West Town Hotel
This time I stayed at the West Town Hotel in the small town of Orenda.
It is located in Yuanxiang Meilijian Community on the west side of Guyaju, Zhangshanying Town, near County Road 010. It can be said to be the junction of Beijing and Zhangjiakou, Hebei. It is backed by Yanqing Guyaju, and the scenery is very beautiful.
The hotel lobby is a relatively retro American building, mainly made of wooden structures, supplemented by stones as the cornerstone.
The hotel implements a membership system. People who come here are generally members, otherwise they cannot check in, and because this place is relatively popular, they need to be booked in advance, otherwise there will be no rooms.
The hotel is quite big, and there are many single-family villas. Generally, a villa can accommodate 2 families. It costs 1300-1500 yuan a night, and it is very cost-effective to spread it out.

The lobby is mainly made of wood, showing a warm yellow to red tone. Check-in is at the front desk on the first floor, and the public space is basically on the second floor.

The dining bar is on the second floor of the lobby, on the right hand side when you go upstairs. The restaurant is relatively large and can accommodate many people dining at the same time.
You can walk out from the restaurant, there is a balcony, you can see the swimming pool and the small high-rise buildings nearby.
The scenery here is good, and because it is a place in the suburbs of Beijing, surrounded by mountains, and has the second largest reservoir in the suburbs of Beijing, the environment is excellent, with blue sky and white clouds, very thorough.
We stayed in a small detached villa like this, with a small garden.
Many of the villas around here are lived by the owners, and the environment is very good, especially when walking on the road at night, the eyes are full of stars.
The villa has two floors, the main area below is the public area, with a large living room and an open kitchen and living room. It also includes a yard, a public toilet, and a storage room.

Because even in midsummer here, it is hot during the day and cool in the morning and evening, so the villa is not equipped with air conditioning, and there are only fans and other equipment in the room.

If you are going to downtown Yanqing, there is a shuttle bus from the town every day, usually at 11:20 in the morning, and it takes about 40 minutes to the downtown area.
Or you can take a shuttle bus from Beijing Shuangxiu Park to the town every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. It takes about 2.5 hours and you need to call one day in advance to make an appointment.
By bus: Take Y40 from the town to Yanqing City, and then transfer to bus No. 919 or small train S2. The bus takes about 2 hours, and the small train takes about 1 hour, but the small train needs to wait, so it is recommended to take the bus to reach Beijing Deshengmen.
