The Atomic City Memorial Hall is located in Haixi Town, east of Wang Luobin Music and Art Museum. The appearance design of the memorial hall originated from the production plant of the nuclear weapons development base, and part of it was buried underground, forming the effect of a bunker. There is a sculpture in front of the museum, which is said to present the form before the atomic bomb explosion.

Covering an area of ​​9615 square meters, the memorial hall is a milky white semi-bunker structure, and the whole building is solemn and solemn. On the lintel at the entrance of the memorial hall, there are three huge blue and black stone carvings inlaid. In the middle of the stone carving is a pattern of nuclear fission, surrounded by traditional Chinese patterns such as Bagua and Tai Chi. Right in front of the memorial hall is a square that can accommodate hundreds of people, and on the east side of the entrance is the eye-catching theme sculpture "Gathering".

The memorial hall is divided into two floors. The five exhibition halls on the first floor are "Historical Choice", "Passionate Years", "Climbing the Peak", "Eastern Loud Sound" and "Memory of the Republic". These five exhibition halls form a circle around the hall. Arranged in sequence, recording the vicissitudes of the 221 factory.
