I always miss the days of studying in Australia. It was always good at the beginning. I came to a new environment, and I was exposed to new things here. But in the end, I failed to achieve the goal of obtaining an honorary bachelor's degree. I feel very sorry, because I encountered some things and I couldn't study hard.

Jay learned from the seniors that if the academic performance is not good in Australia and there are too many failures, such as failing more than half of the subjects in the same semester or failing the same course more than twice, it will be irreversible. There is a high possibility of being suspended or expelled from school. Now in his junior year, he has failed more than half of his subjects, and he is also very worried that he will not have a degree after returning to China and cannot be certified.

At the beginning, Jay's grades in his freshman and sophomore year were good, but after entering his sophomore year, he fell in love and spent a lot of time and energy on his girlfriend. But in the last semester of my junior year, I encountered a relationship crisis and broke up with my girlfriend, which caused me to not study hard during that time. In the end, Jay was dismissed by the school because of his failing grades, and his study permit expired.

We have heard people around us say since we were young: It’s good to be admitted to university! You will be liberated if you are admitted to university! Domestic universities require students to pass the fatal college entrance examination. ", no more heavy homework and academic pressure.

Australian universities are just the opposite. If students have learned about the requirements for studying abroad in multiple countries, you will find that Australia’s study abroad policy is very lenient, not only in terms of academic performance, but also in language. GMAT and GRE can be admitted to world-renowned universities in Australia, so does it mean that Australian universities are very easy to study? The answer is no.

Australian universities adopt the policy of wide entry and strict exit. It may not be difficult to enter, but if you want to graduate, if you don't work hard, graduation will be very, very difficult.

In fact, looking back, the life of studying abroad is not as easy as imagined. Not only will you encounter difficulties in study, but you may also encounter obstacles in life and emotions. After all, if a person is studying abroad alone, if he encounters a blow in his life, his poor condition once will greatly affect his subsequent studies.

Generally, it can be solved by transferring or directly applying for a master's degree. Many international students may choose to transfer to another school if they are only in freshman, freshman or sophomore year due to their incompatibility and wrong choice of major when they first arrived abroad.

From my point of view, there is actually a more cost-effective way. It is a better choice to directly apply for a master’s degree across the undergraduate course. You can also choose a simple major to study at the master’s stage, which will be much easier. After successfully graduating with a master's degree and obtaining a master's degree, I can give myself and my parents an explanation when I return home.
