Flying from Xi'an to Aksu Wensu Airport, as soon as I got off the plane, I found that the airport is really small. Of course, I have been to several such small airports, such as Kashgar and Luliang, which are very interesting.
Aksu Wensu Airport is located on the northern edge of the Tarim Basin. It was built in 1966. It was originally an air force airport. In 1973, civil aviation aircraft were stationed. Now it is a military-civilian airport.
When you step out of the plane, you will see the terminal building
this is my flight
The planes parked around are very close
The airport is very small and pocket-sized. I walked less than 200 meters to the terminal building after I got off the plane.
Passengers also pull their suitcases and walk to the plane
After getting off the plane, walk a few steps and enter the terminal of Xinjiang Aksu Wensu Airport.
When you enter the gate of the domestic arrival station, you will find the luggage area, and there is a conveyor belt for luggage.

After a few steps, I came out and arrived outside the terminal building.
Although the terminal building is not big, but the shape is not bad.
The parking lot is pretty big.
In fact, when I arrived in Aksu, I most wanted to go to Wensu Grand Canyon. The photos are very beautiful. The airport is only 5 kilometers away from Wensu. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the chance to go.
When I flew to Aksu, I wanted to take a bus from here to Bachu County. Friends from the Propaganda Department of Bachu County came to pick us up here and went straight to Bachu County.
From Aksu Airport, the road is wide and the weather is fine.
There is a highway from Aksu to Bachu County, which is well built, similar to the one in Guangxi.
However, both sides of the expressway are basically natural Gobi Desert,
There are no buildings, but there is always a huge tower.
The toll booth is quite local
There is an Aqia service area on the way, and the service area is quite large.
The buildings in the service area are very Xinjiang style.
The restaurants in the service area are very Xinjiang-style.
The road conditions along the way are really good, with the Gobi Desert and continuous mountains on both sides.
Watching the sunset all the way to the west is like chasing the sunset to Bachu, a picturesque scene of the desert.
Sanchakou is a very famous place here, with a lot of history and stories
The time in Xinjiang is two hours later than ours. It was nearly 9 o'clock in the evening by car from Aksu Airport to Bachu County. It was not completely dark yet. The most eye-catching building was the "Oriental Pearl Tower".
After we ate the buffet, we stayed at the Huyang International Hotel, which is considered relatively good here.

Thanks to Shanghai’s aid, Bachu’s urban construction is very good, with wide roads and good greening

Afterwards, I went nearby to eat supper with my friends. The shop is pretty big, but my friends had already eaten, so I took a photo of the spicy chicken, saying that the spicy chicken is a famous local dish, not the big plate chicken.
