The building of Baoshan Museum imitates the shape of ancient southern Chinese bronze drums, and its exterior is decorated with four large-scale reliefs reflecting Baoshan's history and culture, "Legend of Nine Dragons", "Double Rainbows on the Silk Road", "Yongchang Elephant Farming" and "Forcing the Nu River".
