Cave 148 of Mogao Grottoes was excavated by Li Dabin in the eleventh year of Dali (776) in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. On the Buddhist altar in the main room, there is a statue of Nirvana, 15 meters long. The west wall is painted with the large-scale "Nirvana Sutra" in Mogao Grottoes. The original sculptures of Ruyilun Guanyin and Bukong Silk Suo Guanyin in the north and south wall niches have been destroyed. The existing Buddhas of the past and future Buddhas shaped in the Qing Dynasty. The top of the cave is painted with thousands of Buddhas in the heyday of Tang Dynasty, which is still brightly colored after more than 1,200 years. The north and south sides of the east wall gate are painted with "Guan Wuliangshou Buddha Sutra" and "Oriental Medicine Master's Change" respectively. The scale is large, especially the complex structures of palaces, turrets, courtyards, corridors, and water pavilions. The layout is rigorous and the paintings are fine. Precious materials for construction. In the front room, there are two warriors, two heavenly kings, and two lions that were reconstructed in the Qing Dynasty in the mid-Tang Dynasty.
