Ankang Museum is located on Ankang Avenue, Hanbin District. It was formerly known as Ankang History Museum. It was established in 1984 and moved to its current location in 2014. It is the only comprehensive museum in Ankang City with more than 4,000 collections. The museum covers a total area of about 43 mu, including a building area of 14,825 square meters and an exhibition area of more than 6,000 square meters. Designed by Huaxia Institute led by academician Zhang Jinqiu, a master of Chinese architecture, the main building has 3 floors and some parts have 6 floors. landscape architecture. The museum display is composed of "three main and two auxiliary", that is, three basic exhibitions of "innate health", "may source of health", "building dream of health" and two special topics of "ankang third-line construction process exhibition" and "exhibition of fine calligraphy and painting in the museum collection" The exhibition systematically displays Ankang's "characteristic resources, human history, major events, brilliant achievements, and future planning", outlines the past, present and future of Ankang, and truly plays the role of "Ankang Cultural Ancestral Hall" and "Ankang Reception Hall".
