duke Zonghua Lane will be your best choice.

Flower Alley is located at the north gate of the ancient city. This is a new Shangri-La landmark with the theme of Tibetan cultural customs, which combines Tibetan intangible cultural heritage experience hall, style commercial street, food and hotels. It may also be your new place to tell stories. starting point.

The big stage at the entrance will hold regular cultural performances. If you happen to, come here to experience a different visual feast~

Compared with Lijiang, which is noisy and commercialized, Shangri-La, which is a little bit apart, is really a paradise that many people yearn for.

What I think is Utopia in the eyes of Westerners, but Peach Blossom Spring in our eyes.

If the cleanliness of the ancient city has already made you feel this way, then the Duke Zonghua Lane, which embodies the Tibetan atmosphere everywhere, is another spiritual station that people want to find.

The beauty of Huaxiang seems to require you to feel it with your heart, and you will miss it if you don’t pay attention.

Because this place is too quiet, too calm, neither arrogant nor impetuous.

I like the night or early morning of a city, not for the brightly lit night scene, but for the silent atmosphere that is very memorable.

At this time, Huaxiang is the most beautiful time.

Under the moonlight and dim light, the exquisite Tibetan house exudes a unique charm, telling silently. Compared with the daytime, the taste is instantly different, and everything looks as if the dust has settled.

If you don’t believe it, you can see for yourself↓↓↓

Here, you seem to find no trace of commercialization, nor bustling tourists.

I am not sure, nor can I imagine how many reborn artists and national art treasures that have taken root here are hidden here. But the only thing I am sure of is that behind the dazzling intangible cultural heritage, there are stories of craftsmen and unique skills. It is they who make Shangri-La, an incomparable beautiful scroll, have infinite power and warm belonging.

Indeed, Shangri-La is not just Shangri-La.

Well, let’s talk about the intangible cultural heritage and tell a story about the inheritance of skills with a profound historical background.

The charm of Duke Zonghua Lane is that there are stories here, and if you want to hear the stories, you must first understand the culture here.

This place is characterized by Tibetan culture, and diverse intangible cultural heritage gathers here, bringing the art that has been passed down for thousands of years to life here. Kangba strings, Benzilan wooden bowls, Nixi black pottery, Nima stone carvings, Thangka painting academy, pine forest Tibetan incense, handmade Tibetan carpets, etc. There are endless artistic treasures and endless inheritance stories, so why not choose a place experience it~

Nixi is said to be a Tibetan village in Shangri-La, and it was also the only way to pass through the ancient tea-horse road. It is said that the folk pottery here has been made for more than two thousand years, and Nixi black pottery can be called the living fossil of Chinese black pottery art.

Each of the black pottery in the museum is unique and a treasure of art. When it comes to taking pictures, you will be very careful.

Not much nonsense, roll up your sleeves and start working~~~

Although it looks simple, it is not easy at all to do it.

So when the master asked me what I wanted to do, I was so disappointed that I could only answer "what is simple and what to do..."!

(Inner OS: In fact, I want to make a pot, and when I get home, I will ask my mother to cook it for me......But, considering the huge project, I am afraid that you will Too hard....... Hahaha......?

Okay, let's not talk about these unscrupulous things, let's get down to business.

I'm also a very confident, very backbone person, okay?

Why don't you just make a cup, I want to put my heart and soul into play, display my buried talents, and make tea for my dad when I go home, yeah~

1 minute later...................................

A large-scale disaster scene appeared↓↓↓↓

"Ah~~~Master, come and help me fix it, the mud is cracked......"

Really don't underestimate a cup, it's not easy to make. Whether it's technique, intensity, or the level of concentration you put in, every step counts.

For craftsmen, to complete an ordinary work, patience and skill are indispensable.

The production of Nisi black pottery has hardly changed for thousands of years, and a set of homemade wooden tools can produce exquisite pieces. Although it doesn't look fancy, its charm lies in its rustic, raw beauty.

It is said that the food cooked with it is particularly delicious. (Suddenly, I am looking forward to the tea cup that I participated in making, um~)

finished.

I am really grateful to the master for his patience and help. This cup has two-thirds of his help.

Because it is handmade, I believe it also has a unique temperature.

I believe that the tea brewed in this cup with my own name on it will also have a special taste.

no doubt,

Shangri-La, a name that sounds good enough.

Just by reciting silently, you can feel the emptiness that transcends the mundane, and the tranquil charm that is indifferent to the world, leaving people with infinite reverie, which makes you and me yearn for it.

Just like in the lyrics:

"You are the sun and the moon in my heart, falling here, the journey is redundant, just to meet you."

Napa Sea|The end of the grassland is the sea

Walking along this road, it feels like there is no end to it.

I don't know when, I have become more and more fond of this original natural scenery. Mountains, rivers and rivers, every flower and grass, maybe before I earn enough money, I may have already lived in seclusion in a remote mountain, haha~

actually,

Everyone has a different way of interpreting the favorite customs, maybe relaxed, maybe comfortable, maybe happy.

so,

When I was sitting in the middle of the straight road with no one there, watching the sultry autumn scenery of the exclusive Napa Sea, I was extremely lazy, especially in a certain afternoon.

How can I introduce you to the Napa Sea that day?

Facing her, there seemed to be an inexplicable touch, a touch that could not be expressed in any words.

There are no white clouds, no clear blue sky, and the wind that blows is also chilly. But after taking a few steps, I began to like her rhythm.

As low as the clouds here are, the sky is as close as possible. It seems that just by opening your arms, you can leave all your troubles behind and go against the wind.

