In order to find the relics of the ancient Yelang Kingdom, I set foot here The place where the Pian Gelao people live together - Shiqian.
Shiqian also has an alias called Qiancheng. The terrain here is mostly mountainous, with secluded gorge, beautiful streams and rivers, and ancient hot springs. It is in such a place with lofty mountains that I opened it for two days and one night Ancient Yelang Country + Hot Spring Tour!

---First stop: Yelang Town---
Yelang Town, you asked me why I chose to stop here, I can only say that he only attracted me by his name, although there are derogatory words such as "Yelang arrogant", but the names of many towns in Guizhou are indeed attractive, Sinan , Yinjiang, Meitan, Zhusha...
Yelang Town is not a tourist check-in spot, but some are just common village markets, and the idyllic scenery is more prominent! But isn't travel just about stopping when you want to, and going wherever you want?
Although the buildings in the town are newly built, they all maintain the traditional style, with a unique taste of simplicity and vicissitudes.
After sitting in the town for a while, I found a restaurant called Zhao's Soil Noodles and settled the meal. Speaking of Tumian, Yelang Tumian is one of the specialties of Yelang Town. It doesn’t look much different from the ones we usually eat, but when you enter it, you will find that it is stronger, with a smell of wheat and a unique taste. I think if there is no seasoning, only oil and salt should be delicious!
---Second stop: Huaxi Yelang Valley---
Starting from Yelang Town, on the way to Shiqian, passing Guiyang, went to Huaxi Yelang Valley, making up for the customs of the ancient Yelang Kingdom.
It is said that the area around Guiyang is the seat of the ancient Yelang Kingdom, one of the three mysterious ancient kingdoms in China, which is as famous as the Loulan Ancient Kingdom and the Qilan Ancient Kingdom. It has existed in history for two or three hundred years, and then disappeared mysteriously. Therefore, so far no one has explored the secrets of what this ancient country looked like.
We can no longer see the appearance of the ancient country of Yelang, but it has been created by later generations, no matter from the perspective of art or history, it is a check-in point full of fantasy.
There is no sense of disobedience in the strange portraits made of stones, grotesque and harmonious. The original and simple stone houses, the well-proportioned courtyards, and the mountain paths covered with pine needles are all so natural.
---The third stop: Shiqian Hot Spring Hotel---
Because our destination is Shiqian, we walked out for about two hours and headed for the terminal.
Arrived at Shiqian County at around 7:00 pm. After a tiring day, in this place with a thousand-year-old hot spring, Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring had to go.
There are many hot springs in Guizhou, but when it comes to hot springs in Guizhou, the first thing that comes to mind is this ancient hot spring in Shiqian.
Because of the late arrival time, we decided to stay at the Shiqian Hot Spring Hotel first, and go to this thousand-year-old spring the next day during the day.
The rooms at Shiqian Hot Spring Hotel are great, and each room also offers two Shiqian ancient hot springs + breakfast for two, which is almost the same as the hotels outside.
Put down your luggage, experience a massage in the health club of the hot spring hotel, get rid of the tiredness of the day.

---The fourth stop: Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring---
After getting up and having breakfast, we set off for the hot spring! Because it was in the morning, there were not many people, so I came to the changing room. The changing room was spacious and bright. The design was simple yet stylish. The floor was also very clean. There was no damp musty smell, and there was even a slight smell of hot spring water.
After entering the hot spring area, there is a garden step by step. The hot spring pools are scattered among the trees, not crowded, and the privacy is also very good. It is said that there are more than 130 bathing pools here.
If a bubble pool is soaked for ten minutes, it will take about 20 hours to soak in it. Red flower pool, ginseng pool, moss tea pool, fame and fortune double income pool, sandalwood pool... people have made choices. Way, choose your favorite pool and go into the water!
The busy life and the pressure of work make us move forward in the torrent of reality. Sometimes living a simple life, escaping from your own city, and seeing the world of subtraction is also a choice to let go. Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring, a hot spring park like a back garden, surprised me with everything in front of me.
The hot springs in Shiqian ancient hot springs are all "hidden" in the undulating dense green forest. The hot spring water here is not only for bathing and health preservation, but also one of the few that can be drunk directly, so I went to the drinking place to drink it, feeling sweet tasty.
Although it is autumn in September, the weather is still around 30°C. After soaking for about an hour, we went to the water park. It is not surprising that there is a water park in the hot spring area, but unexpectedly, the water park here uses hot spring water! If it is colder, playing in the water park will definitely not feel cold.
The water park in Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring is quite big, with big speakers, colorful racing slides, drifting river... everything you should have, and near noon, there are more people playing, and there are endless cheers.
Under the cover of the clouds and the cool breeze blowing, everything is so gentle, cool and comfortable. Shiqian Ancient Hot Spring is definitely a treasure for family trips.
After playing around, I feel refreshed. After having lunch in the park, I went back to the hotel to pack my luggage. I was going to go home, but I heard other tourists on the road say that there is a Shiqian Fairy Street scenic spot, which is also super fun!
Seeing that it was still early, I drove there!
---Fifth stop: Shiqian Fairy Street Scenic Area---
When we arrived at the Xianren Street Scenic Area, we can only say that fortunately we did not give up and chose to return!
Spectacular! magnificent! wonderland! When I was on the scene, my mind was shocked to a blank, and I could only take out my mobile phone and take pictures continuously.
From the viewing platform, you can see the vast sea of clouds and rolling white waves. You can see the peaks and mountains in the territory and the beautiful scenery.
Not only that, the high-altitude projects of Xianren Street are all beautiful pictures.
Immortals going out to sea, cliff swings, startling every step of the way, crossing fairy bridges... Each is more thrilling and frightening than the other.
Friends, promise me, don't be afraid, okay? Even if you have the guts to try it, it's none of my business if you get scared! Hahaha~ That's a thrill!
In addition to the "big" thrilling items above, there are also some relatively "small" amusement facilities in the Xianren Street Scenic Area. Pirate ships, swinging umbrellas, Shenzhou flying saucers, etc.
There are both natural landscapes and parent-child entertainment here. I only hate that I know it is too late. If there is one more day of travel, I will definitely watch the sunrise at the Shengui Wangyue Observation Deck, and stand on the observation deck to see the beautiful scenery of Shiqian County. You can have a panoramic view of the sunrise, sea of clouds, terraced fields, mountains, rivers, and ancient cities. You can only wait until the next time!
