The Badaling Ancient Great Wall is located 10 kilometers southwest of the Badaling Great Wall Scenic Area, and is the west gate of the Badaling Great Wall defense. Here are lofty mountains, deep ravines and dangerous gullies, connected by the Great Wall and gates, and facing each other with piers and forts. Due to the preservation of the original, although it is incomplete, the Xiongfeng still exists, and among the ruins, you can see the vicissitudes of history and the heavy feeling of the Great Wall.
Badaling Remnant Great Wall is a witness of history. According to experts' research, two relics with archaeological value have been found on the Great Wall at Badaling. One is the stone yard where the Great Wall was built. The other is a group of brick kilns that fired bricks back then, from which you can learn about the sources of some raw materials for the construction of the Great Wall at that time.
