Traveling from Beijing to the southwest, along the perennially ice-free Juma River for about two and a half hours, a group of 20 of us arrived at the destination of this team building - the hillside of Yesanpo Nanyu Village Mamahua. I only know that summer can play in the water, but I don’t know that coming here in winter for group building can also be full of wild fun!

Exploring the secrets of deep mountains, encountering persimmon forests, stewing rice on terraced fields, roasting sweet potatoes, talking and eating brazier pots around the stove, meeting squirrels teasing lambs, puppet shows... Nanyu Village among the terraced fields in the Yesanpo valley has built the group into a mountain version of "Longing" life"!

Braised rice in big pots and roasted sweet potatoes on the terraced fields, living a small life of collecting firewood and making a fire

One after another in the distance, people lit up their kitchen smoke and began to cook meals for the returning family members. In the terraced fields, the small days of gathering firewood and cooking for the friends also began! We decisively chose the special stewed rice in Nanyu Village as the first meal to integrate into the local area!

Pork belly, beans, potatoes... Heat the oil in the pot, add all the ingredients, under the high temperature of the open fire, the flavor will be superimposed, the rice grains will slowly absorb the soup, and turn into a crystal clear burnt color, without lifting the pot You can smell the fragrance!

At the same time, the sweet potatoes in the oven next to the Sheepfold Cafe are already ripe, peeling off the scorched skin, revealing the bright yellow meat with the heat, sizzling, haha, taste it while it is hot, and it will flow The sweeter the oil, the softer it is.

Explore the persimmon forest in the deep mountains, talk to lambs, meet elf squirrels, and meet magical little fun

After eating and drinking enough, a group of us started to go to the valley to explore and hunt persimmons under the warm sun! Picking up a bamboo pole and walking along a small path, except for the conversation and teasing among partners, only the rustling of shoes and weeds, and the occasional bird song in the open space are left in my ears!

Walking and walking, there may not be a persimmon forest popping up on any flat land. The shining persimmons are still hanging on the branches. The housekeeper told us to pick the transparent ones first, which are the best ripe ones! Take a big sip, and there is some sunshine and warmth in the sweetness!

For half-baked persimmons, you can put them back and wait patiently; for hard ones, the housekeepers will directly peel the skins and hang them on the beams of the house, waiting for time to brew another flavor—persimmons.

There are a lot of trees here, except for persimmons, they are walnuts and hawthorns. Walnuts are out of season, but hawthorns can still be encountered by chance! Pull away the fluffy yellow leaves under the tree, and the wild hawthorn fruits are exposed. You can pick up a handful in minutes. Whether you eat it fresh or make jam, it is full of sour and sweet autumn flavors!

The further you go, the quieter the mountain becomes, but at the end of the path is a lively sheep pen. The sudden contrast of sounds makes people feel like Taoyuan encounters reality. Come up lively, and you can also talk to the lamb in the air! Or meet a squirrel who is busy hoarding food, and run away lightly holding the fruit...

Of course, there are wilder ones! The yellow-brown radish berries intertwined between the branches and leaves will burst open when pinched, and the whole bag of silver-white hairs will fly away in the wind; the fresh mushrooms picked by no one knows where, stretched to dry in the sun ;Meet the old man who is basking in the sun and talk about leisure time together; you can also watch the sudden rise of distant mountains and rivers, and play a theme song of Journey to the West in the mountains...Nature can always give us the smallest but most vivid fun!

Sheepfold Cafe, meeting, drinking coffee, playing games, singing K...

Move your life into the mountains, of course you can work too! The team building has fun and serious work. When you are tired, you look up at the smoke in the distant mountains. When you take a nap, you go out for a walk along the terraced fields. It is very relaxing! The Sheepfold Cafe on the south slope can accommodate 50 people as a public space, meeting place is not a problem!

The floor-to-ceiling windows in the house block the cool mountain breeze, but cannot stop the distant mountains and light. Drinking a cup of coffee in the dense aroma can also make a pot of tea, and read a book in the face of the clear sky and clear clouds.

The large venue and complete equipment give the room more variability. The table and chairs are pulled away to start the game, and the table is turned into a high-singing mode when the table is closed! Extending to the outdoor lawn, stepping on balloons, crossing hula hoops... The sound of laughter can jump from one end to the other end of the mountain.

Self-directed and self-acted puppet show, pumpkin cake DIY, natural handwork, leaving the mountains and fields

There is also a puppet show unique to Mamahua’s hillside in the cafe, which has also become a fun place for us to direct and perform, playing boards, character introductions, plots, curtain call... an impromptu version of Snow White vs. Evil Queen, the audience laughed out loud Again and again, behind the scenes "playing" is also enjoyable!

After the hustle and bustle faded away, the quiet handmade time also looked particularly beautiful. The pumpkin cakes with creative shapes, soft, glutinous and sweet were all sold out in one go!

The branches, leaves and fruits collected from the mountains before have become the protagonists of natural handicrafts. Leaf painting, pine cone DIY, and even a few simple clematis can also insert elegant flowers.

Winter special brazier pot, long table banquet, hand-ground soybean milk, the relationship between the tip of the tongue and the mountains

It's night and morning in the mountains, the temperature is slowly dropping, and the lights are on! In the cafe, there are a few round tables tailored for the group building, surrounded by gurgling casserole, the cold air and the bustling brazier are really the best match!

The soup slowly infiltrates into the tofu and the dried vegetables that have been dried for half a year during the stew. The handmade black casserole perfectly retains the most natural taste of the ingredients.

The quietness of the mountains can always give people a good night's sleep. When you open the door, the ethereal bird chirps into your ears. The dew-soaked air is slightly cool and transparent, spread out the small mazza, push the small stone mill, and the nutritious soy milk will start to grind! !

The soybeans soaked all night become round and round, and a spoonful is filled into the stone mill, and the milky soybean juice gathers and drips, filtered, boiled...the mellow soybean milk is on the table!

Unfrozen riverside, bird watching in winter

I heard from the housekeeper Ma Mahua that the nearby Juma River is a good place for wild bird watching! Along the river to the southeast for 14 minutes, at Xiangshuiwan base, flocks of mallard ducks swim freely, and accidentally discovered the black stork, a national first-class protected animal.

In addition to bird watching, crossing the small bridge, the large and small stones on the river beach, the artistic reeds, and the charming poplar forest with fallen leaves... all become winter scenery.

Recommended accommodation, live in terraced valleys, live in country houses

The rivers of Yesanpo have washed out countless valleys and plains of different sizes. The villagers of Nanyu live here by cultivating fields, thus forming such a family that leans on the slope and builds scattered and becomes neighbors with each other...

"The hillside of Mamahua", fifteen small courtyards are scattered in it, not far from the countryside, yet elegant, and it is also the "home" of our team building this time.

In the countryside, our senses are infinitely magnified. There are all kinds of sounds here, but there is no urban hustle and bustle; there are all kinds of colors, but there is no feasting and feasting in the busy streets; at night, there is no traffic and neon lights, but we are left with the stars in the cold sky, and a home. home lights...