To appreciate the beauty of Napa Sea, you have to slow down and get close enough to her.

Walking step by step into the depths of the Yila grassland, I don't know what surprises will be there. The grass is covered with chamaejasma chamaejasma, and when you look up, there are already herds of cattle and sheep.

Who said that Shangri-La in autumn can't compare with summer?

Napa Sea at this time, from afternoon to evening, every moment is the most beautiful moment for me.

Can you imagine?

Shangri-La in May and June is a sea of flowers, azaleas and Gesang flowers are everywhere.

And in autumn, this is the world of chamaejasma flowers, the big fiery red chamaejasma flowers bloom extremely gorgeously.

Napa Sea is a national park, but because many meadows belong to the collective, some areas will charge tourists, and they will make that area a so-called "attraction", with grass, a lake and a horse, and tourists ride horses There is an additional charge.

Anyway, I never had high hopes for such "attractions"~

When you stand at the three-way intersection, you can see the vast sky and the blue lake. Wouldn’t it be a waste if you only admire the same scenery?

Might as well just sit by the lake and be in a daze~

Napa Haiben is a large area, not just a corner, it is connected with the Yila Grassland. During the rainy season, due to sufficient water, most of the grassland is covered by lake water, forming a sea. When there is little rain, the lake water on the grassland fades, and there are more grasses.

We ran freely on the grass, we walked under the white clouds, we looked at the rolling hills by the lake, the sun passed through the thick clouds, and shed a few beams of warm light.

I really don’t know if the Napa Sea will be like this tomorrow~!!?

If the Napa Sea can give you not only the colors of autumn, but also the lazy wind, intoxicating scenery, and the swaying grass.

Then you will love it here.

Although there are no flowers in full bloom in Shangri-La this season, it has a little meaning of autumn.

I dare not expect too much, I just want to be a "little painter" who can pose for pictures quietly, hehe~

so,

Don't you guys mistakenly think that I am a young lady who is proficient in all kinds of piano, chess, calligraphy and painting~~~

Meet a freehand afternoon in Napa Sea.

Songzanlin Monastery|A Holy Land of Pilgrimage Dissociated from the World

Faith is a kind of spiritual sustenance that is respected in the heart. It is mysterious and worthy of respect.

We are often in an impetuous life, with pressure and resentment, that kind of pure and simple happiness seems to be out of reach for many people. And people with faith don't talk about poverty, their hearts are always peaceful and happy.

early morning,

Mixed with a trace of tiredness and cool breeze, we walked into Songzanlin Temple, the place of belief.

Songzanlin Temple, the full name of Gadan Songzanlin Temple, also known as Guihua Temple, was built in 1679 and completed in 1681. Known as the "Little Potala Palace" and "Tibetan Art Museum", it is the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in Yunnan and the center of the Yellow Sect in Sichuan and Yunnan, so it has a pivotal position in the entire Tibetan area.

It is recommended to listen to the explanation when visiting Songzanlin Temple. Maybe it is my partiality. I always feel that the explanation here is different from other places.

The little brother is full of devotion to Tibetan Buddhism and awe of nature. Under his serious and humorous explanation, he brought us step by step into the Shambhala country that you don't understand.

Stepping through the gate in front of you, walking through the long and narrow and ancient alley, looking at the majestic and magnificent palace at the highest point, and climbing up against the light beam, it seems that this place can lead to another world.

Songzanlin Temple in autumn seems to be less noisy, and the alleys with few tourists make people feel inexplicably quiet. Probably this is the worldly world that belongs to Shangri-La.

Climbing up the steps, there are 146 steps, and every step is my awe of Tibetan Buddhism. What's more, it is not a difficult thing to climb up~! ! !

Hey wait, what's going on? In the middle of the climb, my heart beat faster, and I was a little panting? ?

Could it be......

As a genuine Yunnan native, I...had a slight high reaction? ? ?

Well, I hope I won't be despised~! !

The climate on the plateau is always unpredictable. One second is covered with dark clouds, and the next second it is sunny.

A few crows fly by in the clear blue sky, the elongated figures drawn by the sun, and the golden eaves dangling in the bright clear sky make people unable to open their eyes. This picture can be so beautiful.

When I walked through the circuitous corridor, all I heard was the whistling of the wind and devout prayers.

In the middle of the mountain, you can have a panoramic view of the entire lake. It is said that whenever there are major religious activities, monks and believers will go to the lake to go around the lake and chant scriptures to pray for blessings.

And the open space without trees in the distance is the place of sky burial.

The sun hides and hides as the weather changes, occasionally catching a beam of light on the mottled eaves, and the dust in the air is constantly rolling, like a dancing elf.

And the smell of this morning, mixed with the mist and incense, enveloped my whole body, like the light of Buddha, and like receiving holy baptism.

Step into the main hall, take off your hat and glasses, and never step on the threshold. This is disrespect for the temple.

The light in the temple was dim, but a burst of warmth enveloped me, and the butter lamps flickered.

We walked around clockwise, and every time we walked in front of a Buddha statue, we put our hands together, completed a visit to the top of the head, front of the nose, and front of the chest, bowing our heads and whispering.

In Tibetan Buddhism, one does not come to seek wealth, but only to pray for blessings, and praying for blessings is only for others. It is said that others come to pray for one's own blessings.

People's senses are connected. Looking at the solemn temple, majestic buildings, monks passing by, those black, yellow and red tones, somehow, this ancient temple is particularly moving.

As time goes by, Songzanlin Monastery is more about the transmission of spirit, conveying life, old age, sickness and death, joy, anger, sorrow and joy in the world, and it is endless.

