How old is the city of Beijing in 2019?
In 1986, two bronze wares, Ke Yu (sound hé) and Ke Yu (sound léi), were discovered during archaeological research at Liulihe, Fangshan. They traced back the history of Beijing as the capital for many years. In 2019, the city of Beijing is 3064 years old.
This place where the precious bronzes were discovered is now the Yandu Ruins Museum of the Western Zhou Dynasty, located in Liulihe, Fangshan District. It was opened in 1995. This is the only feudal state in China with a clear date, complete city sites, residential areas, and burial areas. Capital ruins'.
More than 3,000 years ago, after King Wu of Zhou destroyed the Shang Dynasty, Yan State, the largest vassal state in the north, set up its capital here.
This is the earliest ruins of an ancient city in Beijing.

The largest bronze vessel in the history of Beijing, the Jin Ding, and the Keyu (hé) and Keyu (léi) with 43-character inscriptions, which record the historical fact that Yanmagong’s eldest son Ke was granted the title of Marquis of Yan, even though they are just replicas, still shocked us.
This museum plays an important role in history education. You can see many children come here to take classes and leave their immature paintings and handwriting. History buffs and museum lovers must come here to worship.

Longmen Ecological Park (Tiankai Pagoda of Tiankai Temple)
There is a Longmen Ecological Park in Hancunhe Town, Fangshan. The environment in the park is very good. There is a nursing home in Hancunhe, and a small museum, which shows the history of rural development in Hancunhe area, the tools of farming, the objects of life in the past, It's all like a world away.
Many people come to the ecological park because of the famous Tiankai Temple and Tiankai Pagoda.
Tiankai Temple, located in Yuanbao Mountain, Longmen Ecological Park, is believed to have even surpassed Tanzhe Temple in history. It was built in the Eastern Han Dynasty (50 AD), and the current temple was rebuilt in 2005. The Tiankai Pagoda near Tiankai Temple once unearthed the relics of Sakyamuni Buddha, the supreme national treasure of Buddhism, and thus became a holy place for Buddhism.
When I visited the temple, I happened to encounter Buddhist activities. The monks and laymen sang Sanskrit and recited Buddhist scriptures, which made people awe-inspiring.
Tiankai Temple is also a temple with a super fusion of culture and tolerance. Generally, temples are not allowed to enter the temple to take pictures, but our companions entered the temple to take pictures, and no monks stopped them. Shangfang Mountain, Yunshui Cave
Shangfangshan National Forest Park is located in Hancunhe Township of Fangshan, about 60 kilometers away from the urban area.
There is the only well-preserved primary secondary forest in North China in Shangfang Mountain, with a forest coverage rate of over 90%.
The eyes are full of greenery, strange peaks and mountains, and big trees that block out the sun. When you walk into the mountains, you will feel refreshed.
The environment in the mountains is very good. In this season, yellow eucalyptus flowers (Mulan bud flowers) are blooming all over the mountains.
It is also a rare sight to see a group of wild macaques in the mountains.
There are different views in the mountains above, known as the Nine Caves, Twelve Peaks and Seventy-two Temples.
It has been a famous Buddhist mountain since ancient times. After thousands of years of vicissitudes, eminent monks have emerged in large numbers.
There is a poem praising "Youyan ancient Austrian room, Tushi is in the middle of the rock, and there are seventy-two flower palaces, embedded from top to bottom."
Among the temples in Shangfang Mountain, the Dousita Temple is the most famous. The name of the temple comes from the Buddhist scripture "Dusita Heaven". Since Emperor Xiaojing of the Eastern Wei Dynasty opened the mountain and built the temple in the second year of Tianping, it has a history of more than 1,400 years. It is also the residence of the chief abbots of various temples and nunneries on the mountain.
The main hall of Tushita Temple is a building with few four-sided tiles, which is quite Tang Dynasty architectural style. The bright pillars at the four corners support the main hall. It is said that the maintenance of this hall is difficult. If there are no four bright pillars, the whole building will collapse.
In front of the main hall, there are two Tanchun flowers, which are still blooming brightly in this season;
The stone carving "Forty-two Chapters" on the back wall of the main hall is the treasure of the town temple, and there are tombstones and pagodas of eminent monks in the past dynasties near the temple.
It's a pity that the time is limited, and I haven't fully visited the Tushita Temple. I want to have a chance to appreciate it next time.
The 40th generation patriarch of Huayan Sect is originally the body relic of the mage, which is also hidden in the upper mountain.
There are many legends about Master Benru that can be found on the Internet, so I won’t go into details here.
In short, the master was entrusted by the Huayan patriarch to find Huayan Cave in Shangfangshan in a dream, and opened a dojo here, and finally passed away here. Before passing away, Master Benru asked his disciples to "put his body in the vat, and when the vat is opened three years later, it will become a relic of the body".
Three years later, the mage's body was indeed intact, and he sat on the altar after being gilded. No matter monks, believers or ordinary people, they can come here to worship.
In the past, the upper mountain road was steep, but now many trails have been built. If you have good physical strength, you can hike from Tusita Temple to Yunshui Cave.
(If the physical strength is not good, there are cable cars in Yunshui Cave and Tusita Temple, which is also very convenient)
Among the 9 caves in Shangfang Mountain, Yunshui Cave has always been the most famous. It is the highest horizontal beaded cave in the world. In order to protect the stalactites, the temperature in the cave is kept at a constant temperature of 13 degrees, which is very cool.
Fangfang Mountain is indeed an important place for Buddhism, and the name of Yunshui Cave was inscribed by Mr. Zhao Puchu.
Many years ago, when I was still in college, I visited Yunshui Cave once.
It is larger, better protected, and more imposing than many caves I have visited recently, and the lighting in the cave is very restrained.
The stalactites and stalagmites in the cave are quite majestic. Among them, Optimus Prime is the tallest, with a height of 37 meters, known as the first stalagmite in China.
The part of Yunshui cave that has been developed is more than 600 meters deep, naturally forming six halls. It is said that there are 108 scenes in the cave, which are lifelike.
