Yi County, Hebei Province is a place rich in tourism resources. There are the famous Qingxi Mausoleum, Langya Mountain where the five heroes of the Eighth Route Army jumped off the cliff during the Anti-Japanese War, Jingke Pagoda, Zijingguan Great Wall Ruins, and Yishui Lake, which was famous for filming the movie "Red Cliff".
On March 29, 2007 and May 6 of the same year, the reporter, together with Cao Qun, President of Beijing Aiche Sunshine, and others, went to Yixian-Kanshan Line twice to collect information in order to inspect the self-driving route, and went to Poguang twice successively Ripples, the very beautiful Yishui Lake, left a deep impression on it.
Yishui Lake is located 25 kilometers southwest of Yi County, 150 kilometers away from Beijing and 80 kilometers away from Xiongan New District. The world is "clouds and emeralds".
The water area of Yishui Lake is about 27 square kilometers, with a capacity of 390 million cubic meters and a deepest depth of 48.5 meters. The water quality meets the national secondary drinking water standard. Yishui Lake, the mountains are majestic and steep, the air is clean and dust-free, and the trees are lush and dense.
The name of Yishui Lake sounds tragic and vicissitudes. In 277 BC, the six kingdoms were in turmoil, and people were in dire straits. Jing Ke bid farewell to Prince Yan beside Yishui, and went to Qin to assassinate the King of Qin alone. Before leaving, he sang the eternal swan song "The wind is rustling, the water is cold, and the strong man will never return when he is gone". The "Yishui" mentioned here is the "Yishui Lake" in Yixian County, Baoding today.
It is the beautiful mountains and waters of Yishui Lake that have attracted the favor of many directors. It is especially famous for the "Red Cliff" filmed here by John Woo in 2007. In addition, film and television works such as "Journey to the West", "Ink Attack" and "Legend of Chu and Han" have all been filmed in this beautiful mountain and water. Looking down at Yishui Lake from a high altitude, it is clear The lake water reflects the color of the sky, as if you have come to Qiandao Lake.
It is worth mentioning that Yishui Lake has a "Little Guilin" located on the banks of Yishui Lake. The cliffs with vines hanging upside down here outline the landscape paintings of Guilin with the scenery of the south. There are fairy caves, fairy bridges, fairy canals, and princes on the mountain. Hats and other scenic spots have left behind the beautiful legend of the Seven Immortals Duguojiu.
Tourists who came here once left a good sentence saying: The Seven Immortals came here to visit the uncle of the country, and Yishui Lake is a small Guilin with mountains and rivers. If you want to know the beautiful scenery here, why go to the south of the Yangtze River.
People swim here and can see the different beauty of Yishui Lake from different angles. Overlooking, the rolling mountains and misty mist give people the illusion of being in a fairyland. Standing on the boat, the lake and mountains come into view, outlining the beautiful scenery of Guilin in the south.
The reporter and his party went to Yishui Lake twice to take a speedboat tour on the lakeside and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Yishui Lake. Especially at that time, the movie "Red Cliff" was in the preparatory stage. We took a speedboat to the location by the lake, and saw that there was a lot of construction work going on here to make warships.
I saw that the ancient warships that have been made and rows of tents are located by the lake. The warships made of real materials are not only antique, but also very solemn.
There is a mountain in Yishui Lake because it looks like a phoenix, so it is named Phoenix Mountain. The reporter and his party came to the lakeside by speedboat, went ashore and climbed up the stairs along the mountain road. I saw lush pines and cypresses and dense vines on the mountain, which is really a treasure land of geomantic omen. The reporter and his party reached the top of the mountain in about ten minutes. Overlooking the beautiful scenery of Yishui Lake from the mountain is even more refreshing.