Come out of Songzanlin Temple, walk along the plank road on the left, and come to the opposite side of the Buddhist temple, a place called Ramyangcuo Lake, which is the best location for shooting the entire Songzanlin Temple.

At the beginning, the clouds were overcast, and I was worried that today's reflection shooting might not be possible, and I was a little disappointed. But think about how many cold and windy dawns those photographers have waited for that holy light, so why not just wait! jQuery171016934968484565616_1572499861182

Fortunately, within half an hour of walking along the plank road, the dark clouds were miraculously blown away. When I arrived at the destination, the sky was already blue and white.

According to legend, Lamuyangcuo Lake is the soul lake of the goddess Baidenglam. Lucky people can see their past and present lives in the lake.

Although I'm not that lucky, isn't it considered lucky to be able to complete a visit to a shrine, accept a baptism, and give myself a quiet force in an impetuous life?

Shangri-La is indeed a place with undiminished religious sentiments. The people here, the prayer flags here, the prayer wheels here, the sky high and the clouds here... I was inexplicably brought into a pious country.

When I left, the sun once again hid behind the clouds. At this time, the Buddhist temple seemed to be an untouchable fairyland, surrounded by mountains, rivers, clouds and mists, which seemed extraordinarily quiet.

【Lijiang】One Meter of Sunshine

I don’t remember how many times I have come to Lijiang, and I gradually forgot the days when I was in Lijiang to see the clouds and the wind.

If so, there are only two times that impressed me the most.

One time was when I climbed Jade Dragon Snow Mountain 15 years ago, and was innocently sent down after drinking a cup of hot milk on the top of the mountain because of high rebellion; and the other time was the story of looking for a meter of sunshine ten years ago.

Time really flies by, and time has changed in a blink of an eye.

Lijiang, which was longed for by countless people, the capital of romantic encounters, the paradise on earth that escaped from the mundane world and hid in the lanes, how many people still fall in love with her now?

We went to Dali and Shangri-La, but we left less and less time for Lijiang. The story of One Meter of Sunshine seems to be a very long time ago, and I am afraid that there is no trace of it now!

It’s less than a four-hour drive from Shangri-La. When I opened my eyes, this once delicate town didn’t look as bad as I imagined~

Quiet morning, cozy afternoon, sun-soaked alleyway, and light and shadow on the roof...

Coming back here again, I think, I'll remember some places.

Dayan Ancient City|Have you really changed?

Today's Lijiang is really a controversial place.

From the moment I entered the ancient city until now, I desperately think about what she left for me in those few days. To be honest, I really want to maintain a neutral attitude and describe this place that has given me many good memories in an unbiased manner.

What I have to say is, Gucheng, you have indeed changed, and your temper is less arrogant~

The area of the ancient city has expanded from 3.8 square kilometers more than ten years ago to 7.28 square kilometers. With your full-speed development, the force is also high. Many people think that you have lost the fireworks that you should have, and deviated from the life in the city and the hometown.

Dayan Ancient City, which is what we often call Lijiang Ancient City.

An important town on the Ancient Tea Horse Road, because of its good development, the area of the town is getting bigger and bigger, and it has the appearance it is today.

In the past, she was full of beautiful labels in people's mouths, romantic, sentimental, comfortable, beautiful, and leisurely... But now, she is all criticized by commercialization.

Did no one really feel that it was really too unfair to her?

After all, the ancient city is still this ancient city, the difference is just people's greed and ideas, so what's wrong with her innocent?

Dayan Ancient City, show your arrogance, show your confidence, and tell those who come looking for you that you are still the original you, but too many people want to see your prosperous face.

Maybe, if you set off at another time, you will have a different way of saying things to her.

For example, early in the morning.

I always believe that the most beautiful time for a place is not at night, but in the morning.

At this time, there was no one coming and going, and there was no excessive hustle and bustle. The whole Qingshi Lane seemed to only hear the sound of my leisurely footsteps. Everything here seems to be waiting quietly, waiting for a new day, waiting for the first ray of light that she will welcome.

Of course, dusk is also a good choice.

A place has gained popularity, her beauty has been discovered, and there are many people who like her, why don't you allow her to be commercialized? In the final analysis, the culprit of her commercialization is not travelers.

In fact, complaining is a particularly meaningless and time-wasting thing.

The more roads you walk, the more you can tolerate everything you see. I believe that every city must have uniqueness that cannot be replaced by other places. The same is true of Dayan Ancient City. She is using her broad mind, gentleness like water, and bright sunshine to accept tourists from all over the world, accept all praise and criticism from people, and use her rhythm to exude her charm.

but me,

You can always find the quiet three-inch sunlight at the corner or fork in the road.

The undulating stone road has been trampled extremely smooth by countless people who have visited her, and each piece seems to carry a memory.

The afternoon sun is soft, and the safflower tree outside the house is in full bloom. The deserted alleyway is suddenly very quiet. I like the feeling of walking and watching.

Behind the bustling ancient city, you can always find a quiet place. Maybe it's because of the daytime. Small shops with literary and artistic labels are hidden in every corner. Occasionally, when you encounter a few, you will feel that the names of the shops are very interesting.

A small surprise will appear at a corner by chance. It turns out that the connotation and heritage of the ancient city need to be discovered with your heart.

It is said that water is the soul of Lijiang.

The ancient city is built according to the flow of water, criss-crossing, densely covered with flowing water, and there are scenes of small bridges and flowing water everywhere. It is not an exaggeration to say that she is like a small town in the south of the Yangtze River.

