Caofeidian Forest Park is a key greening project in Tanghai County, planned and designed by Tianjin TEDA Landscape Planning and Design Institute. The park is located on the north side of the urban area, starting from the intersection of Qiancao Highway and Tanghai Line in the west, and reaching the Donghuan Road of the county in the east.

The construction of the whole park takes the northern garden style as the main idea, and revolves around the goal of creating a multi-functional, ecological urban garden integrating sports, leisure, sightseeing, entertainment, outings, and human settlements. It is divided into ornamental recreation, lake leisure, and sports and fitness. 5 functional areas, namely, ecological forest, and ecological energy-saving experimental area.

A well-regulated park, you can enter by car, or you can park your car in the parking lot at the door, free of charge. Suitable for baby walks, morning exercises and so on. There are not many people inside and there are fishing people by the lake. It takes about 50 minutes to walk around the lake.

There are few leisure parks in Caofeidian, and Forest Park is a good place to go, but some street lights are often not lit at night, and poor drainage in some sections of the road during the rainy season affects walking and running exercises.
