Today is the 25th day of my self-driving tour in China with one person, one car and one dog. I searched for the footprints of the Red Army in the ancient city of Jiuzhou yesterday, and found that many old sites of the Red Army in the ancient city are well preserved. stay for one day.
The Long March of the Red Army fought against Huangping four times:
From September 30 to October 4, 1934, the Red Sixth Army's first western expedition was in Huangping. Ren Bishi, Xiao Ke, Wang Zhen and others led the advance team of the Red Army. It took five days in Huangping County, crossing nine towns and towns in the county from south to north, with a total distance of 110 kilometers.
From December 25, 1934 to January 1, 1935, the First Front Army of the Red Army marched through Huangping. It lasted seven days in Huangping, passing through five districts, 18 townships, and two towns at that time, covering a total distance of more than 200 kilometers.
In mid-March 1935, the Fifth Red Army moved from Weng'an to fight in Zhifang Township, Huangping.
In February 1936, the Second and Sixth Army Corps of the Red Army once again moved from Shiqian, Weng'an, and Yuqing to Huangping, Zhenyuan and other places, and established the Shizhenhuang base area to carry out activities in Huangping, Zhifang, Pingxi, and Jiuzhou. Withdrew to the west of Guizhou to establish the Qiandabi base.
The Long March of the Red Army reached the old state of Huangping, and there is another story of "Secret Talks in the Orange Grove":
On December 27, 1934, the Red Army left Huangping County and arrived at the East Gate of Jiuzhou. Wang Jiaxiang and Zhang Wentian, who were sitting on stretchers, asked the guards to put them in a dense orange grove next to the city wall of the East Gate of Jiuzhou to rest. Wang Jiaxiang Ask Zhang Wentian: Where is the final goal of the Red Army? Zhang Wentian said: Without a precise goal, I don't think this is the right way to fight this battle. The two discussed in Julin, and they both made it clear that the Red Army should change its leadership and replace Bo Gu and Li De. After they arrived at Tianhou Temple in Jiuzhou and stationed there, they immediately called and told other Red Army commanders what they thought. This idea was popular among other generals. As soon as it was passed on, the generals all agreed and proposed to hold a meeting immediately. Under the mobilization and influence of Zhang Wentian and Wang Jiaxiang after the secret talks in Julin, on January 1, 1935, the Red Army held a meeting immediately after entering the Weng'an Monkey Farm, namely the "Monkey Farm Meeting".
Today, we first came to Tianhou Temple, where Wang Jiaxiang and Zhang Wentian were once stationed.
Before I entered the Tianhou Palace, I was attracted by the Red Army slogan at the door.
Tianhou Palace (Fujian Guild Hall): It was built in the 17th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty (1837), covering an area of 1,220 square meters. It consists of a gate archway, wing rooms, main hall and back hall.
Tianhou Palace used to be the former site of the temporary hospital of the Sixth Army Corps of the Red Army, and now it is the Museum of Revolutionary History of Huangping County.
The exhibition hall showed and introduced the revolutionary history of Huangping County in various stages in detail, which gave me a better understanding of the revolutionary history of Huangping County.
Renshou Palace (Jiangxi Linjiang Mansion Guild Hall): It was built in the fifty-first year of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty (1786), covering an area of 897.6 square meters. It consists of theater building, hatchback rooms, main hall, three-step corridor and apse.
Renshou Palace is the former site of the Sixth Red Army Regiment's Poverty Relief Conference.
Wenchang Palace: It was built in the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of 1112.7 square meters, consisting of an archway, a head gate, a front hall, wing rooms and a main hall.
Wenchang Palace is the former site of the Red Army Command.
Dayuanfa residence and Zhu's residence. It took me a lot of time to find these two old sites. I asked several local residents to find them.
"Dayuanfa": built by Li Zhongshan during the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, covering an area of 1,197 square meters. Today there is one main building and one wing room, with blue brick wind-fired walls on both sides for maintenance, and then two main buildings with corridors at the front and back. There are wing buildings in the two main rooms and their front and back, and the Yinzi partition wall of the Houxianglian building, forming three patios, which are an important part of the ancient building complex in Jiuzhou.
The red five-pointed star and huge slogan in front of the gate are still well preserved.
Zhu's House: It is the former site of the Red Army's temporary bank.
The Red Army's Long March Huangping Monument was on the viewing platform of the ancient city, and it took me a lot of time to find it.
On the side of the city gate, I continued to use my good habit of inquiring frequently, and asked the residents in the ancient city of Jiuzhou. They said that this small road in the city is the road that the Red Army once walked.
The ancient city of Jiuzhou is located in the northwest of Huangping County. It organically integrates foreign cultures such as Bashu, Hunan and Hubei in history with local Miao and Dong cultures, forming the unique organic combination of multiculturalism and red culture that we see now. layout and features.
This is the east gate of the ancient city.
The gate of Wantiangong (Sichuan Guild Hall) is closed. I asked the neighbors around, and they said that the gate is usually closed. Now it is a private house, so I can only take a few photos outside.
There are traffic signs in the ancient city of Jiuzhou, but when I went to the place, I couldn’t see any introduction to the ancient wharf. I asked a few residents, and the villagers stood on the bridge and pointed. This is the ancient wharf.
Today's Jiuzhou ancient city has a new look.
Everyone must be waiting impatiently, want to see the night view of the ancient city of Jiuzhou! My favorite is also the night view of the ancient city, without a doubt.
The ancient city is said to be big or small, and the distribution of various scenic spots is relatively scattered. I travel with my dog, so I can only choose to visit on foot. Although it is time-consuming and laborious, I think I can go around the ancient city in more detail. Hard work is worth it.
Of course, if you are short on time and don’t have such good physical strength, then you can choose to take the bus in the ancient city, which is also very convenient.
See you tomorrow!