Walking in the deep alley, the sound of running water is rippling in the ears, the fragrance of flowers is refreshing, the courtyard at the end is simple and beautiful, time suddenly becomes soft.

I think no amount of commercialization can change her soul.

How many years have passed, the ancient city's signature big waterwheel is still here, watching the bustling crowds and welcoming tourists from all over the world.

Dayan Flower Alley|Music and Spirits

In those few days, apart from spending a lot of time wandering around the ancient city of Dayan, the place I visited the most was probably Dayan Flower Lane.

From dawn to noon, from noon to dusk, from dusk to late night.

In a daze, looking at the distant mountains, looking at the colorful clouds, and humming a little song with my back to the sun, I was so lazy that I didn’t know what to say, and even made me forget the poems and distant places I wanted to find.

Maybe here, you will find another different Lijiang.

I am a person who is obsessed with climbing high and looking into the distance. Discovering beauty from the perspective of God always brings unexpected surprises.

Ah, I suddenly want to tell you that I like this kind of Dayan Flower Lane.

Standing on the viewing platform of the Eye of Lijiang, you can see the whole picture of the ancient city. The Wangu Building on Lion Mountain in the distance, the white walls and blue tiles nearby, and densely packed houses as far as the eye can see, are hidden in a piece of green, showing different postures at different times.

Perhaps, compared to the crowds on Sifang Street, the scene of thousands of tourists stopping here to commemorate the memory is indeed quite special.

Dayan Flower Alley, located at the north gate of Dayan Ancient City in Lijiang, is a newly developed attraction just like Duke Zonghua Alley in Shangri-La.

It can be said that this place integrates sightseeing, intangible cultural heritage, music, commerce, and gourmet lights. It is a place that inherits Naxi culture and caravan culture. It is also a new landmark of the ancient city of Lijiang.

Walking into Flower Lane, you will find all kinds of colorful flowers, Dongba paper workshop, Naxi silverware, bookstore, literary block, wishing wall, small caravan shop... Here, you can feel the interweaving of modernity and simplicity, fashion and ethnicity. fusion.

The research and flavor workshop in Huaxiang maintains the original style of the ancient city, and it is mixed with the traditional Naxi ethnic style. Being in it will not make you feel resistant to the food street in the scenic spot, but you want to explore more The ultimate impulse.

Here, you can taste the delicacies from all over Yunnan, even the most authentic taste of Lijiang.

The Artisan Collection Hall, which gathers Lijiang's local ethnic costumes, silverware, wood carvings, and tea, is an art exhibition hall that integrates four categories. It vividly expresses ethnic art and is worth seeing.

The wishing wall carries the blessings and prayers of countless people.

The night in Lijiang is an intoxicating night.

It is a person staying alone, a group of people chatting and laughing, or a bottle of spirits reunited after a long absence.

Going around in the ancient city, walking through a few quiet alleys, passing by the bustling crowd, the lost steps seem to be really addictive.

I admit,

I love unexpected surprises.

Night and twilight, music and spirits, travel and stories...

I wish you would come too!

Meet at Dayan Flower Lane tonight, and meet at Folk Square.

Folk songs can indeed bring people a sense of belonging, and they can also find a channel to release energy for the oppressive small universe, which is probably difficult for other music to replace.

The reason why I like it is not because I can recall my own story from other people's singing?

I hope you will come tonight to listen to the most moving singing in the folk music square in Huaxiang.

A person, a guitar....

In this romantic night, I share his stories and music with you. If you like it too, you might as well be intoxicated for a while~

What you probably don't know is that a bottle of beer can also have such a romantic name——

Meet Lijiang.

Therefore, even if you don’t know much about wine, you must not miss it.

It is said that this is a craft beer belonging to travelers, which is the beginning and continuation of the story.

For many people, getting together is not easy, there is too much laughter, but the night is too short.

So I cherish everyone who can travel hand in hand, cherish those who I especially want to miss when drinking, and those fleeting memories.

Shuhe Ancient Town | Blame you for being too quiet

Shuhe in October, is it your over-quietness or unwilling expectation that you fall in love with?

This is the second time I have come to Shuhe Ancient Town, and it has been ten years since the last time. In my impression, there is no entrance fee here. Small bridges and flowing water, blue bricks and green tiles, and a long distance on horseback, have a very ancient flavor.

I haven't seen you for many years. This traditional Naxi ancient town with a bit of Jiangnan scenery seems to be so indifferent to world affairs. It is so quiet that people feel that time has stopped here.

It turns out that there are traces of the same compliments to you. You are quiet, you are soft, and you are never disturbed.

Therefore, people are used to comparing you with Dayan.

Ha ha,

Look, the ancient town of Shuhe, which is slowly being promoted to the sky, has already started to collect tickets.

I really don’t know how long this tranquility can last with words of praise for you~!!?

According to legend, Dongba wind chimes originated from the caravans on the ancient tea-horse road 600 years ago. Whenever "the caravans come when the bell rings in the mountains", it is the caravans that bring a new round of prosperity to Lijiang.

Over time, Dongba wind chimes have also become a token of peace and auspiciousness for the local people, and it is also a continuation of Dongba culture.

Clusters of wind chimes, Dongba characters, red rope...

The corridors hide the blessings, dreams and love of countless people.

Whenever the wind blows, a thin wooden sign sways with the breeze, making crisp and pleasant bells, one after another.

This is a wish card that symbolizes romance and beauty. The entanglement of countless wishes looks extraordinarily beautiful under the sun.