There is a Guanyin Temple on Fenghuang Mountain, which was built by Liu Xiu. Legend has it that Wang Mang drove Liu Xiu away, Liu Xiu fled to Wugong City, and Wang Tan escorted Liu Xiu south. At this time, Wang Mang's army rushed to the foot of the mountain. Seeing that Liu Xiu was about to be captured alive, Liu Xiu knelt down and begged Guanyin for protection. As a result, Wang Mang's army was entangled by vines up the mountain and could not move forward.
After Liu Xiu ascended the throne and became emperor, he built the Guanyin Temple on the mountain to repay Guanyin's life-saving grace. This Guanyin temple is full of incense, and pilgrims respond to their needs.
What's even more amazing is that there is a thousand-year-old cypress in the crevices in front of the temple. The trunk of the cypress has been split in half by lightning, but it is still flourishing. It is said that it is also the result of the blessing of Guanyin.
Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty visited here and saw such a tenacious cypress tree, so he immediately sealed the cypress tree as "immortal cypress". This mountain has become a flag spot for local tourism.
When I visited Yishui Lake for the second time, Liu Xuejun, the director of the Yi County Tourism Bureau who accompanied the collection, told reporters after finishing the collection of Yishui Lake that we stopped by Zijingguan to have a look, so we led everyone to the northwest of Yi County. 45 kilometers away, the Zijingguan Great Wall is admirable. Because this section of the pass city lives on the Zijing Ridge, it is named Zijingguan.
Bauhinia Pass is bordered by Wanren Mountain in the east and Rhinoceros Mountain in the west. The wide riverbed of the Juma River runs across the north of the Great Wall, and its situation is extremely dangerous. Located on Zijing Pass, 45 kilometers west of Yixian County, with Shibapan in the south as a dangerous barrier, Futu Pass in the north as the gateway, and Xuanhua and Datong in the far as the barrier, a pass stands in the middle, with dangerous wings sheltering the outside, and mountains and mountains Standing like a screen like a barrier, it is one of the three important towns in the Great Wall.
Zijing Pass is one of the longest-historical ones among the thousands of dangerous passes on the Great Wall, and it has an important position in the history of ancient Chinese warfare. The record about Zijing Pass was first seen in "Lu Shi Chunqiu", which was called "Wu Ruan Pass" at that time, and it was one of the famous nine fortresses in the world.
It was called Shanggu Pass in the Qin and Han Dynasties, Zizhuang Pass in the Northern Wei Dynasty, and Baibi Pass in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. Later it was renamed as "Puyin Xing" and was listed as the seventh of the Taihang Eight Xings. It was also called "Jinpo Pass" in the early Song Dynasty, and it was renamed to its current name in the middle of the Song Dynasty. According to legend, there were redbud trees all over Guancheng at that time, and the violet flowers bloomed in midsummer, and the fragrance wafted thousands of miles. Therefore, "Jingguan Ziqi" was designated as one of the top ten scenic spots in Yizhou by the ancients.
In the Qin and Han Dynasties, Zijingguan was only a small city built of mixed earth and rocks. Although it was built in subsequent dynasties, it basically followed the old system without much expansion. After the Ming and Yuan Dynasties, in the early years of Hongwu, Taizu Zhu Yuanzhang approved the suggestion of the famous general Hua Yunlong, and built a new city of Zijingguan while rebuilding the old city. The walls of the new and old cities are both built of granite strips and stones, and they are capped with blue bricks and built with crenels.
After Hongwu, through Yongle, Zhengtong, Jingtai, Hongzhi, Jiajing, Wanli, and until the last generation of Chongzhen, Bauhinia Pass was constantly being built. It was not until the eve of the fall of the Ming Dynasty that Zijingguan was built to the scale it is today, becoming a relatively complete military defense system.
The reporter and his party boarded the Zijingguan Great Wall and overlooked it, and there is also a spectacular view inside and outside the pass. After paying homage to Zijingguan, the trip to Yishui Lake and Zijingguan has come to a successful conclusion. (Photo: Feng Ganyong)
