This is the third time I have traveled in Yunnan. The first two times were 6 years ago. One was a group tour in July; This time it was October again, and on the occasion of my mother’s birthday, I chose a group tour in Yunnan for 6 days and 5 nights. The route was slightly different from the group tour six years ago, because when I left Yunnan, I once said that I would definitely travel in my lifetime. I want to come to Yunnan again.
This time, I chose to travel with a group because of time, because there are only two people, and the cost is not low, and many scenic spots in Yunnan are very far away, so I must charter a car to go there, so it is difficult to guarantee that there will be no accidents when dealing with locals. . Therefore, the two finally decided to join the group. Although they knew that they would encounter some bad things, they were safe and reliable, so they didn't have to worry about it.
【Travel Preparation】
1. Sun protection tools: sun hats, sunglasses, sunscreen, umbrellas, etc. must be prepared. Yunnan is a high-latitude region, and the sun is very poisonous. Even though it's October, I'm still tanned.
2. Cold-proof clothing: I will use it when going to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and Lijiang, because Lijiang is at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and the body temperature will be relatively cold. Of course, if you don’t bring it, you can also rent clothes at Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
3. Rain gear: umbrellas, disposable raincoats, rain boots, etc. June, July, and August are the rainy season in Yunnan. It will be very troublesome to travel when it rains. Not to mention the beautiful scenery, you will also be embarrassed, so try to bring it with you. Even in October, there will be rainy weather. We encountered rain in Dali and Lijiang during our trip.
4. Change of clothes: Not much to say about other clothes, I suggest that you can buy disposable underwear online and throw them away after use. Because being with the group is really tiring, every day when you arrive at the hotel, you want to sleep, and you don’t even bother to move. If you can wash one less thing, wash less. In addition, beautiful skirts are needed for taking pictures on the Erhai Lake in Dali. I remember wearing red skirts everywhere on the day I went to Dali.
5. Medicines: cold medicine, stomach medicine, motion sickness medicine, these things are best brought with you.

The two people in my group took care of the high-speed rail tickets from Chongqing to Kunming by themselves, and the pick-up station from Kunming was taken care of by the travel agency in Yunnan. The travel agencies in Yunnan have integrated the pick-up station resources, and unified arrangements are responsible for the pick-up stations for tourists from all over the country. When you go, report to the special pick-up point at the high-speed rail station, and then wait for the unified arrangement. Since there are many tourists, there is no need to wait too long.
The hotel we stayed in Kunming was a hot spring hotel. When I checked in at the front desk of the hotel, the waiter solemnly gave me bath coupons and breakfast coupons. Because I arrived at the hotel a little late and was tired, I didn't go to the hot spring. The environment of the hotel is pretty good. It is a three-star hotel on Ctrip. I asked the front desk in the morning and said it was just renovated. The hotel is very close to the Expo Park, the Golden Palace, and the Wild Animal Park. Recently, the World Expo was opened again, because of the Ecological Diversity Conference.

Traveling with a group means regular work and rest time. Get up at 6 o'clock in the morning, have breakfast at 6:30 o'clock, and leave at 7 o'clock. The hotel has a wake-up service in the morning, but the current wake-up service is not a phone call, but each room knocking on the door to wake up. The breakfast on the first day was not bad. There were 4 dishes to choose from. The staple food was soy milk and porridge, and there was one person who cooked rice noodles.
After breakfast we went back to the hall and waited for the assignment. There were several tour guides standing in the lobby, calling out the names of tourists with bees. The lady who stayed in the hotel with me last night was assigned to another group. However, this method of allocating tourists is a bit unscientific, because the hall is full of tourists from all corners of the country. If they are all crowded in the hall, the air will become very thin. Some tourists are smoking, and it feels boring to wear a mask. Not wearing a mask is not conducive to the prevention and control of the epidemic.
We were assigned to the third tour guide. There were two car guides in this Yunnan tour. The first one was from Kunming to Dali, and then we changed to another tour guide for the Lijiang trip. The driver did not change throughout the journey. We went to four cities in four days, Kunming, Chuxiong, Dali, Lijiang, one city per day; this is the case with the group, the schedule is very full, and most of the time is on the road. The tour group will call the combination of traveling together "family", regardless of whether you are a couple or a sister or brother, even if it is an extramarital affair, the tour guide will number each family and ask "Family No. 1" every time you roll the roll. Has it arrived?" The more you shout like this, the more united you will be internally, forming a unity of unity with the outside world. Very cohesive. There are 12 families in our group, and my mother and I are the No. 2 family.
The first stop of Yunnan’s itinerary is to visit Stone Forest. The tour guide is named Arlene, female, 47 years old, Han nationality. She has led the tour group for more than ten years. She has comprehensive knowledge. She introduced Yunnan to us as soon as she got on the bus. Due to customs, Arlene is very wary of someone using a mobile phone to take a video, saying that it violates her human rights. In fact, it was because of the previous "big earthquake" in Yunnan's tourism industry that many Yunnan tour guides knew the power of the video, and that it would be fatal if inappropriate words and deeds were uploaded to the Internet. Later I learned that in fact, there are video surveillance and recordings on the tourist bus, and the travel agency can view the videos and recordings of what the tour guide said. It seems that the tour guide is not afraid that the travel agency will know, but he is afraid that tourists will upload it to the Internet.
