The Battle of Songshan, also known as the Battle of Songshan and the Battle of Songshan, was an important part of the Battle of Western Yunnan, Western Myanmar and Northern Myanmar during the Anti-Japanese War.
The Chinese Expeditionary Force attacked Songshan in Lameng Township, Longling County on June 4, 1944, and won the victory in 95 days. The victory of this battle pushed the front line out, broke the stalemate in the Battle of Western Yunnan, and at the same time, opened the Chinese counterattack prelude.
Everyone has a good understanding of this battle, and there is a detailed introduction on the Internet, so I won't take up your time here. The old site of the battle should be open now, and those who are interested can go and have a look.
We went to Tengchong a few years ago, then took a bus to Longling, and then took a taxi to Songshan.
