We set off from Chongqing, planning to find a two- or three-day self-driving unpopular route to Guizhou. This time we took a small ring road such as Chongqing-Daozhen-Wuchuan-Tongzi-Chongqing. The scenery along the way is beautiful and the variety is rich, and the consumption is also very low! You can refer to it during the weekend~

Day 1: Walk into the birthplace of the Gelao people in Wuchuan, looking for delicious food and beautiful scenery

Day 2: Discover the largest alpine meadow in the Southwest, but there is no ticket

The next day, we came to the Gelao Grassland, the largest alpine grassland in the southwest. There are many places to park and play along the way, and the bell-wearing cattle on the road will politely give way. The herd of cattle on the prairie has become a good background for us to take pictures. And there are no tickets here! In the afternoon we went to the Chinese Pepper City - Shrimp Town, and finally ate the local specialties Qianbei Loushan Braised Chicken in Tongzi, Zunyi.

Day 3: Return to Chongqing from Guizhou, and encounter an ancient town with simple folk customs

Returned to Chongqing on the third day, went to Tongzi Yelang Water Village, bought Qijiang Ganshui fermented bean curd, and found a well-preserved Dongxi ancient town. There are no noisy tourists, no souvenirs all over the street, only quiet streets and simple folk customs.

The itinerary for this self-driving 3-day tour is: Chongqing-Daozhen-Wuchuan-Xiazi-Tongzi-Catching Water-Dongxi Ancient Town-Chongqing.
