Bowang Mountain is located in Xingwen County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, and is a typical karst landform. In February 2005, it was identified by UNESCO as the Bowangshan Park of the World Geopark.
Bowang Mountain is flat and protruding, with four walls and cliffs soaring into the sky, and the main peak, the black hat, soars into the sky. The vegetation on the mountain is lush and misty. The valleys at the foot of the mountain are vertical and horizontal, and waterfalls, deep pools, caves and strange rocks are all over the period. There are mainly areas such as Feiwu Valley, Daodong, Heimaoding, and Shoushan Lake. Bowang Mountain has been the place where the Duzhang Clan (i.e. the Bo Clan) lived since ancient times. So far, there are still remains of battlefields such as the gates of the big and small villages, ancient city walls, and ancient castles built by the Bo people on the mountain.
