Pingguoshan Park is located in the urban area of Kaili City, on the west side of Wenhua South Road and on the south side of Beijing East Road. There is a five-storey watchtower on the top of Apple Hill, which is an ideal place to have a bird's-eye view of the whole city of Kerry. The watchtower was built in 2012 with a total investment of 2.8 million yuan. It is an octagonal building-shaped tower. The decorations such as hanging down and beauties make the whole tower full of national style, which is a typical scenic spot in the park.
