A-Ma Temple, commonly known as Tianhou Temple, is an ancient building with local cultural characteristics. The A-Ma Temple is small in scale, but fully integrated with the surrounding natural environment, with towering ancient trees and well-organized architectural layout. There is a pair of stone lions at the door, which are exquisite in workmanship and lifelike in shape. The scenery inside the temple is quiet, the incense is strong all year round, the purple smoke is filled, and there are huge coils of incense hanging, which is very spectacular and also a major attraction in the temple.
The A-Ma Temple is dedicated to Mazu, the goddess of protection at sea. During the Spring Festival every year, the incense in the temple is particularly prosperous.
