Baizha Temple in Banma County, also known as: Jiangritang Temple, is located in Jiangritang Township in the southeast of Banma County, about 4 kilometers away from the county seat. Baizha Temple was built in 1450 AD and rebuilt in 1936. Baizha Monastery is one of the Kathok monasteries with a long history in the Golok area.

There is a round hill in the center of Baizha Temple, known as: "Flashing Iron Mountain", which is more famous in Guoluo area. There is a 4-storey pagoda on the top of Xiaoyuan Mountain. Buddha statues are engraved on the three-story sutra boards around the pagoda. It is a gathering place for Tibetan stone carving art. The Buddhist stone engraved printing plates collected in the temple are also very precious.