Wind chimes are probably just a kind of sustenance for good wishes. What really warms us is the words full of expectations on the wishing cards.

Every sentence is deeply affectionate and touches you and me.

It is said that Shuhe is a smaller version of Dayan. The ancient town is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the houses are well-arranged.

The gurgling water passes through the stone bridge, and the smooth bluestone road is winding. Here, it seems that traces left by the caravan can be found.

Strolling in the meantime, a rare comfort.

Many small shops hidden deep in the alleys are also very interesting. You might as well take a stroll, maybe you can find some small things you like.

Horse-drawn carriages are the main means of transportation in the area and can be seen everywhere in Shuhe.

If you have time, why not come to the ancient town to stay for a few days, find a hidden inn, and retreat to your own small world.

Just basking in the sun, chatting, and looking at the flowers and plants in front of and behind the house.

Or, wandering in the alleys with nothing to do, sitting on the street when tired, making a pot of tea, and saying hello to the dog.

This kind of "Shuhe" is used to feel slowly.

Sifang Street Square is the center of Shuhe, and it will be very lively on market days.

Sifang Tingyin on the square is a place where major events are held. There are song and dance performances during the day and bonfire parties at night.

The Ancient Tea-Horse Road is one of the oldest trade passages in China so far, with a history of thousands of years and the sound of horseshoes for thousands of years, telling eternal stories under the ruined walls.

If you are interested in history, you must be right to come to Shuhe.

The Ancient Tea Horse Road Museum in the ancient town is the most direct and important place for you to understand the ancient tea horse road and tea horse culture. It is even said that this represents the culture of the entire Yunnan Tea Horse Road region.

There are Preface Hall, History Hall, Dajue Palace Mural Exhibition Hall, Shuhe Life Hall, and Cobbler Exhibition Hall in the museum, exhibiting more than 400 cultural relics along the ancient tea-horse road. Follow in the footsteps of the narrator, and listen to her speak slowly.

Those about the origin, development, culture, and everything about the Ancient Tea Horse Road.

I seem to have seen the bustling ancient roads, heard the clatter of horseshoes in the empty valley, and seen the grandeur of the caravans in the past, walking toward their bright faith like a pilgrimage.

The museum itself is a complex of ancient buildings worth seeing.

If you are not interested in history, why not take a look at the antique buildings, courtyards, and see the marks left by time.

Today, I am probably a little tired, but I am a little less interested in looking at the scenery.

My thoughts seemed to be still floating in the lanes of Dayan Ancient City, and I couldn't get back to my senses.

Shuhe,

When I come again, I think I will leave more time for you to wait for a bright moon and enjoy the stars.

Afternoon coffee|Continue to write unfinished stories

If you are tired of looking at the flowers and plants in the ancient city, tired of walking the bluestone roads in the lanes, and tired of the crowds in the commercial street...

Why don't you find an afternoon and spend some time basking in the sun with me in the cafe?

Listening to songs, reading books, dazed, chatting...

Occasionally open the memo and write a few warm words.

Simple, serene and satisfying.

For a long time, my favorite way of life is in the warm afternoon, accompanied by the smell of coffee, with loved ones, things I like to do, and something to look forward to.

After a long time, you will be obsessed with this unhurried pace of life.

Not in a hurry,

There will always be a ray of warm sunshine coming in, sprinkled in every corner of your stay, and shining into the softest place in your heart.

This is a very stylish cafe, simple and chic.

The backyard connected to the front yard was originally an inn run by the family. The wooden stairs and the small attic facing the sun are very attractive no matter how you look at it.

Thinking, next time I go, I will stay at his house overnight.

I like the coffee in the store, the milk tea in the store, the butter cake rolls in the store, and the young lady at the front desk.

I like everything here, this is what a coffee shop should look like.

us,

He is also the most well-behaved customer in the cafe, quiet and gentle.

There was soothing music playing on the stereo at the front desk of the cafe, and I was sitting in a lighted seat in the corner, holding a book about travel, taking a sip of the coffee at hand, and then looking out the window.

Clouds are swimming in the blue sky, the wind is blowing in the green bamboo forest, the small fish are playing in the pond, and the cactus in the corner is in a good posture... Every corner is continuing to write unfinished stories .

And we, them, and every little scene in that afternoon seemed to be full of laziness, so relaxing and joyful.

The afternoon sun shines through the doors and windows, and the fleeting autumn day, I think, will pass soon.

Autumn goes and spring comes again,

No matter how short your journey is, slow down,

Leave a little time for a pleasant afternoon.

Laojun Mountain|Mysterious Primeval Forest

According to legend,

Laojun Mountain used to be the place where Taishang Laojun made alchemy.

Laojunshan National Geological Park is known as "the ancestor of all mountains in Yunnan Province". This mysterious ancient virgin forest located at the junction of the Jinsha River, Lancang River, and Nujiang River belongs to the Yunling Mountains of the Hengduan system. It is surrounded by the trend of its ridges. The semi-circular shape resembles a horseshoe-shaped Laojun alchemy furnace, so it got its name.

Laojunshan Scenic Area is very large, divided into Liming Mountain Danxia, Ninety Nine Dragons Lake, Geladan Alpine Grassland, and Jinsichang, a total of 4 areas.

Due to the steepness of the mountain, the vertical climate difference is obvious, and there are different climate zones from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. The continuous mountains and ridges are interlaced for hundreds of miles, layer upon layer, one after another.

There are very few tourists here, and the air is very good. Walking in it always feels refreshing.

