To say that Guizhou is really a province that is very friendly to the people of Jiangsu. Following the annual half-price discount on tickets, this year's efforts are even stronger. All A-level scenic spots in the province are free of charge for tourists from eight provinces. I didn't want to go to Huangguoshu again, but the temptation was too great. The last time I went there was a little rushed, and it was raining continuously, so the tour was not very enjoyable. In addition, there is Guanling in the itinerary of my friend, which is really close to Huangguoshu. So, without further ado, we added Huangguoshu to the itinerary.
After checking in, it was already evening, so we ate supper at the food stall opposite to recharge our energy, and headed to Huangguoshu early the next morning.
The fare has increased by 10 yuan compared with the last time I came here, but it can save 150 yuan in tickets. This wave of benefits is really touching. This is not an ordinary scenic spot, it is the most famous in the country 5A-level scenic spots!
There were already many buses waiting at the boarding point, and tourists got on the bus in an endless stream but in an orderly manner. The main thing is that there is no need to be crowded. Anyway, it can guarantee that everyone has a seat. Even if you can't catch the first bus, the next bus will not be too long.
This time we were not in a hurry to go to the Great Falls, nor did we choose the first stop, Doupotang, but chose Tianxing Bridge, which our friends prefer. In fact, this is the largest of the three scenic spots in Huangguoshu, and it is also the most challenging one. Therefore, the tour is divided into two parts, providing a half-way return plan for tourists who are physically weak.
The car stopped at the entrance of Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, and we were not in a hurry to rush into the entrance with the tourists in the brigade. Instead, we took a look at the lake and mountains outside, and we were able to avoid the traffic peak. It really kills two birds with one stone.
We are not in a hurry to count the number of steps. From here we can see the Horsetail Waterfall. In terms of scale, the waterfall is not too big. It is far from the famous Great Waterfall. However, it is gratifying to see a waterfall as soon as you enter the scenic spot. However, this section of the waterfall is clearly close at hand, but there is no way to get to it. Surrounded by forests of stone forests, although it is not comparable to the Yunnan stone forest in terms of a single stone, the scale is quite large.
Walking along the path, there are many sisters with tour guide cards hanging on the side of the road to solicit customers, asking if they need a tour guide. If you are in a hurry and don't want to miss the tourist attractions, it is undoubtedly very economical to hire a tour guide. However, we have arranged absolutely plenty of time. Huangguoshu tickets and bus tickets are valid for three days, which is enough for us to enjoy this scenic spot leisurely. Therefore, although Amei was very enthusiastic, we still shook our heads and refused.
At the end of the trail, you will arrive at the "Several Steps", the essence of Tianxingqiao Bonsai Garden. The bonsai scenic area is 800 meters long, located on the west side of the 500-meter-long undercurrent surface and the river bank, with large and small natural rocks and water stone bonsai. There are stones on the water here, water in the stones, trees grow on the stones, and the stones under the feet are scattered in the water, forming three hundred and sixty-five pieces of stone sand that can be used as a foothold, which coincides with the one-year cycle of three hundred and sixty-five days. Individuals can find their birthday here. Many tourists are looking for their birthstone here with great interest. Sometimes the stone diverges in two ways, and they accidentally miss their birthday, and they still go back and walk again. Although I am not obsessed with finding my birthday, I am happy to travel every day, because the scenery around each stone is very beautiful, and it is suitable for appreciation from all angles.
"Shushengbu" also has a name called "Lotus Stepping". The water here is not deep, but water lilies are planted all over the place, including yellow and pink. Water lily is a relatively common aquatic plant. A tour guide smiled and asked tourists to appreciate the lotus. As for the reason, it was a mystery, and the answer was not revealed on the spot. I guess, maybe it has something to do with this alias?
There are many stone forests in the water, each with its own shape. Some are smoother, while others are hideous. Green plants grow on most of the stones, and the most amazing thing is the cacti, which grow luxuriantly on the stones, looking like a forest. Maybe there is no water storage on the rocks, even if it is rainy in Guizhou, the rainwater will not accumulate, which may be somewhat similar to the desert climate with little water. However, the cacti here haven't bloomed yet, just contrasting with the stones.
The "line of water and sky" is quite wonderful. A line of sky is not very unusual, but reflected in the water, it forms a line of sky in the sky leaking skylight, and a line of sky is also reflected in the water.
On a wide surface of water, there is a boulder named "Smooth Sail", and many tourists can't help but take photos with it here. After all, who doesn't want "smooth sailing" in their life, study or work? Even this trip, I hope it will be smooth sailing!
The water of Tianxing Bridge seems to be born for stones, like a mirror, not only reflecting the blue sky and white clouds, but also reflecting these strange stones of various shapes. Sometimes, standing on the stones for hundreds of steps, I have a dreamlike feeling: "Am I looking at the stones on the lake or the stones under the lake?" After a few steps, there is a small road next to it, and there seem to be fewer tourists. We didn't take this road last time, but this time we turned around by coincidence. The name of the gorge is Changqing Gorge, which means that the rock walls on both sides grow up in blue. This cyan color is naturally a green plant rooted on the stone. The vines here are very lush, covering the sunlight at the top of Changqing Gorge.
Sideways rock is a very narrow passage, who would dare not turn sideways if they want to pass through it? Even a slender girl will inevitably have to turn sideways to pass.
Back to the main road, there is an Qiufeng Pavilion. In fact, this pavilion is not really a pavilion, but an autumn maple umbrella inserted in the pavilion. This maple grows really tall. This season is when the trees are covered with flowers. The dense leaves block the sunlight from the leaves. Isn't it just a natural pavilion? From here, you can see the mountains on the opposite side. Although the mountains in the southwest are lush with vegetation, the characteristics of karst terrain are still obvious.
There is an old vine hanging on a tall tree opposite the valley. The branch of this old vine was thrown to the opposite side somehow. The long vine branches are like a horizontal bar in the air.
The beautiful banyan tree is a popular attraction of Huangguoshu Waterfall, especially female tourists, they must gather in groups to take a photo with it. Although the beautiful banyan tree is also a banyan tree, it may be because there is too little soil in the place where it grows, and it lacks the natural conditions for it to become a forest alone, so the branches are quite pitiful. Some people say that it looks like a flying beauty in Dunhuang, Gansu, while others say that it looks like a diving beauty, but no matter how you look at it, it is a beauty. This is a relatively representative natural landscape of root bouldering. The rock controls and sculpts the growth of this banyan tree with its hard body. Although the tree can hug the stone, it cannot crack it and grow. Therefore, it can only follow the grain of the stone and grow into the shape of the curve of the human body, just like a slender and well-fitting beauty.
At the fork in the road, I chose a trail with less traffic, which we didn't take last time. What did you see? The rock walls and rock tops are full of cacti, densely packed, which is breathtaking. My God, it turns out that cacti can grow so well in the southwest! The scenic spot in this section is called "Xianren Mountain", and the cactus covered with stones is really suitable for the occasion.
