The ancient Guanyin Temple was first built in the Zhenguan period of Tang Dynasty, with a history of about 1400 years ago. It is one of the thousand-year-old temples in Zhongnan Mountain. The ancient temple has buildings such as the Guanyin Hall, the Public Meditation Hall, and the Dashan Temple. The scale is magnificent, the momentum is majestic, and the incense is very strong.
There is a thousand-year-old ginkgo tree in the temple. It is said that it was planted by Li Shimin, Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty. In late autumn, the ginkgo trees are golden everywhere, and when a gust of wind blows, the yellow leaves are flying all over the sky, falling to the ground like a golden carpet, attracting countless tourists to visit.