Laojun Mountain also bred very rich plant resources, and it is also one of the regions with extremely rich plant resources in my country. It's a pity that it's not the season for flowers to bloom at this time. I guess when the flowers bloom in the warm spring, the azaleas will bloom all over the mountains and fields, and the flowers will be clustered.

It is said that if you are lucky, you may encounter various animals represented by the Yunnan snub-nosed monkey~

Lashihai|Walking in the sky

"Sunset clouds and lone ducks fly together, and the autumn waters are the same color as the sky"

——This is probably the most perfect interpretation of Lashihai.

This is the first nature reserve named after a wetland in Yunnan, located in the middle of Lashiba in the west of Lijiang City. Every winter, thousands of migratory birds migrate here, and here is the most abundant migratory bird resource.

Lashihai,

In fact, it is a large lake, but the Naxi people are used to calling the largest plateau wetland lake in the area "sea".

There are many ways to play Lashihai. Nowadays, it is not limited to riding a horse to tour the ancient tea-horse road, and watching birds by boat.

This time, why don't we go to the Wetland Park to experience the realm of the sky?

Walking along the plank road, it seems that there is no end in sight.

Dongba wind chimes can be seen everywhere, a breeze blows by, and it is rare to walk a distance with the melodious bells.

On a clear day, the sky is intoxicatingly blue, with white clouds, and the lake is shining with dazzling light.

Along the way, the sun was so bright that people couldn't keep their eyes open. Occasionally, when they saw the beautiful scenery, they couldn't move or move their eyes.

I am waiting for you in Lijiang~

There are not too many Internet celebrity check-in spots like this in the sky, and now there are not too many merchants in Lashihai. The merchants are trying their best to leave the most creative props and the most beautiful scenery to tourists.

In the end, we chose the old pier.

There are a lot of props in his house, and the vision is relatively good. Secondly, clothing rental is also provided, you can choose the baby you need slowly, I have shown you, there are many styles, haha~

The sky is blue and the clouds are white. Would you like to experience the feeling of sitting in the clouds with me?

It is said that when summer drags its long tail, autumn will usher in.

But this autumn season seems to have lost some traces, and the scenery of lakes and mountains in front of me is still the scenery of early summer.

Perhaps only today's Lashihai is worthy of that quiet afternoon.

Occasionally, a little duck jumped out of the water, breaking the tranquility at this time, and ripples appeared on the lake.

If there is a moment to make you forget the unpleasantness in your life, then this moment is worth everything.

It's like when you're at a low point and suspect that life is a deception, but maybe that just happens to be stuck in the shadows.

If you take a few more steps, the sun will shine on you.

In the realm of the sky, you seem to be foolishly unable to distinguish between reality and illusion.

Lashihai, a place that has been spoiled by playing, some people like it, some people don't like it.

But that day, I was really fascinated by it.

The azure lake reflects the blue sky and white clouds, as well as the green trees and green hills, creating an indescribable peace and tranquility.

realm of the sky,

It turns out that it really exists, not just an illusory world revealed in the mirror.

END|The end that does not count as the end

It was already late at night, except for the continuous sound of rain outside the window, there was only the sound of typing on the keyboard. I always complain that the winter in Kunming came earlier this year, and the autumn is already chilling to the bones.

Hey, after a cup of coffee, don’t you see less autumn colors this year~!!?

Caiyunzhinan, is there always a voice calling for your arrival?

Why don't you slow down, take advantage of the night, and listen to me carefully, these stories about the sun, moon, stars, and one meter of sunshine.

Do you want to see my traveling companion, my dedicated little assistant, my little sister goes here↓↓↓

Food

Throughout the journey from Shangri-La to Lijiang, I tasted Tibetan and Naxi-style food, all of which are recommended to you~

 1. Lucky Meteorite Restaurant: (RMB 80 per person)

That day, because the weather was too cold, I went back to the hotel to change clothes, and I was too lazy to search the ancient city, so I chose to stay in the hotel restaurant for lunch. Holding the idea of "eat whatever you want", but unexpectedly harvested delicious food.

The 158 yuan set meal for two people with four dishes and one soup is really not too big, and the price is super high~

The most recommended is the plate of yak meat with green peppers. The yak meat is very tender and tasty, and a bowl of rice is perfect for the night. The second is fried pork, which is a great boon for people like me who don't eat fat.

So, if you also live in the Meteorite Hotel, and you are too lazy to go out, then enjoy a delicious meal in the restaurant~

Focus, let's talk about the hotel's breakfast~

There are a lot of dishes, including staple food, stir-fries, vegetables, desserts, fruits, butter tea...everything you expect to find, and they are all fresh.

Most importantly, there are rice noodles! ! ! !

For a Yunnanese, rice noodle is our soul~~~so~~~I plan to eat two bowls~~~~

 2. On the water side (80 yuan per capita):

Don't say anything, you guys bookmark this store first and then listen to me in detail! !

Everyone knows that when you come to Shangri-La, you must eat yak hot pot, and this one is located in the ancient city of Dukezong, near Sifang Street. I really ate it on the side of the water.

The most important thing about catering is service, so I really like the proprietress of this store, her service attitude is so good that it can't be saved! ! ! Enthusiastic, she gave me all kinds of warm reminders from entering to ordering, from eating to paying the bill, and even helped me adjust the dipping sauce herself.

Let’s talk about hot pot, Meituan bought a set meal coupon, yak meat, black pork platter, and wild vegetable platter. Anyway, it’s a big table, the portions are very large, and the dishes are very fresh.

