Angara Jiamao Mountain, 4438 meters above sea level, is located in the east of Kequ Town, Gande County, 10 kilometers away from the county seat. At an altitude of 4438 meters, there are two large rocks on the top of the mountain, 50 meters apart.
Legend has it that a long time ago, a Han couple came here to teach the technology of weaving cow wool materials, and died of hardship. Later, the Tibetan people named the mountain Angara Jiamao in memory of the couple.
