Queer Mountain is the fortress of Kham-Tibet transportation. The Tibetan name of Queer Mountain is "Tuo La", which means the wings of a big bird. Covered in ice and snow, the towering and majestic Queer Mountain is located in the northern part of the Shaluli Mountains, with the highest peak at 6,168 meters above sea level. Therefore, there is a saying that "climb to Que'er Mountain and beat the sky with a whip". There are many ancient glacial landforms in Queer Mountain, and there are many gravity deposits at the foot of the mountain. The Xinluhai Glacier Lake at the eastern foot of the lake is 4148 meters above sea level. It is about 3 kilometers long from north to south and 1 kilometer wide from east to west. It is one of the high-altitude lakes in Sichuan Province. It has excellent scenery and is known as "West Heaven Yaochi". Queershan Sichuan-Tibet Highway Pass is 4,889 meters above sea level. It is the highest highway pass in Sichuan and a famous dangerous pass on the Sichuan-Tibet Highway.

Book a flight from Chengdu to Ganzi Gesar Airport, four round-trip flights a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and then take the airport bus directly to Dege County.
