The same is true of life. In the vast nature, people are as small as a drop in the ocean. The endless troubles in the world are nothing but nothing in the end. It is better to enjoy the happiness of life and solve a thousand worries with a smile.
Some people say that Xinjiang is picturesque, depicting the majesty and magnificence of great rivers and mountains; Thousands of years of civilization, three thousand years of poetic rhyme.
This is a tiring and happy journey, an elaborate encounter between poetry and a distant place, and a spiritual journey worth recalling for a long time.
2. Summary of the essence of the whole experience
1. Sightseeing: I would like to recommend a few places worth visiting in northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang, such as Kanas, Duku Highway, Tanggula Baili Gallery, Yining City, Baishifeng, Xiata, and Bayinbulak University. Grassland, Kumtag Desert, Tuyugou, Gaochang Ancient City.
Among them, the accommodation conditions in the Kanas, Xiata, and Kumtag desert scenic spots are relatively good, and they are very suitable for living in the scenic spots for leisure travel. Basically, for every scenic spot in Xinjiang, from the ticket office to the scenic spot, you need to take a shuttle bus ranging from half an hour to an hour, and you must fully reserve the time.
2. Clothes: There are many mountains in northern Xinjiang, and you will experience the four seasons of spring, summer, autumn and winter by car. It is recommended to bring a full set of clothes; slippers (many hotels do not provide them); umbrellas;
3. Eat: Xinjiang cuisine is mainly meat-based, and Han cuisine is mainly Sichuan cuisine; and Xinjiang is sparsely populated, and the villages and towns with relatively good restaurants are far away. 4. Living: For the convenience of cleaning, most of the hotel rooms in Xinjiang are carpeted, but in fact the carpet is easy to hide dirt and is relatively dirty, so this time I tried to choose a hotel without carpets. In 2019, many brand chain hotels have been opened in various places in Xinjiang, and basically no carpets are laid. In the future, there will be more and more room for children's shoes in Xinjiang to choose hotels. If you are driving by yourself, due to the occasional road closure due to rain and snow in Xinjiang, it is recommended to book a check-out hotel or not to book a hotel in advance, but to book a mobile phone after half of the trip on the day, or book a room directly at the store; And there will be surprises in the room type.
5. Travel: There are many speed limit probes and interval speed measurements in Xinjiang, and the speed changes quickly. It is recommended not to overspeed; there are few road vehicles in Xinjiang, and the speed is limited to 40-60 per hour, which is easy to visual fatigue, especially in the high temperature after noon. During the period, be sure not to drive fatigued, and prepare enough Red Bulls; road closures due to rain and snow in Xinjiang occur from time to time, so it is recommended to pay attention to the official account of the traffic police in the relevant area in advance or consult the traffic police department by phone. For navigation, Xinjiang locals drive by themselves, and the usage rate of Gaode map will be higher.