The stone forest arrived soon. Arlene did not go in with us when we arrived at the scenic spot, but invited the guide guide in the stone forest garden to take us in. The current group tour guides are quite relaxed. They don’t need them to go in for the scenic spot explanations. They just brag and brainwash us on the road. When we arrive at the scenic spot, we will take us in. We will set an end time, and the gathering at the entrance of the scenic spot will be completed. We don't care about the tickets for this attraction, but the battery fare needs to be paid by ourselves, 25 yuan per person, and we will give the money to the tour guide.
Stone forest, where the Yi people live, the women of the Yi people are called Ashima, which means happy and beautiful like gold, and the men are called Aheige. It means hardworking, brave and kind-hearted young man. How to judge whether a woman is married or not depends on Ashima's hat. If there are two triangles on each hat twice, it means that she is unmarried, and if there is a triangle in the middle, she means she is married. Don't get confused, when taking pictures with Ashima, don't touch the triangle decoration on the hat, it means I like you, if you are photographed by Ashima, now her family has been working as a long-term worker for three years, three years In the future, if you pass the examination, you can marry a bride, and if you fail, you will be a coolie for three years for free.
To be honest, the scenic spot is very good, but I can only use this to describe it. Every time you go to a scenic spot, please take pictures, and the next one will be in three to five minutes. There are rented clothes to take pictures, ten yuan a set. It took 45 minutes to make it Everyone takes pictures. Then I saw several scenic spots, Zhu De's stone carvings, stones like Ashima, etc., and a group of old ladies in national costumes were dancing, and my husband was playing with a big three-stringed string, and then the commentator let us go in Jump. When we walked to a lake, the tour guide took photos of each of our families. We didn’t know until the end that these photos were all washed out, and then everyone went to choose and pay for what they wanted, 10 yuan per photo. The same is true for wearing national costumes before. But my mother and I didn't want one.
After visiting the stone forest, I ate a group meal at the entrance of the scenic spot. In fact, the group meals these days are quite good, better than the group meals I participated in the group tours in the past. From this day on, every time we have a group meal, people from the restaurant will come to sell matsutake mushrooms and yak meat sauce. On the first day, there is also rose tea, which is 10 yuan a bag. I bought ginseng fruit at the entrance of the scenic spot, 15 yuan a pair Disk, about 10 pieces. I heard that Shilin happened to be the place of production, and it was just in season, so I bought it.
The important thing came in the afternoon. The tour guide said that we are a high-end shopping group. A shopping group, we must go to a shopping point. As soon as we get on the bus, we will be brainwashed. Everyone must be sincere. They are all rich people. They must be rich when they come out to play. People with money, everyone is a kind person, Yunnan is different from other places, there are no factories in Yunnan, and we rely on tourists like us to buy things in order to support the development of Yunnan, and so on and so on. When we arrived at the first shopping point, it was in the Dinosaur Park in Chuxiong. A man led us in, three courses of tea, that is, three cups of tea for one person, and then introduced Pu’er tea, which is good and that good. The name is Zhen Impression. I checked in Jingdong, but I couldn’t find it. The highest price was more than 9,000, and the rest ranged from a few hundred. No one bought it after the introduction. Yes, and then I started asking again, but no one bought it in the end. I took out another one and said it was 100 a cake, 2 sets, and 200 oceans. Someone bought it, and my mother and I also bought one. This tea cake is called Yunnan Memory. I checked it and it is sold on Pinduoduo. 158 yuan, at least 58 yuan cheaper to buy here.
Here comes the important point, after the tour guide got on the bus, he suffered from all kinds of damage, his face pulled, you made me lose face, my performance is the last one, my younger brothers and sisters will laugh at me. Then he said that tourism in Yunnan is much better now, and it has been rectified, saying that it was rectified on April 15, 2017, and a place in Colorful Yunnan was closed. I know Colorful Yunnan. When traveling with a group in 2015, the tour guide took us there. The scenery inside is quite beautiful, and it is full of shopping places. Said that there is no forced buying and selling now, my God, wasn't it considered forced buying and selling in the tea house just now? Where does the confidence of the tour guide come from.
The next stop is to eat wild mushroom hot pot. I said I wanted to eat this when I was traveling with a group in 2015, but I didn’t eat it, so I waited with great anticipation. When I arrived at the restaurant, I saw that the wild mushroom hot pot was pretty good. Overall, it was delicious. It's relatively bland, and Chongqing people are not used to it. But I didn't see any wild mushrooms. The only mushrooms are Pleurotus eryngii. Before waiting for the pot to open, the roasted grasshoppers on the table are quite delicious. I didn’t eat them when I was a child (I didn’t dare to eat them), but now I can make up for them. Then there are local cousins (several old grandmas) who come to sing toast songs, and the rice wine on the table will not be intoxicating. In addition to selling matsutake mushrooms and yak meat sauce, there are also peach blossom milk tea and rose milk slices, but I think the peach blossom milk tea is quite delicious.
After dinner, we went to the Golden Bay Hotel. The Golden Bay Hotel is located in the downtown area of Chuxiong. It is an economical hotel. There are 4 barbecue restaurants downstairs. This hotel is considered to be the worst night in this hotel. The hot water is a boiler. With solar energy, there will be no hot water in a while. By the way, the fruit in Chuxiong is cheap, and you can buy a big bag of ginseng fruit for 10 yuan.
