Anzhang Temple was built in 1742 and belongs to the lower court of Kathok Monastery. Compared with the ill-fated Kathok Monastery, Anzhang Temple was the only temple that was not destroyed during the Cultural Revolution, so it preserved many cultural relics.
Anzhang Temple is located in Anzhang Village, Maqiong Township, Baiyu County, more than 130 kilometers away from Baiyu County, and it takes 3-4 hours to drive.