The highlight of this Xinjiang trip is the hotel reservation. I basically searched and compared all the 2-star and above hotels in each place, and selected a hotel with no carpets and relatively good conditions.
1. Wuhan, Wuhan Jinjiang International Hotel, price 600RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, old five-star hotel, about 10 minutes' drive from Hankou high-speed railway station, convenient transportation, relatively quiet rooms, and more delicious food in the surrounding area. The disadvantage is that the hardware facilities are slightly outdated.
2. Fukang City, Fukang Jinkelai Hotel, the price is 150RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, not selected in advance, temporary check-in. The condition is average, but there is no carpet, the sanitation is relatively clean, the hotel is facing the street, it is too late before 11 pm, nothing else.
3. Keketuohai Town, Irtysh Hotel in Keketuohai Town, the price is 240RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, restaurants are concentrated next to the hotel, very close to Fengfeng Street and Irtysh River, the rooms are average, with carpets, and the sound insulation of the rooms is average.
4. Burqin County, Burqin Good Time Hotel, price 200RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, the hotel is located in the city center, the transportation is convenient, there is no carpet, but the sound insulation of the room is very poor.
There are still a few hotels in Burqin County that have good reviews and do not have carpets, but they were unable to check in when they were fully booked. Burqin Forget-me-not B&B, Burqin Courtyard Hotel, Xinliang Hotel, Colorful River Holiday Hotel.
5. Chonghuer Town, Fuhua Hotel in Chonghuer Town, the price is 220RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, I planned to return to Burqin for accommodation that day, but on the one hand, the scenic spot came out late, and on the other hand, the hotel that Burqin found without carpets was basically full, so when I was halfway back to Burqin for dinner, I decided to go nearby Stay here and leave early the next day. The hotel in Chonghuer Town is average, not expanded.
Due to the itinerary, I didn’t stay in the Kanas scenic spot this time, but I read a lot of travel guides, Kanas Yuehu Hotel (formerly Kanas Reception Service Center), Jianyuan Villa and surrounding hotels in the Kanas scenic spot Hemu Villa is in good condition and worth staying in.
6. Kuitun, Wusu City, Wusu Yulong Hotel, price 260RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, the hotel is in good condition, the breakfast is rich, the room is soundproof, and there are carpets, but the carpets are dirty.
7. Jinjiang Inn Yining Railway Station Hotel, Yining City, price 250RMB.
Advantages and disadvantages, the hotel is near the train station, located in the furniture city, convenient parking, quiet surroundings, large rooms with good sound insulation, no carpet, good sanitation, staying in a Kumamoto themed room, children love it. The disadvantage is that you need to walk for 10 minutes to eat around, and it is a little far from the city center, about 15 minutes by car.
Search and book hotels in Yining, and there are several hotels with relatively good reviews that do not have carpets for your reference, such as Yining Parking Youth Hostel, Ji Hotel (Yining Shanghai City Branch).
In addition, the Yili Hotel in Yining City is the former Soviet consulate, which has completely preserved the Russian-style architecture. It is recommended to stay for one night if you have time.

The biggest advantage of living in the scenic area is that there is sufficient time for sightseeing. Very quiet, average room, dirty carpet.
From the ticket office of the scenic spot to the hotel, you have to take the shuttle bus in the scenic spot. It takes an hour. The last bus is at 8:00 pm.
10. Xinyuan County, Thank Inn Plus Hotel (Xinyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine), price 200RMB.

In Xiata Scenic Area, Zhaosu County, I wanted to eat the famous haggis near the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Chabuchar County for lunch that day, but because the haggis shop usually opens after 10:30, the trip was delayed, so I had to give up. For lunch, braised flower rolls with Muslim Ma Xu local chicken in Zhaosu County are average.
Dinner is settled at the hot spring resort hotel in the Xiata scenic area. The price is more expensive, and the quality of the food is considered good in the scenic area.

11. Bayinbulak, had lunch at Tianxiang Hanfan in Bayinbulak, and ate the famous local black-headed lamb skewers, which was delicious.
Dinner at Longxing International Hotel to eat hot pot. The altitude of Bayanbulak is relatively high, and the boiling point of water is around 80 degrees, so it cannot be fully boiled. It may be because of this reason that the stomach feels uncomfortable the next day after eating hot pot. It is recommended not to eat hot pot in places with high altitude.

On the weekend when I left for Xinjiang, I caught up with the 17-level super-strong "Limaqi" and landed in Shanghai. The flight was cancelled, and the re-booked flight from Shanghai to Urumqi was also cancelled. I hurriedly grabbed the high-speed rail ticket to Wuhan, and the journey was like taking a boat I rushed to Hongqiao Railway Station to take the high-speed train, and booked a flight from Wuhan to Urumqi on the 11th.
(2) On August 11, pass Urumqi and go straight to Fukang
In the afternoon, the plane arrived in Urumqi. Because we had to drive nearly 500 kilometers to Keketuohai Town the next day, after arriving in Urumqi that day, we went directly to Fukang and stayed in Fukang that day.

1. Huoshao Mountain in Wucai Bay Scenic Area is very dazzling on the 216 National Highway from Urumqi to Altay. Known for its mountain color, the rolling hills here are all ocher red made of sintered rock. Every morning and evening, under the reflection of the morning sun or sunset, it seems to be still burning, hence the name.

