Bianla Lakang, about 80 years old, was built in 1922 by the Gelug sect. Bianla Lakang is located in Jiarao Village, Cishi Township, Cuoqin County, about 119 kilometers east of the county seat. The Lacan was built in 1805 by Sonam Rob. He invited many technicians from Chubu Monastery to draw exquisite murals and exquisite Buddha sculptures for Lacan.

The Lacan mainly enshrines the Avalokitesvara of Thousand Hands, statues of Buddhas of the third age (future Buddha, present Buddha, past Buddha) and so on. Bianla Lakang is divided into upper and lower floors. There is a small temple in the south, which mainly enshrines the six-handed announcement and White Tara, and there are many Buddha statues in the western temple. The murals in Lakang include: a large Buddha of Infinite Light, one hundred and eight Buddhas of Infinite Life, eight Medicine Buddhas, Jia Cao Jie and Ke Zhu Jie.