Also worth recommending: butter tea, highland barley cake (you will regret it if you don’t eat it~)

 3. Quiet mani stone Tibetan meal: (80 yuan per person)

The most famous of his family is actually yak hot pot, but because I tasted the one on the water side the day before, I plan to have a Tibetan meal today.

Hey, let’s talk about the most delicious twice-cooked potatoes first! ! Crispy on the outside and crisp on the inside, you will be amazed after taking a bite, try it if you don’t believe me~

Tibetan Meatloaf: It looks like a pizza on the surface, filled with chili fried pork, haha~ but the taste is delicious.

Roasted Mushroom: It is actually shiitake mushroom with a spoonful of barley powder inside.

Ghee Zanba: It is made with highland barley wine and flour rice. It can be regarded as a special dish. The taste is actually nothing strange, but it is sweet enough to cause diabetes.

Mixed vegetables are ordinary cabbage salad, homemade yogurt tastes good, very thick~

 4. Encounter. Caravan cuisine: (60 yuan per person)

When you come to Lijiang, how can you not feel the authentic caravan cuisine?

Caravan cuisine originated from the caravan culture of the Ancient Tea-Horse Road, and has unique tea-horse delicacies. Through the most authentic cooking method and the most natural local high-quality ingredients, you can feel the authentic taste of the caravan while enjoying it.

Meet Mabang Cuisine, an authentic caravan-themed cultural restaurant, located in an excellent location in Dayanhua Lane, easy to find. The environment of the restaurant is good, with local characteristics, especially the position by the window, with a great view.

Secondly, no matter in terms of service or dishes, it is particularly worth recommending.

The most important thing is that the price/performance ratio is extremely high, and the portion should not be too large~

 5. Pharaoh next door: (110 yuan per person)

It is said that this restaurant is very popular, just waiting for the folk music festival to start in Dayanhua Lane, so I passed by.

The most commendable thing about his restaurant is the restaurant's decoration style and attention to detail. Whether it is the presentation or decoration, it makes people feel that this is an exquisite restaurant, and the owner has put in a lot of effort.

The signature snow mountain fish, the meat is Q-bomb, and the soup is very good with rice~

The secret chicken sauce tofu tastes good, and it is very light, which should meet the taste of most people.

Watery, a local dish, as for the taste, do you want to taste it yourself~!!?

 6. Apo La ribs: (50 yuan per person)

I am a person who loves cured pork ribs, and I often eat them on weekdays, so how can I not go to the authentic one when I come to Lijiang~

Apo La ribs are relatively famous in Lijiang, so I decided to try it.

The cured pork ribs are actually a kind of marinated pork ribs, which won't taste greasy like ordinary pork ribs. But people who are not used to eating it will think it is too heavy, because the more it is cooked, the saltier it will be, haha~

The cured pork ribs in his house are good, fat and thin, and the soup base is a combination of chicken and chicken, and the soup is more delicious. Of course, it is not recommended to drink too much, after all, eating too salty is also unhealthy~

 7. Erge Chicken Rice Noodles: (RMB 18 per person)

It is said that the second brother's house is very famous in the ancient city. It just so happened that it happened to be near our homestay.

The main thing is this bowl of local chicken rice noodles. The chicken is black-bone chicken. The taste of the soup is just right, not particularly amazing, but it is a must for breakfast~

stay

 1. The Fifth Meteorite Light Year Hotel:

Meteorite Light Year Hotel, located in Duke Zonghua Lane, the north gate of the ancient city, is really a hotel worth recommending to you! !

The location is not too good. It is Duke Zonghua Lane when you go out, and it is just at the entrance of the ancient city. It is very convenient to go everywhere.

In "Lost Horizon", it is said that there are 5 meteorites in Shangri-La, 4 of which are owned by local famous families, representing courage, wisdom, love and health respectively. Where the wreck came across by chance. The elders of Shangri-La said that anyone who has seen this meteorite and prayed devoutly will be blessed by the gods. Unfortunately, since then, the whereabouts of the meteorite are unknown. Until today, 87 years later, the fifth meteorite, which symbolizes luck, reappeared.

And this meteorite is placed in the lobby of the hotel↓↓↓

Wow Kaka~~I feel that I am really lucky~~~~~

It is said that this hotel was personally operated by a world-renowned French designer, who combined the mysterious meteorite legend with local culture and history, and added some Tibetan style.

In plateau areas, many people will have high reactions. There is an all-weather diffuse support system here, which is really distracting.

I especially like the style of the room, which has a strong Tibetan flavor, every little detail is just right, and it is full of exotic flavors everywhere.

The design of the tatami is very good. You can sit and read a book and drink a pot of tea when you have nothing to do.

At night, through the window, you can still see Guishan Park, and the eye-catching prayer wheel exudes charming light.

 2. Lao Ye and the ninety-nine proprietresses: (245 yuan/night)

There are more and more homestays in the ancient city, and it is easy for people to have serious difficulty in choosing.

And I am a person who pays more attention to details in terms of accommodation conditions, so in addition to having a superior location and cleanliness, I will pay more attention to the characteristics and details of the room.

The little brothers at the homestay are more enthusiastic than the other. On the first day of arrival, they braved the light rain. They personally went to the gate of the ancient city to pick them up, and helped with luggage along the way. Whether it was food or attractions, they gave a lot of recommendations and suggestions. Refill? ?

The smell of the Naxi small courtyard is very strong. If you have nothing to do to bask in the sun, sit in the hanging chair and squint for a nap, you will find that time can really slow down...

