Cai Village is located on the northeast side of Dali Ancient City, on the west bank of Erhai Lake. It is a quiet and beautiful small village. Worth a visit here is the pier and lakeside wetlands, which are very popular among photographers because of the fresh and beautiful scenery. There are also many well-preserved ancient buildings of the Bai nationality in the village, showing a strong ethnic style.
Visit the old buildings of the Bai people such as the Temple of Wealth, Benzhu Temple, Kuixing Pavilion, and Zongxing Ancestral Hall in the village, and take photos by the lake. In addition, there are many inns along the lake in Caicun, and there are sea view rooms with a wide view. If you like this place, you might as well stay for a few days. Compared with the famous Shuanglang, the housing price here is more affordable, and it is much quieter and more natural.
