You can start to apply for the Taiwan entry permit after you get the passport. It is very troublesome to submit the information to Taiwan for the Taiwan entry permit. I searched the Internet and it seems that I have to go through the Taiwan office in Macau. The procedures are very cumbersome. I checked it later. The agency on Taobao is simple and feasible and the cost is not too high, so I gave up the idea of doing it myself and went to Taobao directly. What Taobao is looking for is "CYTS Banner Store"
As for the specific price and handling steps, it is very clear on Taobao, you can check it yourself
Anyway, the general situation is that the less information you have to prepare, the higher the price. If you only have an ID card account and a Taiwan passport, it will be about 500 a piece. It will be more than two hundred. If people who are related by blood go out together, as long as the main applicant's information is complete, other people only need the most basic information.
Taobao usually writes about 7 working days for the certificate processing time, but it takes about three or four working days for me to process it. I processed it a month in advance, so I am not in a hurry.
In addition, these materials all need electronic documents in jpg format, which can be scanned or photographed, as long as they are clear. The obtained Taiwan Entry Permit is also a pdf electronic document. You can find a color printer and type it out. Of course, Taobao sellers can also print it out and deliver it for you. Of course, you will need to pay more. The validity period of the Taiwan Entry Permit is also three months, but the stay period is 15 days, counting from the second day of arrival in Taiwan.
Once you have your Taiwan Entry Permit, you can book your flight tickets. In addition, only the ID number of the pass is needed to book an air ticket, so the ticket can be booked after the pass is issued, but I still wait for the Taiwan entry permit to book the ticket and hotel.

Regarding proof of financial resources:
(1) Gold Card or Platinum Card: The surface must have the words Gold Card or Gold, or a higher-level card
(2) 5w certificate of deposit: After returning to Taiwan
(3) 13w annual income: Only a certificate issued within one month of submitting the application for the Taiwan Entry Permit is acceptable. For example, if you apply for a permit in 8.1, this certificate needs to be issued after 7.1.