Transportation, itinerary and others

 【journey:】

 【transportation:】

 Big traffic:

Most of the departure points have flights to Shangri-La and Lijiang, but if you are looking for cost-effectiveness, you can choose to fly to Kunming first, then transfer to another flight, or take the high-speed rail to Lijiang.

Airplane → Kunming — Shangri-La: 280 yuan/person (tax included)

High-speed rail → Lijiang — Kunming: 200 yuan/person

 Shangri-La - Lijiang round-trip transportation:

Since the high-speed rail to Shangri-La has not yet opened, there are generally 2 options for traveling between these two places.

1. Passenger bus:

From Shangri-La Passenger Station to Lijiang Passenger Station, there are more than ten departures every day, and the journey takes about 4 hours. You can book tickets in advance on the WeChat public account "Diqing Jiaoyun", or buy tickets on the spot. The fare is 62 yuan and 68 yuan (the fare varies with time).

2. Chartered car:

The price will definitely be more expensive, but it will be more cost-effective if there are four people, and the time is relatively flexible, you can play while walking.

 Shangri-La traffic:

1. Chartered car/carpool:

There are relatively many scenic spots in Shangri-La, and scenic spots like Balagezong and Pudacuo are not close to the ancient city, so it is recommended to choose a chartered car, which will be more worry-free. The price ranges from 300 yuan to 500 yuan. It can be negotiated in advance. For example, you can choose a one-day chartered tour of Balagezong, or you can choose a few scenic spots you want to charter for a day.

If the number of people is small or you are alone, you can also choose to carpool with other people. There are also many online dating partners, and some youth hostels will also provide services.

2. You can choose a one-day tour service, which is very convenient, and the price will be more cost-effective than chartered cars~

3. Taxi/Didi: You can choose to take a taxi for some nearby scenic spots in the center of the county. It is very cheap, and most of the drivers are honest~ (at least the ones we met are good~)

4. Bus: Because taking a taxi is really cheap and worry-free, so I only took the bus once at Songzanlin Temple.

 Balagozon:

1. Balagezong special line car:

Inquire at the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient City, or at the consultation point of Balagezong Scenic Spot in Moonlight Square. You can take a special bus to the reception center of the scenic spot. It departs at 9:15 every day, and there is only one bus~

2. Chartered car:

Because the journey to Balagezong is relatively long, the one-way drive takes about two hours, and the daily charter fee is about 700 yuan, so you can ask for the price in advance.

Ticket price: 170 yuan / person

(I only went to 5 major attractions. The attractions are different, and the ticket prices are also different. Choose a package according to your own time and the attractions you want to go~)

 Songzanlin Monastery:

1. Bus: Take bus No. 3 from Shangri-La County to Songzanlin Temple, get off at the terminal station, and the fare is 1 yuan.

2. Taxi: Taxi is also very convenient, about 20 yuan.

Ticket price: 90 yuan / person

 Lijiang Traffic:

Lijiang is similar to Shangri-La. Transportation includes public transportation, taxis, chartered cars and carpooling. I won’t go into details here. You can consider it according to your own needs.

In the few days in Lijiang, we basically used taxis and Didi mainly for travel, because the scenic spots we went to were not too far away, taxis were very convenient and the price was not expensive. However, if you have a friend who is going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, you can consider chartering a car or booking a day trip.

 Lashihai:

If you go to Lashihai, you need to be reminded that there are many pitfalls on the Internet, so if you consider going there for horse riding, you must find a good merchant. Basically, the items booked at his house include pick-up and drop-off. It is recommended that you must negotiate the price in advance.

If you are like me and just want to go to the Wetland Park, you can take a taxi or Didi directly from the ancient city, about 40 yuan, and the ticket price at the entrance: 30 yuan/person

 Shuhe Ancient Town:

Not far from the ancient city, it costs about 30 yuan to take a taxi.

Ticket price: 30 yuan / person

 Laojun Mountain:

1. From Lijiang to Shigu, take the shuttle bus to the Liming Scenic Area. There is a direct shuttle bus to the Liming Scenic Area, but there is only one class per day, usually departing around 1:00 pm.

2. It takes more than two hours to go to Laojun Mountain. If you don’t want to toss, it is recommended to charter a car or take a one-day tour.

 [Other small TIPS:]

1. Climate: As a native of Yunnan, I can tell you responsibly: the sun is very hot, the rain will be cold, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is large, so remember to add clothes! ! ! Especially in Shangri-La, autumn and winter are getting cooler, so bring more clothes to prevent illness. In a dry climate, drink plenty of water. (Banna is out of consideration~)

2. Sun protection: in plateau areas, ultraviolet rays are very strong, so we must pay attention to sun protection.

3. High reaction: Shangri-La belongs to the plateau, so many people will have high reaction. If you are worried, you can take Rhodiola rosea for prevention one week ago. Once you go to a place with high altitude, it is easy to get out of breath, so don't jump, don't run, just walk slowly. In addition, drinking butter tea can really relieve high fever~

4. Customs: Shangri-La belongs to the Tibetan area, so many etiquettes need to be paid attention to. Many temples can take pictures outside, but inside are not allowed; when entering a temple, take off your hat and glasses, and do not step on the threshold; prayer wheels and prayer wheels cannot be reversed.

5. When riding a horse or taking pictures of a yak, you must pay attention to safety.

6. The tourism market in Yunnan feels that the overall situation is not very standardized, so when purchasing tourist souvenirs, it is recommended to shop around instead of blindly shopping.

7. Photographic equipment:

SONY A7R2, 24-70, F4

Photo post-processing: Lightroom+Snapseed+VSCO

8. Finally: take your smile and etiquette and travel happily!