The wild horse is an endangered wild animal in the world that is regarded as more precious than the national treasure "giant panda", and is a national first-class protected animal. "Przewalski's Mustang" is considered to be the only surviving wild horse on earth, and Xinjiang, China is considered to be the only place on earth where "Przewalski's Mustang" still exists.
3. After 50 years of mining, Keketuohai No. 3 pit was dug from a towering gabbro mountain hundreds of meters above the surface into a large pit 200 meters deep, 250 meters long and 200 meters wide. This section of the journey is 27 kilometers. The walking tour area is mainly the Irtysh Grand Canyon, which is 7.5km one-way, and basically takes a whole day to visit.

Kanas is worthy of being a small oriental Switzerland. Driving from Burqin, there are many mountains, grasslands and cattle and sheep all over the mountains. The lakes and mountains in Kanas scenic area are beautiful, especially Kanas Lake, the most beautiful lake in China. Kanas Sihu Snow Peak towers over green slopes and black forests, and the lakes and mountains are so beautiful that it is known as "a fairyland on earth and a garden of gods". After running for nearly 250 kilometers, it was already 3 o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived in Karamay Devil City. My son likes stones and jade, so I accompanied my grandpa to tell him that he could pick up jade here, and this became the place where my son wanted to come.

1. The road condition of Duku Highway is complicated, and the road is often closed. It is recommended to consult the road condition information before traveling. The Duku Highway is known as the most beautiful tourist highway in Xinjiang. It runs from Dushanzi to Korla, with a total length of 561 kilometers. It can be called a monument in the history of Chinese highway construction. The highest point is 3,500 meters above sea level. This road brings together the stunning beauty of Xinjiang. Due to the sharp changes in vertical height along the way, the landscape includes Gobi desert, Yadan landform, alpine lakes, alpine meadows, forest valleys, snow-capped grasslands, Wild animals, blue sky and white clouds and other diverse scenery. This is a miraculous and dangerous road over mountains and ridges. It crosses 4 Dabans covered with snow all the year round and crosses nearly 10 major rivers in Tianshan Mountains; 1/3 of the road along the way is full of cliffs, and 1/5 of the road is underground. 4. Yining Yili River Bridge - is an international river that crosses China and Kazakhstan. The sunset and night view of Yili River is a must-see in Yining.
5. Hanren Street Gourmet Bazaar in Yining City (named because it used to be the residential area with the largest number of Han people, there is a saying that "if you have not been to Hanren Street, you have not been to Yili").
(9) On August 18, ride the Yizhao Highway and visit the hometown of Tianma
1. The weather at Baishi Peak is complicated and the road is often closed. Before traveling, you can call the traffic police brigade of Yining City to inquire about the road conditions, 09998121428. Yizhao Highway crosses Baishi Peak, Zhaosu County Tianma Tourism and Cultural Park, and Yili Landscape Avenue at the 18th bend of the mountain road.
S237 Yizhao Highway, this highway is called a miniature version of Duku Highway. The Yizhao Highway is a section of the "Gongyue Road" of the ancient Silk Road. It is a seasonal road, "only open to traffic in June, and closed in mid-to-late September", which is very steep. Moreover, even if it is open to traffic, once it is found that there is bad weather, it will be controlled immediately, so the scenery on the road can not be seen casually, so it is a dream haunting route for self-driving Xinjiang drivers all over the country. How lucky is it? In order to see its hidden scenery.
On the 17th, the road at Baishifeng was closed due to snow. When I set off early in the morning, I was very nervous. I was afraid that the road would continue to be closed. I called and consulted that the road was no longer closed, so I rushed all the way to Baishifeng. The Yizhao Highway is very "abuse" because it is a thrilling mountain road that crosses the Tianshan Mountains and has many bends and steep roads. It is only 180 kilometers long, but it is thrilling and thrilling every step of the way.
2. Tianma Tourism Culture Park in Zhaosu County, the last hometown of Tianma in China. Zhaosu County is famous for its rich horses, and the horse culture has a long history.
