Out of Tacheng City, along the straight and wide port road westward for 12 kilometers, you will arrive at Baktu, the border port between China and Kazakhstan. This is a port very close to the city in Xinjiang. It is connected to the urban area of Tacheng in the east and 60 kilometers away from Makanchi Town in Kazakhstan in the west.
