Bayanbulak Grassland has a large area, but the only road on the grassland is the road in the scenic area. There are dozens of kilometers from the town to the scenic spots deep in the grassland via this road, so you must buy a ticket to enter the scenic spot when you visit the grassland, take pictures of Swan Lake and Jiuqu and Eighteen Bends. Moreover, private cars are not allowed on this road, so the ticket for the scenic area is also a must.

The one-way shuttle bus for Bayinbulak Grassland Scenic Area is 45 kilometers (about 1 hour and 20 minutes by car). On the road, there will be stops at the Barunkure Temple, the Swan Lake area, and the Basilik Observation Deck (that is, the Nine Bends and Eighteen Bends Observation Deck). Visitors can enjoy themselves in each place, and then take the subsequent section Car continues to the next area. The shuttle bus in the scenic area will leave when it is full, and there will be one trip within half an hour during the peak season. After visiting the last Basilik viewing platform, you can return by car on the same road, which takes about half a day to one day in total. The first stop on the road is the Bharamkure Temple, which refers to moving temples. Since the locals are all Mongolians who believe in Tibetan Buddhism and are herdsmen, they put the temple on the carriage so that they can worship the temple at any time when they are nomadic. Swan Lake is a famous scenic spot in Bayinbulak. It is a quiet lake in the middle of the green grassland. From June to September every year, many whooper swans will come here to breed and rest. It should be noted that the last public shuttle bus from the Basilik Observation Deck back to the gate of the scenic spot is at 22:00 in the evening. After this time, you need to call the scenic vehicle dispatching center to call for a car separately, but you need to pay for everything on the car. Seat section tickets are very expensive, so please pay attention to the time when you travel. Generally speaking, it is most appropriate to arrange the last Basilik Observation Deck to arrive before sunset, just here to take pictures of the beautiful sunset on the Nine Curves and Eighteen Bends, and then leave by car before the departure deadline.

We were lucky enough to live in a yurt next to it, so we could play for a long time! Nine bends and eighteen bends should be able to photograph nine suns around September, and now it is very lucky to be able to photograph the sunset at the end of June. We walked up and took the shuttle bus down. The distance is about 3 kilometers, and it is easy to walk! But we actually encountered hail. Fortunately, after the hailstorm, we saw a double rainbow 🌈! In fact, you can continue to walk along the plank road when you get to the viewing platform. I didn’t go far because I didn’t wear enough clothes 😭! Here comes the point-⚠️If you want to watch the sunset, you must wear more clothes. You need to wear a down jacket with a hat at the end of June. The viewing platform is very windy. I just have no experience. I felt very warm when I entered the scenic spot. I only brought a thin coat , can't hold on to the sunset at all😭.
