Mount Ao is located to the west of Taibai Mountain, in Taibai County in the middle of Qinling Mountains, with an altitude of 3475.9 meters. This is also a relatively primitive area in the Qinling Mountains, with rich species of flora and fauna, stone sea relics all over the hillside, and mountains shrouded in clouds and mists. It is a good place for outdoor sports enthusiasts to travel. According to legend, Sun Simiao, a famous doctor in the Tang Dynasty, lived deep in Ao Mountain, West Taibai for many years, intensively studied medicine, and wrote books.
